Judicial report: L.Ahern the Trainer of ALWAYS WELCOME in race 10 was fined $ 100-00 under the minor infringement table for a breach of Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 1.6 kilograms overweight from its last start on 10.07.2014.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	QUEEN COBRA and SUPREME SHELLEEN bumped together going to the first corner and they lost two lengths.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C3 - C3 - 305	OPAWA TOKEN, TONGARIRO, REBEL KHAN and CAWBOURNE RAVE jostled together for some distance after the start and they settled at the rear. The 2nd and 3rd placed dogs FREEDOM FLYER and SMART COOKIE brushed together for some distance in the run to the finish line and this possibly had some bearing on their finishing order.
Race 3	www.RacingTips.co.nz C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	SPEEDY FEET shifted in going into the first bend and checked MR .JIMMY which shifted out over the heels and hampered KASIM which was forced wide into the bend and lost ground. SPEEDY FEET began to lose ground on the final bend and was galloped on by PHONE TAP and lost several lengths and finished last. SPEEDY FEET was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 305	ALAMEIN DUKE, HANNIBAL LECTER and CAESAR CHANCE jostled together soon after the start and they lost ground and settled back. LEGEND BEE raced wide on the bend losing ground and she finished in last place and was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and cleared of injury.
Race 5	WANGANUI SECURITY C5 - C5 - 305	NGAURUHOE, BOLT RAMA and SHAGA BANGA BANG were slow to begin and settled back. CHOCDEE ALICE shifted in going into the bend and checked ENAZUMA which lost two lengths and was unbalanced for a short distance. SHAGA BANGA BANG went off stride going to the first corner and drifted off the back of the field and finished the race several lengths last. He was then referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have pectoral muscle pain.
Race 6	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C5 - C5 - 305	CAWBOURNE BURN and COSMIC FURY were slow to begin losing two lengths. SWEET LIES shifted out going into the bend and forced FIGLIA and GLENADDIS wide and all three lost ground and they finished at the rear.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 FINAL - C2f - 520	General tightening going into the first corner resulted in severe checks to DOLL PARTS, THRILLING AVA, OPAWA CASSIDY and ALL ABOUT AMY and they all lost several lengths with DOLL PARTS the most affected and she was classed as falling. DOLL PARTS was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have pectoral muscle pain and THRILLING AVA was also assessed and found to have suffered spike wounds.
Race 8	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD Wanganui Stayers Ht 1Gp 2 - C2dq - 755 Heat 1	RAMAH REASON got back from the start and he then covered considerable extra ground by running wide throughout but made up ground well to finish in 4th place
Race 9	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD Wanganui Stayers Ht 2Gp 2 - C2dq - 755 Heat 2	All clear.
Race 10	KEENAN CONCRETE C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	TINA'S DILEMA checked off the heels of STAY YOUNG going into the first bend and shifted out abruptly, colliding with INDIANA IZMIR and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group. One of the favourites SWEET RUBYJANE became awkwardly placed between runners early in the race and was shuffled back to last and with a strong pace upfront, she was not able to make up the lost ground.
Race 11	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	MISS MCFLY shifted in going to the first corner and forced CRYSTAL WAVE in onto YA LAUGHTER which was checked back to the rear. FLYING TRANCE shifted in going into the bend and severely checked STEVIE'S MAGIC which almost fell and lost several lengths. MISS MCFLY was also badly hampered in the incident and she lost four lengths.
Race 12	WANGANUI PUNTER OF THE YEAR 15TH AUGUST C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	ISABELLE DOMAIN and HOMEBUSH HELLS were slow to begin and they stayed back throughout and finished in the last two places.
