Judicial report: ALDONZA which had been stood down at Wanganui on 07.05.14 was presented and subjected to a Veterinary inspection under the provisions of Rule 82.5 and the original stand down was rescinded .

Race 1	Unted Travel New Plymouth C0 - C0 - 305	CAWBOURNE MALKY checked off the heels of FIVE KAY LEG on two occasions goig to the first bend and lost ground. GUMMY GUMPSTA shifted out abruptly in the back straight and bumped with WORTHA CRACK and he continued to shift out covering extra ground on the bend.
Race 2	Presidents Trophy C0 - C0 - 520	TE MAARI STYLE was slow to begin and was further hampered when MEMBERS ONLY shifted in and he settled at the rear. CEE ACH GEE shifted in entering the back straight and checked TE MAARI STYLE which lost two lengths.
Race 3	Eltham Veterinary Services C1 - C1 - 520	OPAWA CASSIDY was slow to beginlosing three lengths and she was still at the rear going into the first bend but made up ground very well to win the race. SPEEDY FEET shared the lead going to the first corner but shifted in, collided with CONTEMPERANEOUS and lost four lengths in the incident and never recovered the lost ground.
Race 4	Carols TAB Auckland C1 - C1 - 305	BOOMERANG MAN was slow to begin and settled back. KIRIBATI GIRL and CARLY RAE RAMA raced wide on the bend covering extra ground and they stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 5	Raymond Buckland Recycling Hawera C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	KAY ROAD was very slow to begin losing several lengths and he stayed back throughout the race. THRILLING AVA shifted in soon after the start and crowded LOO LOO BLUE, DARBY LANE and THAT'S KING and they lost ground and settled back. Racing into the first bend, LOO LOO BLUE raced onto the heels of ALL ABOUT AMY which then shifted out and bumped with THAT'S KING and they lost momentum. ALL ABOUT AMY shifted in entering the back straight and checked LOO LOO BLUE which lost three lengths.
Race 6	Dimocks Hawera C2 - C2 - 305	ALAMEIN DUKE was slow to begin losing three lengths. OPAWA GIFT, FANTA'S FEVER and MISSY SLOY jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and FANTA'S FEVER was eventually checked and almost fell losing several lengths.
Race 7	Empire Hotel Stratford C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	SUMMER TENSION was awkwardly placed between RED CRYSTAL and WALLACE LAD soon after the start and lost ground. CRUSHED MONKEY shifted out going to the first corner and caused jostling and checks to itself and also MATISSE, SPACE RACE and EL JETTA. MATTISE drifted off the back of the field entering the back straight and finished the race several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a gracilus muscle injury.
Race 8	Ivan Frost Memorial R/A - R/A - 520	SUNDAY DRIVER was slow to begin and was then tightened from both sides when CHECK THE MAIL and MARIAH both shifted ground and SUNDAY DRIVER settled at the rear. WHAT'S UP GEE shifted out from the start and hampered BUSTER BOY which lost a length. BUSTER BOY was checked from behind by TEN POINT ONE going into the final bend and lost five lengths and all chance.
Race 9	Waikato GRC Supporters C3 - C3 - 305	COSMIC CHOICE was slow to begin losing two lengths. SMIRNOFF shifted in going into the first bend and checked BIGTIME CHIP which lost three lengths and she never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 10	South Taranaki Club, Taranaki Cup C5 - C5 - 520	REALLY CLEVER shifted in from the start and caused crowding to WAY TOO CRUDE, GUS, OPAWA WALLY and SPEEDY KAZZA and they all lost ground and settled back. SPEEDY KAZZA and OPAWA WALLY brushed together going into the first bend, became unbalanced and shifted out to race a little wide on the bend.
Race 11	United Travel Eltham C4 - C4 - 305	JUMPIN SALLY shifted in from the start and caused checks to LOST IN LIGHT, EVER SO HOPEFUL and BOSTON BLAZE and they lost ground with EVER SO HOPEFUL the most affected and he lost four lengths. REBEL CITY received pressure on his hind quarters going into the bend which turned him sideways and he then shifted out and this resulted in checks to JUMPIN SALLY, BOSTON BLAZE and LOST IN LIGHT. BOSTON BLAZE finished in last place after an interrupted run and he was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have stopper bone pain.
Race 12	Memory Of Nancy Cobain C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	DOLLY PEG began a little awkwardly and settled at the rear. POPSOME TAGS shifted in going towards the first corner and caused crowding and some jostling to SIR RICHIE, SUPER ROOSTER and RUN LACEY RUN and they were all unbalanced for a short distance.
