Judicial report: Stewards open and adjourned an inquiry into the non presentation of papers for Jibbajabba Jewel ( C Roberts ) Race 11.
Licenced Person J McInerney Jn defended breachs of ; Rule 88.1.o in that he committed an improper act and Rule 88.1.p that he failed to obey a directive from a Steward with matters to be adjudicated by the JCA .
Stewards opened and adjourned an inquiry into the presentation and late scratching of CONALOO (M Robinson) Race 12.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C0 - 295	PASS WITH CARE (4) and ARCHIE'S PLAN (7) were both slow to begin .OPAWA DES (3) was slow through the initial stages. HOMEBUSH SPIKE (2) shifted out after jumping making firm contact with BOTANY JOHN (6). OHOKA FAITH (5) made contact with EYES ON LULU shortly after the start .Into the first turn PASS WITH CARE shifted towards the running line and made firm contact with OPAWA DES. Rounding the first turn OHOKA FAITH checked off the heels of BOTANY JOHN and hampered EYES ON LULU . Into the straight ARCHIE'S PLAN shifted outwards and made contact with EYES ON LULU which was unbalanced and lost momentum .
Race 2	Happy Birthday Shirley McMillan Stakes - C0 - 520	BOTANY LIZ (4) was slow to begin . ZORBA THE GREEK (8) shifted inwards shortly after the start and made firm contact with OPAWA VIV which was unbalanced as a result. Stewards requested a post race veterinarian inspection of ZORBA THE GREEK which revealed no abnormalities .
Race 3	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C0 - 295	This race was delayed due to a fault with the photo finish cameras. Into the first bend GLADYS EMMANUEL (9) was tightened and checked when hampered by BOTANY WIN (7) . Rounding the bend DEE (2) and LA VENTANA (6) jostled for some distance. There was a delay in declaring placings due the photo finish camera malfunctioning .The problem with the photo finish camera was rectified prior to the Race 4.
Race 4	The Turf Bar Stakes - C0 - 520	BOTANY SEL (2) was checked shortly after the start when outside runners shifted inwards. Rounding the first turn BITA BANTA (1) checked off the heels of DUSTY RIDER (3) when well back in the field.
Race 5	Johnny Midnight At Stud Dash - C0 - 295	DARCY BRASCO (5) was slow to begin. Into the first turn SONNY WILL (4) was contacted from behind by BOTANY RICHIE (7) resulting in both runners being checked and losing all chance. SONNY WILL was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 6	Yaldhurst Hotel Sprint - C2 - 295	KENNY'S COMET (3) was slow to begin . CAMRAY (8) was slow through the early stages. Rounding the bend KENNY'S COMET jostled with CAWBOURNE BOMBER (5) and force that runner over extra ground. Into the final straight GORILLA ON DRUMS (2) and CAMRAY jostled for a distance.
Race 7	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH MISHA (6) was very slow to begin .KNOW LAUGHING (4) was hampered shortly after the start . Rounding the turn VAN GERWIN (5) was hampered from behind and shifted wide forcing KNOW LAUGHING over extra ground. Into the home straight NEDDY SEAGOON (3) and KNOW LAUGHING made firm contact with both runners being badly unbalanced .
Race 8	racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C3 - 295	CAMPAIGNER (2) was slow to begin . WONKEY DONKEY (7) and BATIATUS (8) made contact into the home straight.
Race 9	Hampden Tavern Sprint Final - C2f - 295	TOKEN STU (7) was checked between runners into the first turn losing all chance.
Race 10	Christchurch Casino Sprint - C3 - 295	HILTON FRIDAY (6) was slow to begin. BUSINESS AFFAIR (4) and WHITEY'S GONE (5) jostled into the first turn .
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Stakes - C2 - 520	In the run to the first turn BLUSHING BELLE (4) was checked between runners. Shortly there after JIBBAJABBA JEWEL (2) shifted outwards off the heels of AIR FLOW (9) and forced BLUSHING BELLE wider rounding the first turn . JINJA TURTLE (8) and GOLDSTAR JEANIE (5) jostled rounding the bend and in the early stages of the back straight.Into the home straight JINJA TURTLE and GOLDSTAR JEANIE jostled when in tight racing quarters.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C2 - 295	CONALOO was a late scratching at kenneling.MR JOHNNY (6) was slow through the initial stages. Into the first bend OPAWA RUFUS (1) checked off the heels of CHOKEHOLD (3) losing all chance.
