Track: Good Following remedial work throughout the week on the 375m boxes it was noted the lids were still slowing prior to fully opening. Further work and testing will be carried out prior to next weeks race meeting to ensure the problem is resolved.

Race 1	Vehicle Services Ltd Sprint - C3 - 375	ZIPPING REECE (7) was inconvenienced losing ground at the start when DEVIOUS DANCER (8) shifted in. KIM DOTCOM (4) began awkwardly. Shortly after the start THRILLING ABRA (3) shifted out crowding KIM DOTCOM out onto THOU ROMEO (5). Racing toward the first turn THRILLING ABRA lost several lengths after making contact with the hindquarters of JOSH HART (1). Racing into the first bend KIM DOTCOM was tightened and unbalanced between THRILLING ABRA and ZIPPING REECE (7). DEVIOUS DANCER was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 2	Presland Tocker Insurance Sprint - C1 - 375	FIERY CONQUEST (7) was slow away. Shortly after the start ROTOVEGAS SPARKY (3), HELL FIRE (4), FANCY MY LUCK (5) and LITTLE DREAMS (6) were all hampered when CAESAR QUEEN (2) shifted out and VERSATILE RICHIE (8) shifted in with HELL FIRE losing ground as a result. Racing down the back straight ROTOVEGAS SPARKY was tightened between CAESAR QUEEN and FANCY MY LUCK with these runners continuing to make contact racing into the first bend with CAESAR QUEEN and ROTOVEGAS SPARKY then losing ground as a result.
Race 3	Cogswell Surveys ltd - C4 - 375	FIERCE STAR (7) jumped in air leaving the boxes. Shortly after the start ROTOVEGAS RAT (3), COSMIC MACK (4) and BOSS APPEAL (5) all came together making solid contact. Racing toward the first bend COSMIC MACK made contact with the hindquarters of BOSS APPEAL with both runners momentarily unbalanced and COSMIC MACK losing ground as a result. Rounding the bend HAJIME (2) and TAYLA ROSE (8) came together with both runner losing ground. As a result FIERCE STAR became awkwardly placed on the heels of HAJIME (2) shifting out inconveniencing TAYLA ROSE (8) with both these runners losing considerable ground. FIERCE STAR was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any abnormalities.
Race 4	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C1 - 457	CAWBOURNE LOGAN (3) was slow away. Shortly after leaving the boxes COSMIC PIRATE (4) shifted out making contact with the hindquarters of MONTY DASH (6). COSMIC PIRATE raced wide throughout.
Race 5	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Stakes - C1 - 457	MEDICINAL (2) was slow away. Racing toward the first bend TEEMARIA (3) and KITTY'S SHIRAZ (5) came together with TEEMARIA then losing ground as a result. Racing into the first bend HUNTED ONE (8) angled in making contact with CRAZY A GOGO (6) who lost ground.
Race 6	Greyhounds North Distance - C2d - 650	COOL PURSUIT (6) was slow away. Racing into to the first bend RETALIATE FIRST (2), LITTLE TEEGAN (3) and TINA'S DILEMA (4) came together with these three runners all losing ground.
Race 7	General Engravers Ltd Sprint - C4 - 375	Leaving the boxes QUICK CAT (6) was crowded losing ground between PREDATOR DRONE (7) and CRACKLES APPEAL (5). Entering the first bend GUS (1) checked off the heels of FASTBACK KING (3) when racing in restricted room. Rounding the bend GUS and ATE POWER (8) came together and jostled for several strides with both runners then becoming briefly unbalanced. Entering the final straight CRACKLES APPEAL (5) shifted out into the line of QUICK CAT who then got on this runners heels with CRACKLES APPEAL momentarily unbalanced.
Race 8	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C5 - 375	Leaving the boxes SECTIONED (4) had to check off the heels of GAINSFORD (3), who shifted out, losing ground. GAINSFORD then continued to shift out making contact with ROTOVEGAS DOT (5) who then came together with CAWBOURNE IGNITE (6) who also had crowding from LORD WILL (7) who was angling in. As a result GAINSFORD, ROTOVEGAS DOT and CAWBOURNE IGNITE all lost ground. Racing into the first bend GAINSFORD and ROTOVEGAS DOT came together with these runners both losing ground as a result.
Race 9	Harness Jewels @ The Clubhouse Sports Bar 31/5 Stakes - C5 - 457	THRILLING BRAVE (4) began awkwardly losing ground. GHOST WRITER (3) and FANCY AMIGO (6) came together soon after leaving the boxes with both runners briefly unbalanced. Racing down the back straight MAGICO (2) was crowded losing ground. Racing into the first turn ZAGATO (1) and JANNICK (5) came together with both runners becoming unbalanced with ZAGATO then further inconvenienced when SASSY ROAD (8) angled in tightening this runner. ZAGATO then made further contact with JANNIK who became unbalanced and shifted out inconveniencing THRILLING BUTCHA, who was racing up outside these runners, MAGICO, GHOST WRITER and THRILLING BRAVE who were all following these runners at the time. Rounding the final bend THRILLING BUTCHA attempted to shift in toward the rail inconveniencing ZAGATO and JANNIK who were racing to the inside of this runner at the time. Rounding the final bend MAGICO shifted out off the heels of THRILLING BRAVE. TRILLING BRAVE and THRILLING BUTCHA were referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 10	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C5 - 375	BIG JAMESY (6) and UP THERE HERBIE (8) came together soon after leaving the boxes. Racing down the back straight HARVEY NICHOLS (1) made contact with the hindquarters of DON'T TALK (3) and continued to do so for several strides, with HARVEY NICHOLS then losing ground entering the first bend. Entering the first bend COCKY APPEAL (2) and MAHONIE (7) came together with MAHONIE losing ground as a result.
Race 11	Palamountains Nutrition Stakes - C3 - 457	NONU NONU BOOM ( 2) and BEAU RIVAGE (3) made brief contact leaving the boxes. JUNIOR WHAT (4) and QUEEN COBRA came together shortly after the start. Racing down the back straight OPAWA JAY (8), QUEEN COBRA and JUNIOR WHAT came together with all runners briefly unbalanced. QUEEN COBRA then made contact with the hindquarters of JUNIOR WHAT losing ground. NONU NONU BOOM shifted out off the heels of BEAU RIVAGE entering the first bend. OPAWA JAY got on the heels of JUNIOR WHAT rounding the first bend briefly unbalancing this runner.
Race 12	Siska Lodge Racing Kennels Stakes - C3/4 - 457	THRILLING ZOOM (6) was slow away. TRILISE (1) lost ground when tightened to the inside of BOTANY JUNCTION (3) racing into the first turn. Entering the first bend MULTICAM LAD (2) and KAISER MAX (8) came together with both runners losing momentum. THRILLING ZOOM checked off the heels of KAISER MAX then shifted out to obtain clear racing room.
Race 13	Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 375	Racing into the first bend OPAWA CRUSHER (2) angled in tightening WHERE'S THE CAT (3) in onto MAJOR TOM (1) with these runners making contact. As a result WHERE'S THE CAT lost ground going back onto IKE JONES (4) and MAJOR TOM became unbalanced making brief contact with the rail. Racing round the first bend FANCY ROVER (5) got on the heels of OPAWA CRUSHER. PATS ALL ROUND (6) raced wide throughout.
