Judicial report: PATH TO PALMY suffered an injury during trialling resulting in right dewclaw tip broken off a 7 day stand down was imposed
CHEVY VOLT race 10 has been stood down per Rule 80.1b failing to pursue ( 1st offence ) 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s

Race 1	Manukau Sportsbowl Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	There was no head on for this race ACAPELLA was slowest away then crossed inwards across heels losing several lengths . In the run to the first turn CHEVY IMPALA and DAISY'S BOI were checked as BILLY HOLMES angled inwards on their outer, both dogs went back a length or so ,DAISY'S BOI caught the heels of RUN MISCHEIF RUN soon after and stumbled going back as CHEVY IMPALA raced through on his inner ,both dogs jostled for some distance there after in to the home straight where they finished a margin in the rear at the line CHEVY IMPALA and DAISY'S BOI were referred to the vet for assessment CHEVY IMPALA received a 10 day stand down DAISY'S BOY was cleared of injury
Race 2	Auckland Vending Sprint - C0 - 318	Racing in to the first turn MADAM RAZOR in the lead crossed to the rail tightening MISS RAZZ in across the face of RUBY TWO BEE ,in behind FORTIS FIONA cut inwards catching the heels of RUBY TWO BEE severely checking WINSOME OSCAR back , PRANCING BEE then angled in on WESTERLY WIND knocking RUBY TWO BEE on to MISS RAZZ, soon after on the bend MISS RAZZ and RUBY TWO BEE were checked and jostled as WESTERLY WIND ran in on them , all the field apart from MADAM RAZOR suffered interference with MADAM RAZOR being left clear in the lead to carry on to win . RUBY TWO BEE was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 3	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C0 - 527	From the jump WHO YOU tried cut in across the field but was checked as LEROY JETHRO kept him out ,racing in to the first bend BELLA FORZA on the inner was checked losing momentum for a couple of stride ,she recovered to finish on in to 4th placing at the line
Race 4	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C3 - 318	In the run to the first turn BOTANY DOWNS improving towards the lead came in on to BOTANAY JUNCTION and BIGTIME CHIP who caught the hind of ROTOVEGAS RARA causing him to lose his footing for a stride then out on to BOTANY DOWNS, in behind BOTANAY JUNCTION was checked going in and severely checking BIGTIME CHIP to the rear a stride or so on TAYLA ROSE came in on BOTANY JUNCTION knocking him in to BIGTIME CHIP who was checked back again to a clear last CAWBOURNE IGNITE after racing widest on the top bend finished well in to 3rd placing at the line
Race 5	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C1 - 527
Race 6	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Stakes - C1 - 527	HAIR HE IS was a late scratching at kennelling when found to have pain of flexion of left wrist a 10 day stand down was imposed Soon after the start KNUCKLE BUMP and KITTY'S SHIRAZ bumped wider out THRILLING REBEL bumped in to ONLY KATE ,soon after ENDORSE cut in sharply forcing KITTY'S SHIRAZ back and tangling with this runner for a couple of strides up ahead KNUCKLE BUMP and DORO FOOT came together both dogs being checked for a stride or so ,they recovered quickly to be the first 2 runners home DORO FOOT was referred to the vet at the Trainers request and was found to have suffered a spike wound to the left hind with a 7 day stand down imposed ENDORSE finished several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment with a 14 day stand down imposed
Race 7	$30,000 Pick6 Stakes - C2 - 527	From the jump LOO LOO BLUE ran in sharply on to CALM NUSKA knocking this dog ,racing to the bend first occasion PAR caught the back of ZAMDATO for a stride ,SOUTH BAY DREAM was forced out widest around the first bend with RAMAH REASON having to check off heels losing ground ,in the run on to the top bend THRILLING TREMOR cut in on LOO LOO BLUE causing this dog to fall checking ZAMDATO and SOUTH BAY DREAM, LOO LOO BLUE recovered to her feet to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment where a 7 day stand down was imposed
Race 8	Manukau Sportsbowl Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2	KISSEN RUN ( fav ) dwelt at the start then attempted to improve between runners was jostled between JAGER and VERY CHILLY for a couple of strides ,he got clear racing room in to the bend being wide on the track ,nearing the home turn he attempted to make a run towards the leaders where he was bumped out wider as VERY CHILLY raced through on his inner ,KISSEN RUN lost a length or so but ran on strongly for 3rd placing at the line .
Race 9	Manukau Sportsbowl Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3	FLYOSC dwelt at the start ,nearing the first turn CEASAR LEGEND and JELLY GEM came together briefly ,GEM'S CONQUEST ran wide on to the first bend Nearing the run in MEGA UPLOAD and JELLY GEM bumped as JELLY GEM was making a run on her inner JELLY GEM lost a length finishing in 4th placing at the line
Race 10	Plaster Board Ltd Stakes - C3 - 527	CHEVY VOLT was away well from the inside box ,racing to the post first time YOUR'E LUCKY raced across tightening in on to ZIPPING WILL, DIVE RHODE ,SPITFIRE OSTI and CHEVY VOLT who received a slight check went back to the rear and drifted right out of contention there after finishing a long last at the line CHEVY VOLT was referred to the vet for assessment where a 10 day stand down was imposed The Stewards viewed the replay regarding the run of CHEVY VOLT through out the race with Trainer Nyomi O'Regan a charge of non pursuit was laid and admitted per rule 80.1b This being a first offence under Rule 80.1b CHEVY VOLT has been stood down for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial/s
Race 11	Reel-Fishin.com Stakes - C4/5 - 527	CODE NINE began awkwardly from box 2 In the run around the first bend nearing the back straight LADY SHAMBI caught an outer hind leg of BUBLIN GOLD and fell ,CODE NINE ran straight over her JOHNNY RITZA cannoned in to LADY SHAMBI and fell ,JONNY RITZA recovered to his feet and finished on to the lure some distance behind the field ,LADY SHAMBI recovered to her feet and walked to the outer of the track and did not complete the race Racing across the top bend CHECK THE MAIL was checked losing a couple of lengths as BOSS APPEAL moved inwards RITZA JACK and LADY SHAMBI were referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	Carol's TABS Sprint - C2 - 318	Soon after the start SARAH'S COOL ran across on to TIME TO FIND forcing CORBY back from between them ,nearing the first turn ACTING UP was hampered and checked for several strides as SARAH'S COOL came back on him ,CORBY was also checked and had to run wide on to the bend when avoiding the heels of DEB BALE
Race 13	Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 318	Racing to the first turn KNOCKA SLOY racing in the lead drifted outwards forcing LUCYLICIOUS out on to PATS ALL ROUND and BEALE STREET ,PATS ALL ROUND ran in to WARSTEINAR checking this runner ,WARSTEINAR attempted to get back in to the race was held up behind PATS ALL ROUND for some distance ,both these dogs ran widest on to and around the top bend in to the home straight
