Judicial report: Handler M Cutler was issued with and fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to be in attendance in the catching area to catch OPAWA ANDREA(Race 6). The winner of Race 12, BROKEN PEDRO was directed to be locked away for a Urine Sample to be obtained later in the evening. However this had to be aborted after the integrity of such sample being collected had been compromised. Kennel staff member M Chapman was reminded of her professional obligation when handling Swab Dogs in future.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295	LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE(3), TRUMPED UP(4) and TIME SLAYER(7) all jumped considerably fast. ANOTHER JEWEL(2) and LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE came together rounding the bend. KNOW PRIDE(6) checked off the heels of TRUMPED UP(5) racing round the bend.
Race 2	Racing Greyhound Breeders (NZ) Ltd Dash - C5 - 295	NOBLE FANTASY(2) began awkwardly and as a result lost it's chance. SOPHIE'S TERRA(3) and BOTANY JESSIE(4) came together shortly after the start.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - R/A - 520	OPAWA ROB(9) was slow to jump. OPAWA OPAL(4) was placed in restricted room shortly after the start when OPAWA LOI(5) came inwards. OPAWA LOI then continued to come inwards resulting in JESSIE SURFS(3), HE'S A JESSIE and OPAWA MESSINI(1) all being squeezed. This in turn forced OPAWA ROB and OPAWA OPAL to be bumped sideways. Negotiating the first bend JESSIE SURFS was obliged to check off HE'S A JESSIE's heels resulting in a bump to OPAWA OPAL. Racing round the final bend OPAWA ROB had to check off OPAWA KENDAL's(6) heels.
Race 4	Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C5 - 295	CRAKING CHAIN(5) and KNOW ADVANTAGE(6) were both slow to leave the boxes. Shortly after the start HARLEM HAKA(2) and BLONDE TORI(3) came together as did KETUT(4) and FINN McMISSILE(7). KETUT then ran outwards bumping MR. WHIPPY(8). Approaching the bend CRACKING CHAIN and HARLEM HAKA were inconvenienced by FINN McMISSILE who was coming down the track. KETUT ran wide racing out of the bend.
Race 5	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C4 - 295	DEANNE'S MAGIC(4) proved difficult to load for its Handler, Trainer D Stapleton will be consulted with in the coming days in regards to boxing this dog first. Prior to reaching the bend IONA HAKA(8) came inwards abruptly forcing BUGSY BANGLES(2) onto DEANNE'S MAGIC(4) resulting in DEANNE'S MAGIC losing considerable momentum. BUGSY BANGLES had to check off the heels of KNOW CHARITY(3) rounding the bend. KNOW CHARITY faltered entering the home straight losing ground. Both DEANNE'S MAGIC and KNOW CHARITY were subjected to post -race Veterinary checks.
Race 6	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C5 - 295	MARY MARLOW(10) which jumped from box #2 was checked at the start when WANDY LUCK(3) came in abruptly. ONLY GOT TIME (5) checked off OHOKA COBY's(8) heels rounding the bend with this obliging ONLY GOT TIME wide. WANDY LUCK was placed in restricted room to the inside of MARY MARLOW racing round the bend.
Race 7	Barron's Supplies Stakes - C3/4 - 520	JINJA TURTLE(8) was slow to jump. Approaching the first bend KNOW CERTAINTY(3) came outwards resulting in AMBILIGHT(7) getting the heels of PUNCH ON JAMIE(4) with this bitch falling to the track.THUMB PRINT TONY(5) was checked as a result. PUNCH ON JAMIE was subjected to a post-race Veterinary examination.
Race 8	Hampden Tavern Dash - C5 - 295	ROQETTE(2) made the jump awkwardly. PLAGIARISM(5) and STAR DREAMER(8) came together racing into the bend.
Race 9	Shirley Vet Clinc Stakes - C5 - 520	DREAM COLLECTOR(2) and CAWBOURNE WITCH(8) were slow to jump. Shortly after the start DREAM COLLECTOR lost ground when checked by UNSHAKEN(5) who was coming inwards. Racing into the bend OPAWA CASPER(4) was squeezed for room between CAWBOURNE AXE(3) and CULVIE MAGIC(7) this resulted in OPAWA CASPER and UNSHAKEN bumping. Racing round the bend DREAM COLLECTOR had to check off the heels of CAWBOURNE WITCH and was taken wide on the track by this runner. CAWBOURNE AXE and CULVIE MAGIC came together racing out of the last bend before CAWBOURNE AXE had to check off CULVIE MAGIC's heels. BOTANY KEVIN(6) was placed in restricted room to the inside of these runners due to this.
Race 10	C.T.V. Sprint - C5 - 295	MY MATE SPARROW(2) was slow to jump and ran wide. Shortly after the start FIREMAN'S LEGACY(6) faltered and contacted QUEDRAGO(5) losing ground. ANGEL NOIR(8) came in simultaneously as GO HOUSIE(4) came outwards after the start resulting in QUEDRAGO and RUSTY KNIFE(7) being squeezed. Racing round the bend ANGEL NOIR checked off QUEDRAGO's heels. MY MATE SPARROW was obliged to check off the heels of QUEDRAGO racing around the bend. RUSTY KNIFE and ANGEL NOIR came together rounding the bend as did GO HOUSIE(4) and QUEDRAGO upon entering the home straight. RUSTY KNIFE underwent a post-race veterinary examination.
Race 11	racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C5 - 520	STOLEN MONEY(9) began awkwardly. FAST ARCHER(8) came inwards shortly after the start resulting in OPAWA ZARA (5) having to check. FAST ARCHER then continued to come inwards placing CAWBOURNE ABBI(6), IDOL GIRL(4), CAWBOURNE WAR(2) and HOMEBUSH CHOPPER(1) in restricted room. CAWBOURNE ABBI crowded the racing room of HOMEBUSH CHOPPER round the final bend.
Race 12	Protexin Dash - C4 - 295	OPAWA LEAN MEAT(3) was slow to jump. KNOW JEALOUSY(5) came in at the start forcing RED HOT FURY(4) onto OSCAR TUIVASA(2). Racing into the bend OSCAR TUIVASA lost ground when obliged to check off the heels of KNOW JEALOUSY resulting in OPAWA LEAN MEAT and WELLYWOOD(7) being hampered. IMPERSONATOR checked off OSCAR TUIVASA's heels rounding the bend resulting in OPAWA LEAN MEAT running out contacting WHITEY'S GONE(8).
