KNOW MAYHEM (3) and ZIGGY WAR PAINT (2) bumped approaching the bend. Racing into the bend SMASH ROSIE (1) was tightened onto the rail by GOLDSTAR MAGIC (4) and fell, resulting in ZIGGY WAR PAINT (2), KNOW MAYHEM (3), CAWBOURNE IMPACT (5) and HOORAY FOR HAZEL (7) all being checked. BLUE HOBO (8) and GOLDSTAR MAGIC (4) collided rounding the bend. SMASH ROSIE (1) was referred to the Vet for assessment. |
| Race 2 | Flatpack Houses Ph Murray 021480250 Dash - C1 - 295 | BIZARRO (9), BOTANY ZENVO (6), HOME TRUTH (7) and HAREEBA TIME (8) came together shortly after the start. ANOTHER COVER (2) was tightened for racing room between OPAWA LAZ (4) and MR KEGAN (1) racing into the bend. ANOTHER COVER (2) was again tightened shortly after by HAREEBA TIME (8) and BIZARRO (9) and lost ground inconveniencing the trailing BOTANY ZENVO (6) and HOME TRUTH (7). When questioned regarding the improved performance of LAREDO (3), trainer M Flipp explained that the dog had strengthened up from a recent spell and had been trialling well leading into today's race. |
| Race 3 | Yaldhurst Hotel Stakes - C1 - 520 | SHADOW BAXTER (7) and OPAWA JACKIE (8) came together at the start. KNOW SOLUTION (1) was tightened in the early stages by SLEEPER AGENT (2) which was dictated inwards by CULVIE SPRITE (3). Racing into the first bend OPAWA JACKIE (8) made contact with the heels of SHADOW BAXTER (7) resulting in OPAWA JACKIE (8) falling. FLIP FLIPPA (4) was also checked between SLEEPER AGENT (2) and SHADOW BAXTER (7) at the first bend. KNOW SOLUTION (1) checked off the heels of SCOTSOME POWER (9) rounding the final bend. OPAWA JACKIE (8) was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
| Race 4 | Mamaja At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295 | GO TOMMO (4) was slow to begin. KNOW KNOWING (5) and ANOTHER PLANE (3) collided at the start. KNOW KNOWING (5) then shifting outwards and collided with HOMEBUSH HAVEN (7). HOMEBUSH HAVEN (7) checked off the heels of ANOTHER PLANE (3) early in the run home. |

MIGHTY TWIST (5) and STOCK TAKER (7) came together racing along the back straight after LOLA BAXTER (8) forced STOCK TAKER (7) down the track. Racing into the bend OHOKA HOPE (2), ONLY GOT TIME (1) and ABOGADO (4) collided, resulting in checks to the trailing HOMEBUSH ERROL (3) and MIGHTY TWIST (5). Rounding the bend OHOKA HOPE (2) checked off the heels of SMOKING MARLEY (6) with the trailing MIGHTY TWIST (5) being forced wider on the track. |
| Race 6 | Garden City Chem-Dry Stakes - C1 - 520 | OPAWA ROCKY (5) shifted inwards at the start checking GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (4), VOUSSOIR (3) and SHALANA STAR (2). WAGON WHEEL (6) and OPAWA GAVIN (7) collided in the early stages. OPAWA ROCKY (5), WAGON WHEEL (6) and GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (4) came together at the end of the back straight. OPAWA DOSH (1) lost ground after colliding with OPAWA GAVIN (7), OPAWA ROCKY (5) and GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (4) rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home. |

BO'S BUSINESS (2) was tightened racing into the bend with the trailing ABOUT TOWN (5) also being checked. JUDITH MARY (8) was referred to the Vet for assessment. |
| Race 9 | Funny Girl Distance - C1d - 645 | This race was hand started as a precaution due to the automatic sensor at the boxes appearing not to be working during stir ups. STICH UP (6) and COURT THE BELLE (8) came together at the start. BLUSHING BELLE (5) and CHILL OUT RALPH (7) collided racing into the first bend. COVER TO COVER (1) and CAWBOURNE WAR (2) bumped shortly after. CAWBOURNE WAR (2) and THRILLING SOUND (3) came together in the front straight on the first occasion. BLUSHING BELLE (5), CAWBOURNE WAR (2) and COVER TO COVER (1) made contact at the end of the back straight with the trailing THRILLING SOUND (3) having to check off the heels of COVER TO COVER (1). |
| Race 10 | Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520 | OPAWA PEARL (4) was slow to begin. FLYING AMELIA (2) made contact with HOLIVIA LASS (3) racing into the first bend and lost ground. OPAWA PEARL (4) checked off the heels of OPAWA MICHELLE (1) shortly after and collided with FLYING AMELIA (2). Rounding the first bend SOUMILLON (5) and GIRL MAGIC (6) came together. Early in the run home CAWBOURNE CLOCK (4) and OUR CHARLOTTE (1) collided. WINNE WILLOW (5) and ARCHIE'S TIME (3) also came together at the rear of the field. OUR CHARLOTTE (1) and CAWBOURNE CLOCK (4) again made contact over the final stages with OUR CHARLOTTE (1) losing momentum. |
