Weather: Fine
Track: Good After heavy rain in the previous 48 hours the track was presented in a good racing condition All equipment operated well through out ( 375m boxes refer judicial )
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The meeting was put back one race prior to race 7 due to a mechanical problem with the 375 boxes that was unable to be repaired on the day
With the co-operation and in consultation of the Club and Trainers/ handlers the remainder of the sprint races were started on the racing track from the mobile boxes used for 650m starts
These races were hand started with this information forwarded to Race day control and on course patrons
Several handlers were spoken to regarding the dress code regarding jackets / vests and reminded that they must follow the NZGA and clubs dress code in the future
The Sprint boxes will be repaired and will be thoroughly checked before the next meeting

Race 1	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C1 - 375	Racing in to the first turn CHEVY IMPALA crossed over on to ELEPHUNT TRUNK resulting in FIERY CONQUEST catching their heels and losing momentum. HIGH CALIBRE shifted in on the turn checking TEPIRITA and CHEVY IMPALA. HIGH CALIBRE then shifted out early in the run home checking CHEVY IMPALA.
Race 2	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C1 - 457	RADLEE REASON went up with the lids then went down on his haunches as he got away from the boxes ,further in QUEEN OF MEAN angled outwards on to TEEMARIA and TEMPERATE KING all being checked racing in to the first turn TEMPERATE KING came across on to COMEGETME forcing her inwards on to TEEMARIA who raced past on her inner COMEGETME was unbalanced for a couple of strides Racing across the top bend COMEGETME and TEMPERATE KING jostled for a couple of strides and were tightened together as TEEMARIA made more ground on their inner ,COMEGETME caught heels as she went back finishing several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 3	NZ Racing Series Graduation Heat 1 - NZRSq - 457 Heat 1	Racing to the first turn KAISER MAX angled inwards severely checking VERY CHILLY, YES NO MAYBE ( fav ) and HUNTED ONE ,these runners caught heels and went back through the field , wider out TEN POINT ONE cut inwards forcing UNCLE ROMILLY inwards resulting in THRILLING CHARLY catching his heels and falling with VERY CHILLY being hampered by the fallen runner The Stewards reviewed the length of the lure for a couple of strides across the top bend when it appeared to come back to the field fractionally ,after reviewing the tape no runners were affected in any way and the pay out was confirmed . THRILLING CHARLY recovered his footing to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment where no were abnormalities found HUNTED ONE was referred to the vet at the Handlers request for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 4	NZ Racing Series Graduation Heat 2 - NZRSq - 457 Heat 2	Racing in to the first turn RASSO angled inwards tightening KASIM who came out across heels running in to THRILLING STYLE and RUSHIN DOLL,THRILLING STYLE cannoned in to RUSHIN DOLL who went down on her haunches going back to the rear losing all chance there after ,THRILLING STYLE recovered to run in to 3rd placing at the line RUSHIN DOLL was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 5	NZ Racing Series Graduation Heat 3 - NZRSq - 457 Heat 3	HIT BOOST was slow to begin. ARMISTICE DAY and SHARELLA came together entering the turn. SHARELLA shifted in on the turn checking MARIAH which lost some momentum. HAJIME ran wide in to and around the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground there after CALL ME BLUE the winner was knocked over at the lure and referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 6	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C2 - 375	Soon after the start JELLY JEM raced across checking BELRANI ,FLIRT ACADEMY from wider out raced across tightening EXCITING DREAM in on to BELRANI and GEM'S CONQUEST with these runners losing ground ,FANCY MY LUCK wider out raced past angling inwards tightening FLIRT ACADEMY for a stride or so Racing across the top bend FLIRT ACADEMY was held up for several strides when attempting to improve in to the field ,he crossed out across heels losing ground GEMS CONQUEST was referred to the vet for assessment with a 21 day stand down imposed
Race 7	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C3 - 375	The meeting was put back one race at the request of the Stewards due to a problem with the sprint boxes The remaining 375 races were started from a spare set of boxes on the actual track itself ( refer judicial ) COUGAR ALERT was slowest away ,racing to the first turn ACTING UP angled inwards on to the shoulder of PURE THEATRE who changed ground out over heels ,ENGLISH HONEY raced towards the lead crossing over tightening ACTING UP in on to FEEL THE VIBE for a couple of strides LOCKETTE IN EDDIE ran wide in to and around the top bend
Race 8	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C4 - 375	A couple of strides away from the start PREDATOR DRONE and AQUA WOLF came together , soon after AQUA WOLF tried to get across from wide out but was held out and lost ground back to midfield PREDATOR DRONE raced widest across the top bend
Race 9	Palamountains Nutrition Series Final - C4f - 375	Soon after the start ROTOVEGAS DOT and TAYLA HART bumped a few strides on ROTOVEGAS DOT moved outwards in to the racing line of TAYLA HART checking this runner back as AUNTY MERLE pushed CAWBOURNE IGNITE inwards ,this was compounded a stride on as CEE KAY DEE forced LOCHINVAR BLAZE in on to AUNTY MERLE who ran out of room and stumbled going down on her nose losing ground back to a clear last in the running ,she finished a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 10	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C5 - 457	From the boxes THRILLING CARTER caught the hind quarters of REALLY CLEVER ,THRILLING CARTER went up in the air for a stride ,soon after in the run to the first turn THRILLING CARTER caught a heel of REALLY CLEVER Racing in to the first turn KWASANT ran down towards the rail tightening FANCY AMIGO who went back on to BOTANY JUNCTION checking this runner BOTANY JUNCTION was further checked again as ZIPPING ORRICK pushed his way in between runners ,BOTANY JUNCTION did well to keep his position to finish in to 4th placing at the line
Race 11	Happy Birthday Taylor Thornton Sprint - C5 - 375	Racing to the first turn CALAMITY FREE and THRILLING EDGE came together jostling for a few strides ,CRACKLES APPEAL in behind these runners angled across heels towards the rail running in to the back of TAYLA ROSE ,CRACKLES APPEAL went back to the rear and was unable to get back in to contention there after
Race 12	All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C4 - 457	GHOST WRITER shifted out shortly after the start checking JINJA JAM and COAL SACK which both lost ground. TRILISE shifted in approaching the turn and tightened OSTAPCHUK down onto KNUCKLE BUMP for several strides. COAL SACK was hampered entering the turn when KNUCKLE BUMP shifted out. racing in to the first bend OSTAPCHUK was tightened between runners losing ground back to the rear and was unable to get back in to contention there after
Race 13	Non Tote Sprint - Tier 2 - 375	OPIE BOSSMAN stumbled on leaving the boxes losing several lengths Racing across the top bend ACAPELLA angled outwards on to FORTIS FIONA COOL FOOT LUKE and MAJOR TOM forcing these runners wide .COOL FOOT LUKE drifted towards the rear when wide then angled inward in the run home finishing towards the rear at the line COOL FOOT LUKE was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution
