Track: Good The boxes at the 375m start were partially slow to fully open in race 8 on todays programme. These boxes were tested prior to the start of the next race from this distance (race 10). Race ten was hand started as a precaution. Remedial work will be carried out to rectify this problem prior to the commencement of racing next.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: K Toomer was issued a minor infringement and fined $100 under rule 69.11 for presenting CALL ME BLUE to race at 28.6kgs - down 2.2kgs from his last race on 27 April 2014. K Toomer was issued with a warning under rule 88.1(q) when his phone rung while parading CALL ME BLUE.

Race 1	Harness Jewels @ The Clubhouse Sports Bar 31/5 Sprint - C2 - 375	Soon after leaving the boxes URBAN COMBAT (4) was tightened between DEB BALE (3) who shifted out and BELRANI (5) who shifted in with BELRANI then coming together with THIS TIME PEDRO (6). Racing into the first bend DEB BALE and OPAWA JOY (3) came together with both runners briefly unbalanced. Racing around the first bend DEB BALE made contact with the hindquarters of ON THE HOUSE (1) becoming unbalanced and losing ground. Also rounding the first bend URBAN COMBAT shifted out off the heels of ZIPPING WILL (8) hampering THIS TIME PEDRO, who was racing wide, with both these runners losing ground.
Race 2	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint - C1 - 375	LITTLE ARTHER (1) and FIERY CONQUEST (2) were slow away. Leaving the boxes INDEFINITE ORDER (5) made contact with the hindquarters of RIJEKA (6) losing ground. Racing into the first bend VERSATILE RICHIE (7) angled in into the line of RIJEKA who was checked losing ground going back onto INDEFINITE ORDER with these two runners unbalanced when making solid contact both losing ground and momentum as a result. DAISY'S BOI (3) and DO MORE (9) came together rounding the bend with DO MORE losing ground. RIJEKA was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any injuries.
Race 3	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C3 - 457	Racing down the back TEN POINT ONE (3) and THOU ROMEO (5) came together with both runners unbalanced. These two runners continued to jostle racing into the first bend both losing momentum with THOU ROMEO then losing ground as a result.
Race 4	YGOT Bonus Scheme Stakes - C1 - 457	JOKER MAN (1) was slow away. Shortly after the start ANDREW'S OSTI (5) was tightened between TEEMARIA (6) who shifted in and DORO FOOT (2) who shifted out. This contact continued racing down the back straight with all three runners becoming unbalanced and ANDREW'S OSTI then being checked out of it losing ground. Racing into the first bend NIKE GODDESS (8) got on the heels of TEEMARIA losing ground.
Race 5	Happy Birthday Sarah Cockburn Stakes - C2 - 457	No racing incidents to report.
Race 6	MTA Assured Sprint - C4 - 375	Shortly after leaving the boxes YA LAUGHIN' (6) was tightened when PREDATOR DRONE (5) shifted out. PREDATOR DRONE then made contact with BOSS APPEAL (8). CRACKLES APPEAL (3) and QUICK CAT (7) came together soon after the start. Racing into the first turn COSMIC MACK (1) and ATE POWER (2) came together with CRACKLES APPEAL then shifting in making contact with these runners with COSMIC MACK and ATE POWER then lost ground as a result. YA LAUGHIN' who was following ATE POWER at this time was checked having to shift out off this runners heels. Rounding the final bend ATE POWER was checked losing ground when racing in restricted room to the inside of BOSS APPEAL (8).
Race 7	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C3 - 375	Leaving the boxes TAYLOR ROSE (4) made brief contact with PURE THEATRE (3) then shifted out making solid contact with FOUND ROMAN (5) with both runner becoming unbalanced and FOUND ROMAN losing ground. Also inconvenienced and losing ground in this incident was THRILLING ABRA (9) who was taken in onto these runners when HOLLAND BADGER (7) shifted in. TAYLOR ROSE and PURE THEATRE made contact racing into the first turn with PURE THEATRE losing ground. NEWTON WILLOW (2) shifted out across heels rounding the final bend to obtain clear racing room.
Race 8	Mike Stent Decorators Sprint - C4 - 375	It was observed the lids of the boxes slowed before fully opening. These were tested prior to been used again. ROCKN' ROD (1) began awkwardly. Shortly after the start UNO LACHLAN (8) shifted in hampering SENORITA CHANG (7) who lost ground, then continued to shift in onto DOWN THE BACK (6) who lost ground. FASTBACK KING (3) and UNO LACHLAN made brief contact entering the first bend. Rounding the first bend SENORITA CHANG and DOWN THE BACK came together with NINJAGO (5) then shifting in onto SENORITA CHANG who was unbalanced and lost ground. NINJAGO was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 9	Fond Foods Ltd Stakes - C5 - 457	THRILLING BRAVE (1) was slow away. GHOST WRITER (3), ZAGATO (4), ROTOVEGAS DOT (5) and BOTANY DOWNS (6) all came together soon after the start. ROTOVEGAS DOT and BOTANY DOWNS jostled down the back straight. Racing into the first bend ZAGATO, ROTOVEGAS DOT and BOTANY DOWNS were all tightened and hampered between AUNTY MERL (2) and GAINSFORD (7) who then became unbalanced shifting out inconveniencing THRILLING BLITZ (8) who lost ground.
Race 10	Tree Town Insurances Ltd Sprint - C5 - 375	This race was hand started due to a mechanical error with the boxes. CLOVER APPEAL (6) and COTSWALD PRINCE (9) were tightened at the start between RUN STACEY RUN (5) and FANCY DASHER (8). LORD WILL (1) and EXPLOSIVE OSTI (4) came together racing into the first bend.
Race 11	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Stakes - C3 - 457	The start of this race was delayed one minute at the request of TAB control. Leaving the boxes BACKYARD BULLY (4), THRILLING CHARLY (5) and BORASCO (6) were all inconvenienced losing ground at the start when MAGIC BOLT (3) shifted out and SHELBY KING (7) shifted in. Racing into the first bend BORASCO made contact with the hindquarters of BACKYARD BULLY. Rounding the final bend SHELBY KING made contact with the hindquarters of QUEEN COBRA (1) before shifting out across this runners heels.
Race 12	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Stakes - C4 - 457	Racing toward the first bend JINJA JAM (2) was hampered losing ground between BOTANY JUNCTION (3) and COAL SACK (1) who also lost ground. Racing around the first bend, when in a compact field, KAISER MAX (7) got on the heels of TRILISE (6) who was then dragged down going back onto THRILLING ZOOM (4), KAISER MAX and JINJA JAM who were all hampered losing ground with ZIPPING ORRICK (8) also inconvenienced. THRILLING ZOOM then became unbalanced and was then further hampered by KAISER MAX and JINJA JAM with THRILLING ZOOM then falling with these runners all losing considerable ground. THRILLING ZOOM and KAISER MAX were referred to the veterinarian for assessment and both cleared of any abnormalities.
Race 13	Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 375	HOMEBUSH TITAN (7) began awkwardly. Racing into the first bend NOMINAL LILY (2) checked off the heels of STILL DON'T KNOW (1) losing ground. STILL DON'T KNOW raced wide rounding the final bend.
