Track: Good The track was very well presented and with all equipment working well, the meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded on time.

Judicial report: Trainer J.T.McInerney was Fined $ 50-00 under Rule 68.9 under the Minor Infringment Table when ROCKY BAXTER was presented for kennelling without the required registration documents. SARAH'S DOMAIN was stood down under Rule 81.1 until the completion of a Satisfactory Trial after the bitch was checked on the first bend, pulled up and failed to take any further part in the race and was checked by the Vet and cleared of injury.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	HOMEBUSH VERONA began only fairly. ANOTEHR DRINK and STEVIE'S MAGIC bumped on two occasions along the back straight. HOMEBUSH VERONA was briefly crowded rounding the bend when several runners to the outside angled in.
Race 2	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	ROCKY BAXTER was slow to begin settling at the rear of the field. DUTCHESS QUEEN angled in rounding the first bend checking LOO LOO BLUE for two strides. SARAH'S DOMAIN raced in restricted room rounding the bend when racing adjacent to the running rail and ROCKY BAXTER resulting in SARAH'S DOMAIN losing ground and losing contact with the body of the field, failing to finish the race. SARAH'S DOMAIN was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury and is now required to complete a satisfactory Trial under Rule 81.1 before next racing.
Race 3	J P PRINT (PETONE) C3 - C3 - 305	DARLEK KHAN shifted ground outward along the back straight resulting in FLYING TRANCE, ALL THE MILK and SUPREME SHELLEEN which all raced to the outside being forced to race wider. ALL THE MILK was crowded rounding the bend between SUPREME SHELLEEN and KAZILLION which angled wider.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 305	STIFF DRINK was slow away. VICKI'S QUEST shifted in abruptly from the boxes hampering WATERBUG which lost ground. WATERBUG checked out off the heels of GO FERN GO along the back straight, and in doing so made firm contact with THRILLING MIGHT. THANKS CHARLIE angled in rounding the bend checking WONG WAY SUSIE which lost ground and went back through the field hampering STIFF DRINK.
Race 5	WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ C3 - C3 - 520	The start of this event was held up for some time when KWASANT proved very difficult to load into the boxes. The Trainer was spoken to advisedly and the dogs manners will be monitored in future starts. The starter was also spoken to advisedly and instructed to intervene and assist a Handler far quicker than he had today. BUSTER BOY shifted out soon after the start and hampered NONU NONU BOOM and CAESAR CHANCE and all three runners lost ground. KWASANT shifted out going to the first corner and checked BUSTER BOY, TINA'S DILEMA and CAESAR CHANCE and they all lost ground with TINA'S DILEMA the most affected and she went back to last. The 3rd placed runner KWASANT galloped on the back of the winner ZIPPING TAY just short of the finish line and they both lost momentum but held onto their respective places to the finish.
Race 6	WANGANUI SECURITY C5 - C5 - 305	BELKARA began awkwardly losing three lengths and stayed back throughout. RUAPEHU checked off the back of UNO ALLEGRO going into the bend and caused that runner to shift out onto BEE RABBIT and all three runners involved lost ground. EMMA MARIE shifted out entering the home straight and bumped with BELKARA and they both lost momentum.
Race 7	KEENAN CONCRETE C5 - C5 - 520	PINK BOUQUET shifted out from the start and JANNIK shifted in which resulted in GRADUATION and TIFINO, racing in between being hampered and they lost ground and went back to the rear.
Race 8	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C5 - C5 - 305	MATILDA'S BABE and BIG JAMESY came together and bumped going into the bend and BIG JAMESY lost two lengths and went back to the rear.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	JUST MAC and SPACE RACE were crowded for several strides approaching the first bend between THAT'S KING which attempted to angle in and PHONE TAP which angled out. Both SPACE RACE and JUST MAC lost ground as a result settling toward the rear of the field.
Race 10	GARY ROSS DECORATOR C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	HOMEBUSH LIMBO angled in from the boxes crowding RINGA DING which became unbalanced and blundered, losing ground (3L). Racing into the bend, KINETIC NEO shifted out and improved up onto the heels of EUREKA IZMIR which was unbalanced briefly. EUREKA IZMIR shortly after appeared to faulter and shorten stride, being distant at the finish. EUREKA IZMIR was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and found to have a Metartarsal injury.
Race 11	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	HOMEBUSH SARGE angled in along the back straight crowding SUPER ROOSTER for several strides. Shortly after SUPER ROOSTER shifted in abruptly crowding COLD TURKEY which was checked losing ground and REBEL KHAN which raced in restricted room briefy. REBEL KHAN when improving around the bend, clipped the heel of SUPER ROOSTER and lost momentum.
Race 12	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	MISS MCFLY and CRYSTAL WAVE jostled together for a short distance going to the first corner and CRYSTAL WAVE dropped back onto ALMOST GOT IT which in turn shifted out making contact with CAWBOURNE BANKSY and all three lost ground.
