| Race 1 | CENTRAL WATER CARRIERS - C0 - 390 | From the jump BO'S BUSINESS ran sharply outwards and HAREEBA TIME shifted inwards checking TONY'S CHOICE. In the run to the turn LITTLE ARTHUR shifted ground outwards and checked HAREEBA TIME. Into the turn BO'S BUSINESS and TONY'S CHOICE bumped and lost momentum. At the top of the straight EBONY'S STAR shifted out and severely checked HAREEBA TIME. After the race GO TOMMO was referred to the veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury. |
| Race 2 | BRENDON BURKE @ FIRST NATIONAL - C3 - 390 | From the jump SOSAN lost momentum when shiftinG inwards from the No.4 box and bumping ANOTHER JEWEL. In the run to the turn BAD WEEK and ANOTHER GROOM came together. Into the turn BAD WEEK, ANOTHER GROOM and STOCK TAKER all made contact with resulting checks to PRIMITIVE and SOSAN who lost ground. STOCK TAKER was also hampered and lost ground. |

| Race 4 | Les McLeod Memorial Heats - R/Aq - 457 Heat 1 | Payment authorisation of all placings was withheld by the Stewards until reviewing the start. BIGTIME TIP (No.1) was deemed under Rule 76.9 to have been denied a fair start when its foot became entangled with the lids. The dog failed to finish in the first three placings and Stewards declared the greyhound a non-starter in the race. In the race, CAWBOURNE POLLY and JIBBAJABBA JEWEL were slow to jump. On the turn HARLEM HAKA checked off the heels of WHAT I LIKE. |
| Race 5 | Les McLeod Memorial Heats - R/Aq - 457 Heat 2 | HIS LORDSHIP was slow to begin. At the jump CAWBOURNE WAR was tightened between PUNCH ON JAIME and BOTANY KEVIN. Into the turn THRILLING JAMES shifted inwards at the same time as PUNCH ON JAIME shifted outwards with a resulting check to OPAWA STELLA. On the bend HIS LORDSHIP ran inwards and checked THRILLING JAMES. |
| Race 6 | ADDED ENERGY DASH - C4 - 390 | Into the turn ANOTHER COLT ran inwards and forced BONE NERD to check out with YALDHURST EDWARD also hampered. In the home straight AS FAR AS lost momentum when checking off the heels of SANDI CLAWS. |

| Race 8 | Bruce Striling Memorial Stayers Run Heats - SPECAdq - 630 Heat 1 | BLUSHING BELLE shifted inwards shortly after the start resulting in BOTANY COMET stumbling and almost falling. BLUSHING BELLE continued to shift inwards on the first bend with LOCHINVAR CAMARO checking off the heels of BLUSHING BELLE with LOCHNIVAR CAMARO racing wide around the bend. |
| Race 9 | Bruce Striling Memorial Stayers Run Heats - SPECAdq - 630 Heat 2 | THRILLING MARTY was slow to jump. On the first turn OPAWA ANNE shifted inwards and checked off OPAWA NO EAR before running outwards and forcing OPAWA BRO wide. The trailing OPAWA PAUL was hampered as a result. |

On the turn OPAWA LEGS checked off the heels of EMILY PATRICK and lost momentum. At the top of the home straight EMILY PATRICK shifted outwards off the heels of CHARLIE'S CHOICE. After the race INDI'S GRACE fell and was referred to the veterinarian for assessment. |

These three runners continued to make contact in the run to the bend. SHEZ KEEN was checked on the bend when OPAWA ALBIE shifted outwards. |
