Judicial report: A warning was issued to co-trainers J Lane and R Wales regarding the non-presentation of registration papers.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C0 - 295	AXEL FOLEY was slow over the early stages. After the start HOMEBUSH LUCIFER moved inwards causing ANOTHER PLANE to be pressured down onto AXEL FOLEY. HOMEBUSH BANSHEE drifted up the track in the first straight eventually correcting when coming into contact with ANOTHER PLANE. HOMEBUSH BANSHEE was dictated downwards onto the rail racing into the first turn by HOMEBUSH LUCIFER which was shifting ground. RACONTEUR came down the track on the bend and collided heavily with AXEL FOLEY. As a result of this RACONTEUR lost considerable ground and momentum and AXEL FOLEY had it's progress checked. HOMEBUSH BANSHEE was sent for a post race Veterinary examination.
Race 2	The Turf Bar Dash - C0 - 295	WAXEYE'S BIG KID was slow over the initial stages. HOMEBUSH ROWDY and WAXEYE'S BIG KID made contact in the early stages resulting in HOMEBUSH ROWDY being turned outwards. IMPERSONATOR crossed down the track on the bend towards the rail with OLLIE BAXTER shifting outwards to avoid that dog. This caused LEMON FISH to be dictated out onto CAWBOURNE FLOW with these dogs losing their chance.
Race 3	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH SAXON proved considerably difficult to load which caused a delay to the start of this race. The connections were advised that this dog must now be boxed first. OHOKA NATASHA was slow to begin. LOLA BAXTER and ARCHIE'S TIME were checked in the first straight when crowded between DUSTY RIDER and SMOKING MARLEY which were both shifting ground. SMOKING MARLEY shifted down the track and bumped with DUSTY RIDER racing into the turn with that dog losing ground and hampering LOLA BAXTER and ARCHIE'S TIME which were following.
Race 4	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C0 - 520	SPEIGHT'S KID was crowded in the early stages between DEE and LOUISA'S GIRL. KNOW JUDGE received a slight bump in the opening stages. SPEIGHT'S KID became awkwardly positioned between TORERO and KNOW JUDGE racing into the first turn and after making contact with these dogs fell to the track. LOUISAS GIRL and KNOW JUDGE were checked badly and lost their chance while TORERO received a lesser check which cost it some momentum. OPAWA KENDAL was denied room to improve it's position throughout the back straight and rounding the final bend when awkwardly placed between the heels of OPAWA MARGORIE and DEE. SPEIGHT'S KID was sent to be examined by the on course Veterinarian
Race 5	Amber Cleaning Dash - C0 - 295	TIME SLAYER was crowded between SHADOW BAXTER and OHOKA STRIKA racing into the straight. UNRELIABLE ANDY was shifted wider on the track racing into the first bend.
Race 6	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	RUNAWAY TAXI was slow in the opening stages. CULVIE SPRITE and CAWBOURNE AXE jostled early for a position. OPAWA GAVIN was shifted down in the early stages by CAWBOURNE AXE causing the dog to come into contact with RUNAWAY TAXI. This resulted in OPAWA GAVIN stumbling and losing considerable ground.
Race 7	Yella Mustard At Stud Dash - C1 - 295	EDITORIAL was crowded and then checked on the bend between CEC DEVINE and ANOTHER RULE which had shifted ground outwards. CEC DEVINE and EDITORIAL jostled for a short distance leaving the bend.
Race 8	racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE MONARO was slow in the early stages. OPAWA GOODIE was buffeted between TRUE BLUE STYLE and OPAWA CUDDLES shortly after the start TRUE BLUE STYLE was tripped and stumbled in the first straight when positioned to the inside of ONLY GOT TIME which was improving to its outside. Stewards sent OPAWA GOODIE to be examined by the Veterinarian due to it failing to race competitively. No anomalies were detected with the dog and the connections were advised a warning had been placed on its racing performance which will be monitored by Stewards.
Race 9	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	BENNY'S ANGEL was crowded between LOOK AT LUCY and BUSINESS REVIEW in the early stages. ADVANCED PEDRO when shifting down towards the rail bumped heavily with CALA RAPITA costing it significant ground. CHURCHILL CHASER shifted outwards slightly on the bend which took CALA RAPITA outwards as a result of this RED HOT FURY, which was positioned outside these dogs and to the inside of OHOKA CORBY, stumbled and fell. This dog was examined by the on course Veterinary and cleared of injury.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1/2 - 520	LOCHINVARO CAMARO and MR BARRY were slow to begin. WAIMAK DAVE caused tightening to all inside runners through the first straight when angling down towards the rail. Both KNOW PERIL and LOCHINVAR CAMARO raced in restricted room approaching the first bend when placed poorly between MR BARRY and THRILLING SOUND.
Race 11	Glenbyre Tavern Dash - C1 - 295	CORPORATE IMAGE and BIG MUDDY began slowly. HAYLEY'S CHOICE was buffeted over the early stages between SEA SPRAY BORIS and SLINGO. SLINGO and GOLDSTAR BOMBER jostled together for a short distance in the run to the bend. GOLDSTAR BOMBER shifted outwards on the final bend and bumped HOMEBUSH RADAR which was taken wider on the bend. Stewards spoke with M Flipp as the trainer of HAYLEY'S CHOICE which weakened on the turn and finished a distant last placing. M Flipp advised that today was the first start this bitch had from her kennel and that she was very disappointed with the run notwithstanding the check she received early in the race. Stewards will monitor the performance of this bitch in coming starts.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	WUNZEE was hampered significantly racing into the first bend when positioned between ZOE BRAND and MAMALULU with a resulting check to MARBELLA. All dogs involved in this incident lost ground. MAMALULU shifted outwards on the final bend which checked both RITE ROUND RANGE and WEE TERRA.
Race 13	NonTote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 295	QUE TEE PIX was a late scratching at 3.30pm due to an injury sustained in the kennel area. NITRO EXPRESS was very slow to leave the boxes and settled behind the field. WONKEY DONKEY raced in confined quarters leaving the back straight and shifted outwards abruptly when receiving some pressure between GROOVY LEO and OPAWA LAZ which cost the dog significant ground. OPAWA LAZ and GOLDSTAR MAGIC collided after entering the home straight. OPAWA LAZ was buffeted for a short distance early in the run home between NITRO EXPRESS and GOLDSTAR MAGIC.
