Judicial report: C Roberts contacted Stewards on Sunday the 17th of August to advise that he was experiencing transport difficulties after his vehicle had broken down. After attempting to make arrangements to transport his greyhounds to the racecourse, Mr Roberts was unable to find a suitable replacement resulting in his nominated greyhounds being withdrawn.

Race 1	Palmerston North Greyhound Racing Club C0 - C0 - 375	BIG JOB JONESY and DARK FAERYTALES came together and bumped leaving the boxes. AYRA STARK was slow away and shortly after became awkwardly placed on the heels of DARK FAERYTALES.
Race 2	Greyhounds As Pets C0 - C0 - 457	TEPIRITA MEGA was slow to begin, losing 10 lengths. Over the early stages, GUMMY GUMPSTA improved up onto the heels of LITTLE PROPHET which momentarily lost it's footing. GUMMY GUMPSTA was then obliged to shifted out and race wide rounding the bend. Entering the home straight, SPACE CAPTAIN had to check off the heels of LITTLE PROPHET which shifted out. Following the race, connections of TEPIRITA MEGA requested that the greyhound be examined by the Veterinarian, which after being assessed was found to have a claw injury.
Race 3	Grant Irvine Pharmacy C1 - C1 - 375	SHINZIGZAG shifted out abruptly from the jump into the line of COSMIC SALLY which had to check off that runners heels. SHINZIGZAG continued to shifted outward hampering MEMBERS ONLY and HERE WITHOUT YOU . Into the bend, DODGY POCKETS shifted out off the running rail forcing HOMEBUSH VICKS into the line of SHINZIGZAG which was checked. Hampered as a result was the trailing COSMIC SALLY which had to shift ground to avoid the heels of SHINZIGZAG.
Race 4	Interislander C1 - C1 - 375	WAR ON TERROR was crowded over the early stages between BOSTON MONA and BEHEMOTH which shifted out slightly. BEHEMOTH raced in tight quarters rounding the bend and came back onto WAR ON TERROR which had to check and shift ground outward to avoid the heels of BEHEMOTH.
Race 5	www.racingdogs.co.nz C1 - C1 - 457	Approaching the bend, TE MARI STYLE improved up onto the outside of SARAH CAMPBELL and shifted out severely checking THAT'S KING and JINJA PAT, both runners effectively losing their chance in the race. TE MARI STYLE was obliged to make it's run wide entering the home straight.
Race 6	Manawatu Raceway C2 - C2 - 375	GIRL PRIDE shifted in abruptly from the boxes crowding WALDO BAXTER in onto TOXIC REVENGE which was forced onto the heels of MISS SARA, clipping that runners heel and blundering. Approaching the bend, TOXIC REVENGE and WALDO BAXTER jostled for a short distance resulting in WALDO BAXTER losing ground.
Race 7	Yella Mustard At Stud C1/2 - C1/2 - 457	FILLING THE VOID shifted in abruptly over the early stages crowding CURIOUS LIFE and QUEEN COBRA, both runners losing ground as a result. Approaching the bend, FILLING THE VOID and HEAR HARE HERE came together and bumped.
Race 8	No Moore Hassell Petfoods, Levin C3 - C3 - 375	OPAWA GIFT was slow to begin.
Race 9	Thomas Russell Fundraiser Day Sunday 7th September C3 Final - C3f - 375	Into the bend, ALAMEIN DUKE improved up onto the heels of IT'S A DOLL which was dragged down, losing ground. ALAMEIN DUKE then shifted out making heavy contact with UNO ORANGE.
Race 10	Steve The Auctioneer Davis C4 - C4 - 375	Approaching the bend, WISE CRACK LAD, CAWBOURNE FLOW, CAWBOURNE BURN and DOLLY PEG were all crowded for room when racing to the inside of BARRY'S WAY which angled in. DOLLY PEG and CAWBOURNE BURN were the worst affected and lost ground. WISE CRACK LAD shifted out rounding the bend making heavy contact with LOST IN LIGHT. WISE CRACK LAD then raced wide for the remainder.
Race 11	Outback Trading Company Ltd. Jackpot Dog C5 - C5 - 375	INDIVIDUAL LILY was slow to begin. Racing into the bend, STELLAR FORCE which raced in restricted room, was dragged down by TALK IT OVER which improved up onto the heels of that runner. INDIVIDUAL LILY shifted out around the round and bumped with BEV'S VIEWPOINT which clipped a heel of the runner and lost ground. Shortly after INDIVIDUAL LILY shifted out in search of clear racing room and made heavy contact with BEE RABBIT which lost momentum.
Race 12	Adopt A Greyhound C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	BIGTIME DASHER, SPEED LEGEND and CAWBOURNE WAR bumped over the early stages.
