Judicial report: Co-Trainer C Morris was questioned regarding the late kenneling of SCARILICIOUS (Race 8) with her explanation being accepted by the Stewards on this occasion.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	DOGGED DENIS and HOMEBUSH MAGIC were slow away. Racing along the back straight, NAVAJO angled wider and jostled with HOMEBUSH TED for some distance, eventually checking HOMEBUSH TED rounding the bend. LIL MISS PICKY shifted out rounding the bend and checked the momentum of FOXIARNA. FOXIARNA was then further hampered over the early stages of the home straight when LIL MISS PICKY shifted out abruptly and collided with FOXIARNA.
Race 2	J.P. PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 305	BIGTIME FLO was slow away(3L). HERE WITHOUT YOU shifted in abruptly from the boxes and made heavy contact with VICARIOUSLY which was attempting a run to the outside of SNIFF OF BRANDY. HOMEBUSH PIPPI shifted out approaching the bend into the line of HOMEBUSH PAIGE which in turn went back onto BOTANY WIN and SNIFF OF BRANDY. Also affected was HERE WITHOUT YOU and the trailing BIGTIME FLO which had to shift ground abruptly to avoid heels. BOTANY WIN became awkwardly placed on the heels of HOMEBUSH PAIGE rounding the bend and shifted out hampering SNIFF OF BRANDY. DARK WITCH was referred to the Veterinarian and found to have a nail injury which required no stand-down period.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 FINAL - C0f - 520	BIGTIME KAZ jumped inwards abruptly from the boxes crowding DON DRAPER, WEEPU and BLU DESIRE which lost ground. Passing the winning post on the first occasion, BOTANY JOHN became awkwardly placed on the heels of MOCKINGJAY, shifting out and contacting the hindquarters of that runner. Shortly after BIGTIME KAZ improved up onto the heels of MOCKINGJAY which was further hampered, losing momentum.
Race 4	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305	GOODTIME KATE was crowded leaving the boxes between CHERIE CHERIE which shifted out and DARK FAERYTALES which shifted in. GOODTIME KATE then angled wider and made contact with HOMEBUSH SPOOK. GOODTIME KATE which raced toward the rear, ran wide entering the home straight.
Race 5	WANGANUI SECURITY C0 - C0 - 520	HOMEBUSH BUCK shifted in marginally rounding the first bend crowding DIRECTOR VANCE briefly.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	CRYSTAL GHOST was crowded over the initial stages when racing between OPEHU FLYER and NOMINAL LILY which shifted outward. WAR ON TERROR angled inward approaching the bend simultaneously as NOMINAL LILY shifted in resulting in CRYSTAL GHOST, RIBA LORDA and HILL OF GRACE being hampered for a distance effectively losing all chance in the event. BOTANY SEL shifted out abruptly entering the home straight off the heels of OPEHU FLYER to obtain clear running.
Race 7	WANGANUI PUNTER OF THE YEAR AUGUST 15TH C1 - C1 - 305	The start of this race was delayed 2 minutes at the request of TAB control. FAMILY'S PRIDE weighed in 1.9 kilograms lighter than it's previous race day start on the 13th March 2014. Trainer I George confirmed that this decrease in weight was intentional. MISS SOFTY shifted out abruptly over the early stages into the line of RUNS FOR GAS which was momentarily crowded. WORKING PIZZAZ was buffeted for a distance along the back straight between RUNS FOR GAS and TASHA RAMA, eventually being checked. TASHA RAMA and RUNS FOR GAS continued to jostle rounding the bend resulting in RUNS FOR GAS becoming unbalanced and faultering. RUNS FOR GAS was referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	HIGH CALIBRE shifted outward from the boxes dictating MISS ALLEGRO into the line of PATS ALL ROUND and COSMIC SALLY which was hampered losing ground. BELLE CADEAU race wide rounding the bend and throughout the home straight.
Race 9	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C1 - C1 - 305	MANU RAMA was slow away. HOMEBUSH STING angled inwards along the back straight crowding NASTY BIZO BOI in onto UNO CHARM which raced in tight quarters briefly. Also hampered was MANU RAMA which was trailing. HOMEBUSH STING continued it's inward run placing UNO CHARM in restricted room adjacent to the running rail. KING'S SELECTION which was trailing improved up onto UNO CHARM and was hampered losing ground.
Race 10	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 520	DARBY LANE became awkwardly placed on the heels of WORKING JEWEL passing the winning post on the first occasion and shifted out hampering TAIKOREA LASS which lost ground. WORKING JEWEL which finished some distance last was referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 11	GET WELL JAMES MASON C1 - C1 - 305	GOOGLE IT and JOEY'S SECRET were both slow to begin. MIC PLAYER shifted out rounding the bend hampering APPLAUSE which became unbalanced and shifted out hampering MISS SARA. The connections of GOOGLE IT requested that the greyhound be examined by the Veterinarian following the race, which after being assessed was found to have pain over the left tricep muscle.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	DAISY'S BOI was slow to begin. NOT BAD improved up onto the heels of FLIRT WITH ME approaching the bend and shifted out contacting the hindquarters of FLIRT WITH ME resulting in that runner becoming unbalanced. NOT BAD was then obliged to angled out and make it's run wide. FLIRT WITH ME shifted out entering the home straight making contact with THRILLING MIGHT which in turn bumped with COSMIC RASCAL.
