| Race 1 | Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C3 - 318 | ZIPPING WILL (2) and HIGH FLYER (3) jostled for several strides soon after leaving the boxes with HIGH FLYER then shifting in dictating ZIPPING WILL in toward the rail with ZIPPING WILL then becoming awkwardly placed on the heels of HIGH FLYER and falling. ZIPPING WILL recovered to finish the race some distance from the field. ZIPPING WILL was referred to the vet for assessment. LAFAYETTE (9), who was racing to the inside of ZIPPING WILL, was momentarily unbalanced by the fallen runner losing ground as a result. HIGH FLYER and LAFAYETTE came together rounding the final bend with HIGH FLYER briefly unbalanced shifting out as a result. |
| Race 2 | Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Stakes - C0 - 527 | THRILLING MARVIN (1) and LIGEIRO (4) were last to leave the boxes. Entering the first bend THRILLING MARVIN shifted out off the heels of HINUERA GIRL (9) in search of clear running, then raced wide rounding the first turn. ROYAL DESIRE (3) and HINUERA GIRL came together when making the first bend then jostled for several strides with ROYAL DESIRE becoming unbalanced and LIGEIRO, who was trailing these runners, then getting on the heels of ROYAL DESIRE with both these runners then losing ground as a result. JAVELIN (6) was referred to the vet for assessment following this event after finishing some distance from the field. |
| Race 3 | Racing Greyhound Breeders (NZ) Ltd Sprint - C1/2 - 527 | ANDREW'S OSTI (6) was last to leave the boxes. Racing into the first turn TEEMARIA (5) made contact with the hindquarters of NEWTON WILLOW (1) then shifted out onto ANDREW'S OSTI who shifted out taking BLOO BLOOMERS (7) wider on the track with both runners losing ground as a result. TEEMARIA then shifted in rounding the first bend making contact with the hindquarters of COUGER ALERT (3). COUGER ALERT (3) was tightened losing ground racing down the back straight. ANDREW'S OSTI was referred to the vet for assessment after showing signs of lameness following this event. |
| Race 4 | Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C1 - 527 | ODDITTIES (7) was slow away. Racing into the first turn TEMPERATE KING (1), who was racing in restricted room, shifted out making solid contact with JOKER MAN (4) who was hampered and unbalanced shifting out further hampering VERSATILE RICHIE (9) and ODDITIES (7) with all these runners all losing ground as a result. Rounding the final turn JOKER MAN had to steady and check off the heels of BEALE STREET (2) when racing at the rear of the field. TEMPERATE KING shifted in slightly in the final straight making brief contact with COSMIC WARRA (6). |

| Race 6 | www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C2 - 318 | HASHTAG JOSH (5) and CHEVY IMPALA (6) came together soon after the start and jostled for a distance with both runners then becoming unbalanced, CHEVY IMPALA losing ground as a result. Entering the first turn DIPSY LALA (7) was crowded between THRILLING ABRA (8) and CHEVY IMPALA. CHEVY IMPALA then came together with MOULIN BLUE when making the first turn with both runners shifting out. RIBA LORDA (1) and MOULIN BLUE came together rounding the bend. Rounding the final bend DIPSY LALA and THRILLING ABRA raced in restricted room between CHEVY IMPALA and RIBA LORDA. |
| Race 7 | $30,000 Pick6 Stakes - C3 - 527 | SHANDELL (1) and JINJA JAM (6) were last to leave the boxes. Racing into the first turn MISS VELOCETTE (8) shifted in crowding JINJA JAM who then shifted out to race wide and lost ground as a result. SHANDELL and THRILLING REBEL (2) came together entering the first bend with both runners briefly unbalanced losing ground as a result. INDI RHODE (3) and CHEVY VOLT (4) made brief contact rounding the first bend. CHEVY VOLT commenced to give ground racing down the back straight briefly inconveniencing JINJA JAM who shifted out off this runners heels. CHEVY VOLT was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 8 | All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C1 - 527 | COME ON MICKEY (7) was slow away. Racing into the first turn COME ON MICKEY made solid contact with MINNIE FOR MUM (6) who was angling in with both runners unbalanced losing ground as a result. Entering the first turn LARTO (1) and MR. DARCI (5) came together with MR. DARCI then getting on the heels of MOCKINGJAY (4) who then shifted in coming together with LARTO. As a result MOCKINGJAY lost ground briefly inconveniencing CAWBOURNE ALPHA (3) with COME ON MICKEY then inconvenienced for a stride. After cooling down following this event MR. DARCI was showing signs of lameness and was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 9 | Lochinvar Marlow Stakes - C5 - 527 | THRILLING CARTER (7) and PIRATE LORE (8) began awkwardly losing ground. TAYLA ROSE (3) and GOOD RETURN (4) came together leaving the boxes with TAYLA ROSE becoming unbalanced and GOOD RETURN losing ground. PIRATE LORE and THRILLING CARTER made contact rounding the first bend. When racing into the lead in the final straight MULTICAM LAD (1) shifted in slightly dictating GAINSFORD (9) in over the concluding stages. |
| Race 10 | Carol's TABs Sprint Series Final - C4f - 318 | There was a two minute delay to the start of this race at the request of TAB control. FANCY INVADER (7) was slow away. Racing down the back straight JUST A BOY (2) and D'OR FILLE (3) came together for a distance with both runners becoming unbalanced shifting out. These runners then came together with ARMISTICE DAY (5), who was attempting to shift in with all three runners becoming unbalanced and D'OR FILLE then losing ground when JUST A BOY and ARMISTICE DAY made solid contact. Inconvenienced as a result and taken wider on the track was FANCY INVADER who was racing to the outside of these runners at the time. |
| Race 11 | Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C3/4 - 527 | THREAT (7) was slow away. OSTAPCHUK (5) shifted in leaving the boxes inconveniencing VALAIN'S FLYER (4), who lost ground, then continued to shift in making contact with FANCY TIP (3). FANCY TIP and OSTAPCHUK came together when racing toward the first turn in a compact field, with FANCY TIP then making contact with the hindquarters of AUNTY MERL (2) and becoming unbalanced. Contributing to the crowding was inward movement from THREAT (7) who angled in when making the bend to come together with OSTAPCHUK. As a result FANCY TIP, VALAIN'S FLYER, OSTAPCHUK and THREAT all lost ground. Racing round the bend into the back straight FANCY TIP shifted out off the heels of THREAT. |
| Race 12 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C4 - 318 | TIME FRAUD (7) and FOUND ROMAN (2) were slow away. Racing down the back straight REAL VAIN (3), ERUZA (4) and STARLA (5) came together with all runners becoming unbalanced with ERUZA and STARLA losing ground as a result. HOT KING COLE (6) then shifted in making contact with REAL VAIN with these runners jostling for a distance rounding the first bend. HOT KING COLE then became badly unbalanced with REAL VAIN unable to avoid this runner going over his hindquarters for several strides before falling. FOUND ROMAN was inconvenienced as a result and taken wider on the track. REAL VAIN and HOT KING COLE were referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 13 | Non Tote Sprint - Tier 2 - 318 | MEDICINAL (2) was slow away. Soon after leaving the boxes HELL FIRE (9) was tightened and hampered losing ground when BIT ROSO (4) shifted in and ELEPHANT TRUNK (1) shifted out. MEGA UPLOAD (5) and MADAM RAZOR (7) jostled for several strides racing down the back straight with these runners then coming together again entering the first bend. Racing toward the first turn ELEPHANT TRUNK shifted out off the heels of BIT ROSO forcing MEDICINAL out onto HELL FIRE with all three runners losing ground as a result. Racing around the bend MEGA UPLOAD, who was racing in restricted room, shifted out abruptly off the heels of MADAM RAZOR making solid contact with STUNT DOUBLE (8) who was inconvenienced with both runners losing ground as a result. |
