| Race 1 | Mt Roskill TAB- All FWC Games Stakes - C1 - 527 | CAWBOURNE LOGAN (5) was slow away. COSMIC PIRATE (2) shifted out leaving the boxes after been briefly tightened when COOL FOOT LUKE (3) shifted in. Racing into the first bend IKE JONES (4) shifted out wide on the track, contacting the heels of COME ON MICKEY (8), and losing ground as a result. Rounding the bend COME ON MICKEY had to shift out off the heels of COSMIC PIRATE and PEARL TIARA (7) to obtain clear racing room. COSMIC PIRATE and PEARL TIARA made brief contact entering the final straight. |
| Race 2 | Reel-Fishin.com Stakes - C0 - 527 | Soon after the start LEROY JETHRO (8) commenced to shift in inconveniencing MYSTIK NITE (7) then hampering DEPOSIT TED (6) who made solid contact with ATOM BOMB (3). Also hampered as a result were WESTERLY WIND (4) and JETSUN STORM (5) who had to take evasive action. Soon after WESTERLY WIND shifted in, coming together with and checking LICHFIELD LADY (2) who lost ground, then made brief contact with JETSUN RAIN. Racing into the first turn JETSUN RAIN shifted out when in restricted room behind the leaders making solid contact with DEPOSIT TED who got on this runners heels and dragged her down. When unbalanced, JETSUN RAIN continued to shift out further hampering LEROY JETHRO with all three runners losing considerable ground with JETSUN RAIN the worst affected. JETSUN RAIN was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any abnormalities. |
| Race 3 | Hifi Allegro Series Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1 | COCKY APPEAL (6) and VIVA VANE (7) were last to leave the boxes. Racing into the first turn MIGHTY EXPLOSIVE (1) shifted out hampering CALAMITY FREE (2) and LORD WILL (5) with all runners becoming unbalanced losing ground. LORD WILL then went off stride shifting out taking no further part in the event. Hampered losing considerable ground was VIVA VANE who was following LORD WILL at the time, getting on this runners heels and shifting very wide on the track. LORD WILL was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 4 | Hifi Allegro Series Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2 | SECTIONED (2) was slow away. Soon after leaving the boxes UNO LACHLAN (7) shifted in tightening ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR (9) onto CLOVER APPEAL (5) with these two runners jostling for several strides. Racing down the back straight CALL ME RALPH (1) made contact with the hindquarters of D'OR FILLE (3) before shifting out making contact with CLOVER APPEAL with these runners then jostling for several strides. Early in the first bend D'OR FILLE got on the heels of ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR, becoming unbalanced making contact with SECTIONED with both runners turned sideways losing ground and momentum. Rounding the first bend ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR checked off the heels of UNO LACHLAN losing ground. |
| Race 5 | Carol's TABs Stakes - C1 - 527 | RADLEE REASON (6) was slow away. Racing into the first bend JOKER MAN (7) angled in into the line of MONTY DOSH (5) who was hampered shifting out losing ground. JOKER MAN then continued to shift in hampering SOUTH BAY DREAM (4) who was unbalanced shifting out inconveniencing HOMEBUSH TITAN (2). Also inconvenienced as a result were RADLEE REASON and MONTY DOSH who had to shift wider on the track. Rounding the first turn CAWBOURNE PENNY (1) and DORO FOOT (3) came together. |
| Race 6 | Plaster Board Duke of Edinburgh Silver Collar Heat 1 - C2dq - 779 Heat 1 | Soon after leaving the boxes COURT THE BELLE (1) and COOL PURSUIT (2) came together and jostled for several strides with both runners losing ground, COURT THE BELLE the worst affected. Entering the final straight LITTLE TEEGAN (8) and THRILLING LOGIC (4) came together momentarily. |
| Race 7 | $20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C3/4 - 527 | BRONELLY LAD (7) was slow away. INDI RHODE (4), MOULIN BLUE (3) and JINJA JAM (2) were all tightened racing toward the first turn when JHONNY RITZA (1) shifted out and CRACKLES APPEAL (5) shifted in with BIGTIME KAREN (6) also shifting in making contact with the hindquarters of CRACKLES APPEAL. Losing ground as a result were INDI RHODE, CRACKLES APPEAL, BIGTIME KAREN and JINJA JAM. Entering the first turn MOULIN BLUE was checked losing ground between JHONNY RITZA and BRONELLY LAD who then came together. CRACKLES APPEAL and BIGTIME KAREN came together rounding the first bend with both runners briefly unbalanced. INDI RHODE was held up rounding the final bend. |
| Race 8 | Plaster Board Duke of Edinburgh Silver Collar Heat 2 - C2dq - 779 Heat 2 | NOAKI HURRICANE (4) was slow away. Soon after the start BLUSHING BELLE (1) shifted out off the heels of LOCHINVAR BRANDO (2) losing momentum. Entering the first turn BLUSHING BELLE made contact with the hindquarters of NOAKI HURRICANE losing ground. Early in the first bend KING'S LEGACY (6) lost ground when in restricted room between BUDDY BROKE (5) and OPAWA TANIA (8). Rounding the first bend NOAKI HURRICANE had to check off the heels of BUDDY BROKE (5) when racing in restricted room. |
| Race 9 | Auckland Oaks - R/Af - 527 | KWASANT (4) shifted in making contact with TAYLA ROSE (3) leaving the boxes. STAY YOUNG (1) and SASSY ROAD (2) made brief contact leaving the boxes. LADY SHAMBI (7) angled in soon after the start inconveniencing BEV'S VIEWPOINT (6) who got on this runners heels. LADY SHAMBI then continued to shift in checking ROYAL RUNNER (5) and TAYLA ROSE who then shifted in crowding SASSY ROAD in onto STAY YOUNG with these three runners becoming unbalanced. ROYAL RUNNER then shifted in contacting the hindquarters of TAYLA ROSE. STAY YOUNG then shifted out further inconveniencing SASSY ROAD and TAYLA ROSE with TAYLA ROSE then shifting out inconveniencing KWASANT who was taken wider on the track with all runners losing ground. |
| Race 10 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C3 - 527 | Racing into the first turn KASIM (7) was hampered losing ground between FOUND ROMAN (5) and THOU ROMEO (8) who shifted in. THOU ROMEO then continued to shift in checking FOUND ROMAN, YOU'RE LUCKY (3) and TINA'S DILEMA (1) with all runners losing ground. Also as a result TINA'S DILEMA shifted out hampering JUNIOR WHAT (6) and KASIM with these runners all losing ground. After leading clear of the field for the majority of the race, THOU ROMEO gave ground in the final straight weakening to finish fourth. THOU ROMEO was referred to the vet for assessment and found to have pain in the left gracilis. |
| Race 11 | Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C5 - 527 | Leaving the boxes JANNIK (6) shifted in inconveniencing THREAT (5) who had to shift out off this runners heels. Soon after the start AUNTY MERL (4) came together with ROTOVEGAS DOT (2). AUNTY MERL was then unbalanced when JANNIK continued to shift in making contact with this runner. KIKI RHODE (3) was crowded losing ground racing toward the winning post on the first occasion when AUNTY MERL shifted out slightly. Rounding the final bend KIKI RHODE had to check off the heels of MAGIC FANCY (7). Entering the home straight THREAT had to check off the heels of KIKI RHODE, shifting out inconveniencing AUNTY MERL. THREAT was referred to the vet for assessment after been found to have a torn nail following the event. |

Rounding the bend DON'T TALK and WHERE'S CARLOS (4) came together with both runners losing ground going back onto BOTANY DOWNS and ARMED FORCES (8) who were both checked losing ground as a result. |
