Track: Good The track was well presented and with consistant grooming throughout the day, continued to provide a good racing surface.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: HOFSTADTER and BOSTON MONA completed satisfactory trials which they were required to under the provisions of Rule 81.1. THUMB PRINT in race 1 weighed 2.1 kilograms down on his last start weight and this decrease was an intentional decrease by the dogs new Trainer.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	SHINZIGZAG and REDSTAR REAPER were a little slow to begin and then bumped together and settled at the rear. OPALESCENT ran very wide covering extra ground on the bend but ran on well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 2	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS C0 - C0 - 305	FIVE KAY LEG and FORTIS LION were slow to begin losing two lengths. BLAZE'S CORPORAL and FORTIS LION jostled together for some distance going to and entering the bend and they lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear. WHITEY'S GONE checked over the heels of MATTY HOOKY and lost three lengths on the bend. FIVE KAY LEG checked over the heels of CURIOUS LIFE entering the home straight and also lost three lengths.
Race 3	J P PRINT (PETONE) C0 - C0 - 520	All clear.
Race 4	HARRISON HIRE MASTER HT1 C1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	HOMEBUSH BARABAS was slow to begin and settled back. HOMEBUSH BARABAS was then checked losing a length going into the bend when COSMIC RASCAL shifted into his line of running. GOLD STONE raced wide throughout covering extra ground but finished well for 2nd place.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION HT1 C1 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	AZURE DREAMS began well and was handy going into the bend but was galloped on by FORTIS FLYER and they both lost several lengths, went back to the rear and stayed there until the finish. The winner WILD AS ANGELS appeared sore following race and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 6	WANGANUI SECURITY HT3 C1 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	TOXIC REVENGE shifted out going into the bend and checked SNOW DEMON and WORKING PIZZAZ and they lost three lengths. KIRIBATI GIRL checked off the heels of MISS COOL going into the bebnd and went back onto MADDIE BRAND and they lost three lengths.
Race 7	WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ HT4 C1 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	DAISY'S BOI and AOKAUTERE jostled together for a short distance going into the bend and AOKAUTERE lost three lengths in the incident. GOOGLE IT shifted out to race wide into the bend and she stayed wide covering extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 8	GARY ROSS DECORATOR HT 5 C1 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	BLACK MAGIC ROCK shifted in abruptly from the start and caused checks to every other runner in the race except the eventual winner HOMEBUSH ENVY. NINA BE GOOD, TONGARIRO, CALAMITY SUE and BLACK MAGIC ROCK came together again going to the first corner and they lost varying amounts of ground.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM HT6 C1 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	WITCH MISTY was tightened between WALLDO BAXTER and ALAMEIN DUKE going to the first corner and lost three lengths. ALAMEIN DUKE then galloped on the back of SYDENHAM JADE and they both lost three lengths. A short distance further on ALAMEIN DUKE again had to check of the back of SYDENHAM JADE and again lost ground.
Race 10	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 520	HOMEBUSH KELSO shifted ground and checked INTO THE FRAY going into the back straight and INTO THE FRAY went back and was tightened and checked when racing between FERGIE'S BELLE and ZAMADDIS LASS and she never recovered and finished in last place. The last start sprint winner HOMEBUSH KELSO was handy enough going into the final bend but appeared to tire and drifted to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 11	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 520	HAIR HE IS galloped on the heels of DUTCHESS QUEEN going into the first bend and shifted out to collide with TAIKOREA LASS and all three runners lost four lengths. VERSATILE RICHIE moved through inside RICH LIST and COTEMPORANEOUS going into the final bend and checked both those runners and they lost four lengths. A short distance further on, DUTCHESS QUEEN ran into the back of RICH LIST and they lost further ground and finished at the rear.
Race 12	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C2 - C2 - 305	OTTO BAXTER shifted in going into the bend and checked KASIM and ANOTHER DRINK which both lost ground. Soon after, COSMIC CHOICE galloped on the back of BLUE SENIOR and shifted out bumping KASIM which was pushed wide. COSMIC CHOICE then lay out onto KASIM around the bend and they raced very wide into the straight and finished at the rear.
Race 13	Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 305	CHARLIE'S PAL shifted in going into the bend and caused checks to WHERE'S RICAN, OPEHU FLYER and FORTIS FIONA and they lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last three places. FLAYOSC was checked and fell soon after crossing the finish line and he was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 14	Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 305	WHITE LEGS was held up for a short distance going to the first corner when unable to clear COSMIC SALLY and WHITE LEGS eventually galloped on the heels of COSMIC SALLY and both lost ground. STILL DON'T KNOW checked off the back of ELLO ELLE going into the bend and shifted out to race very wide.
