| Race 1 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 310 | BURNO and DARCY BRASCO were very slow to jump and lost ground early. From the jump LAST EXPLORER shifted ground inwards checking the running of ANOTHER FORTUNE and CHERIE CHERIE. On the bend GLADYS EMANUEL ran outwards and forced ZAHRA MOON wide on the track. |
| Race 2 | Roofing Solutions Stakes - C1 - 545 | On the first turn NOGGIN fell and then, after regaining her feet shortly afterwards, ran back towards the field in the home straight as the dogs were approaching the finish line. The lure driver was forced to pull up the lure some 25 metres from the finish line. The race was declared a No Race under Rule 76.1 and, given that the dogs had completed almost 520 metres, the Steward in charge of the meeting declared the race to be abandoned under Rule 76.6 as re-starting the race would be detrimental to the welfare of the greyhounds given the distance they had already run. During the running JEWEL EAGLE also fell in the back straight, and together with NOGGIN was subject to a veterinary check with no injury detected for JEWEL EAGLE but NOGGIN had muscle pain in the back with a 10 day stand down recommended. |

Into the turn WANDY MILLAH ran inwards checking GOLDSTAR BRIDIE and inconveniencing the trailing HOMEBUSH VERONA. Into the home straight BOTANY RICHIE shifted ground inwards checking WANDY MILLAH and tightening HOMEBUSH VERONA. |
| Race 4 | Green Island Barber Sprint - C2 - 310 | BLUE REVIEW was slow to jump. In the run to the turn BLUE REVIEW shifted ground inwards tightening HILTON FRIDAY. On the turn HOMEBUSH HAVEN ran outwards checking MAMALULU. |
| Race 5 | Otago Daily Times Maiden Stakes - C0 - 545 | PUKEKO WARRIOR and TRACEY were slow to jump. Into the first turn OPAWA UNO shifted ground inwards and checked OPAWA DARCEE, while YOU'RE SO FREE ran outwards and was clipped by the trailing PUKEKO WARRIOR with MOBILIZE also receiving a check. All three dogs lost ground and finished back in the field. Further into the turn OPAWA UNO shifted in tightening OPAWA DARCEE and checking TRACEY. Following the race MOBILIZE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed soreness to the left fore foot with a 7 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 6 | Bramwell Scaffolding Stakes - C1/2 - 545 | From the jump HYPERPARADISE, DREAM ACADEMY and PUKEKO THUNDER all bumped and lost momentum. In the run to the first turn PUKEKO THUNDER pushed outwards tightening OPAWA STYLE. |
| Race 7 | Roofing Solutions Sprint - C3 - 310 | The handler of SMASH EASY had difficulty placing the greyhound in the starting boxes. All dogs jumped on terms at the start. As the field entered the turn PEDRO FORCE was tightened when HOMEBUSH BRUNO crossed, with PEDRO FORCE being forced outwards and clipped from behind by GOLDSTAR BOMBER. As a result PEDRO FORCE fell and checked KNOW KNOWING, SMASH EASY and JACK'S A JEWEL with all these dogs losing their chances. PEDRO FORCE regained his feet to finish the race and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no abnormalities. Following the race the connections were spoken to regarding the difficulty boxing SMASH EASY and advised that the dog had appeared unsettled at the start, but jumped on terms and had never been difficult to box previously. A watch would be kept on the next start and the dog may be placed on the box first list if the problem recurred. |
| Race 8 | Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C4 - 310 | From the jump OPAWA IDOL was checked when WUNZEE ran inwards. Into the turn ANOTHER JEWEL and RICK'S TERRA bumped with both dogs losing momentum. |
| Race 9 | Speedprint Shop Stakes - C4 - 545 | JIMJA TURTLE was very slow to jump and lost several lengths, and then ran wide down the back straight when attempting to improve. |
| Race 10 | Pryde Engineering Sprint - C4 - 310 | From the jump IONA HAKA crossed from the outside box and checked BROKEN PEDRO and SANDI CLAWS. In the run to the turn TEAM DREAM shifted outwards and checked JOHN DORY and WANDY JEWEL. On the turn BROKEN PEDRO checked off the heels of KNOW JEALOUSY and lost ground, and in the home straight SANDI CLAWS and KNOW JEALOUSY bumped losing momentum. |
| Race 11 | Green Island Super Liquor Dash - C5 - 310 | KERAMUS and CAPTAIN'S CHOICE were slow to jump. On the turn CAWBOURNE JELLY ran wide and then shifted ground into the home straight and checked off FINN MCMISSILE. |
| Race 12 | Racing Again Tuesday 23rd September - C5 - 310 | In the run to the turn BOTANY JESSIE and NO LEAF CLOVER were tightened and lost momentum when IRISH BLUE ran inwards and KETUT pushed outwards. On the turn KETUT ran outwards and forced NO LEAF CLOVER wide on the track. |

In the run to the turn BUSINESS BOSS pushed outwards and became unbalanced, severely checking MATTY HOOKY and COSMIC BOLERO. As a result BUSINESS BOSS lost several lengths and all chance. On the turn NO BRO ran outwards and forced CASTLE EDEN wide. |
