Judicial report: GOLDSTAR JUNIOR(Race 6) was declared a late scratching at 10:55am after being found to have pain in the right shoulder when being presented for kenneling.
PURPLE PRIDE (D Voyce) must complete a satisfactory trial which is required under Rule 81. Connections advised that the dog would be retired from racing.
Trainer M Dempsey admitted a charge in accordance with Rule 80.1(a) after BIG JOHN CANON marred the running of VOUSSEIR in race 8. BIG JOHN CANON has been stood down for 28 days and is to complete a satisfactory trial prior to resuming racing.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C2 - 295	MAKER'S LABEL (5) angled in from the jump bumping with SON OF GRACE (4) which in turn bumped with QUE TEE CHICKS (3) which lost ground. SON OF GRACE (4) angled wider entering the home straight, momentarily checking the progress of WANDY DESTINY (7).
Race 2	C.T.V. Sprint - C0 - 295	BLAZING HOT (3) and UNO NOSEY (6) began only fairly. COME ON DOLLY (1) when leading, shifted into the bend resulting in the trailing INKA SUPREME (2) having to check back off that runners heels. BLAZING HOT (3) ran wide rounding the bend forcing GOLDSTAR BIRDIE (8) to check to the inside of that runner. Shortly after GOLDSTAR BIRDIE (8) shifted in abruptly making firm contact with UNO NOSEY (6).
Race 3	I Pave Concrete Maiden Stakes Heat 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	KNOW DANGER (3) was slow to begin and shortly after was further hampered when HOMEBUSH JAGGER (5) shifted in. OPAWA GAVIN (7) was obliged to make its run wide along the back straight and rounding the final bend, finishing well for its second placing. CASY'S RAIDA (8) shifted out off the heels of the tiring GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (1) and in doing so, made firm contact with GOLDSTAR MARIO (9). HOMEBUSH JAGGER (5) which finished some distance toward the rear was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 4	Shirley Vet Clinic Dash - C0 - 295	TONY'S CHOICE (1) began awkwardly, losing ground. HOMEBUSH TED (6) was slow away from the boxes. OHOKA STRIKA (8) when racing wide, angled inwards into the first bend momentarily checking DRIP DRY OCEAN (4). Shorty after PLAN TO DREAM (5) improved up onto the heels of DRIP DRY OCEAN (4) with that runner losing several lengths. PLAN TO DREAM (5) and HOMEBUSH TED (6) came together and bumped for several strides entering the home straight.
Race 5	The Turf Bar Sprint - C0 - 295	UNRELIABLE ANDY (2) was the slowest away from the boxes, settling two lengths off the field along the back straight. OHOKA COBY shifted inward abruptly approaching the first bend checking WATCH OUT TRAPS (5) and DUSTY RIDER (6) with GIN SLING (3) racing in restricted room for several strides. WATCH OUT TRAPS (6) and DUSTY RIDER (6) lost several lengths in the incident and effectively lost all chance.
Race 6	I Pave Concrete Maiden Stakes Heat 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	KNOW RIGHTS (7) was slow to begin. COLDRUM (1) shifted out abruptly rounding the first bend making contact with the hindquarters of SPEIGHT'S KID. Also hampered was the trailing KNOW RIGHTS which was forced wider, losing ground.
Race 7	Yella Mustard At Stud Dash - C0 - 295	WAXEYE'S BIG KID (3), TOO MUCH REBEL (5) and TOAST TIME (6) were all slow to begin(4L). BLUEY RUFFERO (8) angled into the first bend placing MEMPHIS GIRL (7), RACONTEUR (4) and LEMON FISH (2) in restricted room for a short distance. Shortly after TOAST TIME (6) improved up onto BLUEY RUFFERO (8) making heavy contact with that runner. TOO MUCH REBEL (5) shifted in rounding the bend making heavy contact with WAXEYE'S BIG KID (3) which fell and lost its chance. WAXEYE'S BIG KID recovered to finish at the lure with a subsequent Veterinary inspection clearing the dog of any injury.
Race 8	I Pave Concrete Maiden Stakes Heat 3 - C0q - 520 Heat 3	IMPERSONATOR (1), KNOW CERTAINTY (2) and OPAWA AMY (4) were all buffeted for several strides over the early stages when KNOW JUDGE (5) angled in. Racing around the first bend, BIG JOHN CANON (6) turned its head and marred the running line of VOUSSEIR which as a result was forced to raced wider. Trainer M Dempsey admitted a subsequent charge in accordance with Rule 80.1(a) with BIG JOHN CANON being stood down for 28-days and is to complete a satisfactory trial prior to resuming racing. OPAWA AMY (4) shifted in abruptly rounding the first bend making heavy contact with IMPERSONATOR (1), with both runners losing ground and OPAWA AMY running wide. IMPERSONATOR and GOLDSTAR ROSIE (8) came together and bumped on several occasions along the back straight and into the final bend.
Race 9	Pretty Good At Stud Dash - C2 - 295	CAWBOURNE PLUNGE (6) raced wide rounding the bend covering extra ground. JUST A MATE (3) which raced outside the leader of the majority of the race, was clipped from behind by RITE ROUND RANGE (1) entering the home straight, with both runners losing their chances in the race.
Race 10	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C2 - 520	LINE HONOURS (9) shifted in marginally rounding the first bend checking KYLIE'S BELLE (4) in onto GRUNT RODGERS (7) with both runners losing ground. BOTANY SEATON (1) improved up onto the heels of MULBERRY BROOK (2) for a distance rounding the final bend, resulting in MULBERRY BROOK losing momentum. MULLBERRY BROOK was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C0 - 295	GOLDSTAR CHYNA (4) shifted in shortly after jumping away making firm contact with LITTLE ARTHUR (3). ANOTHER SMILE (2) was checked and lost several lengths rounding the bend when racing between GWENDOLINE STELA (7) and LITTLE ARTHUR (3) which shifted out off the running line. ENFORCED KIWI (8) contacted the hindquarters of SWIFT SUZANNA (5) rounding the bend resulting in this dog becoming unbalanced for two strides. Shortly after ENFORCED KIWI shifted in abruptly crowding SWIFT SUZANNA which lost ground.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C3 - 295	HOMEBISH HAYLEY (1) and BUSINESS PLAN (7) were slow into stride. GORILLA ON DRUMS (8) raced in restricted room entering the bend when racing between LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE (3) and BUSINESS PLAN (7). NOBLE FANTASY (6) and BUSINESS PLAN (7) ran wide rounding the bend covering extra ground.
