| Race 1 | Absolutely Electrical C1 - C1 - 305 | DODGY POCKETS was slow to begin losing two lengths and he stayed back throughout to finish in last place. BELLE CADEAU ran wide on the bend and into the home straight covering extra ground and finished well back. |
| Race 2 | Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 - C1 - 305 | TRICKY HARRY and EXCESSIVE SPEED bumped together when the start was made and TRICKY HARRY blundered losing four lengths and stayed back to finish in last place. TONGARIRO and HILTON FRIDAY bumped together for some distance racing to the first corner and HILTON FRIDAY eventually checked losing three lengths. |
| Race 3 | J P Print Petone C2 - C2 - 305 | AZURE DREAMS shifted in and GO WITH IT shifted out from the start and this resulted in checks to STEVIE'S MAGIC and GENIA HAKA and they settled and stayed there throughout. OPAWA JAY began awkwardly losing two lengths. |

| Race 5 | Harrisons Hiremaster C2 - C2 - 305 | MIGHTY BAXTER, MARIAH, THRILLING CAIRO and RAMESSEE came together and bumped soon after the start and they all lost ground and settled back. MIGHTY BAXTER recovered the best of the three and finished in 3rd place. MARIAH was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have back muscle pain. |
| Race 6 | Wanganui Security C3 - C3 - 305 | KINETIC RIO shifted in from the start and caused checks to HOMEBUSH HELL'S and ANOTHER PIZZA and they settled back. UNO FLASH was checked on the bend losing three lengths. |
| Race 7 | Gary Ross Decorator C3 - C3 - 305 | UNO GREEN was tightened between HOMEBUSH BUFFY and ALAMEIN JAH going into the bend and lost two lengths but made up ground from there to finish in 4th place. BULET TOOTH TONY went off stride going to the first turn and drifted off the back of the field to finish several lengths last. He was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a gracilus muscle injury. |
| Race 8 | racingdogs.co.nz C3 - C3 - 520 | NOAKI HURRICANE was a little slow to begin and settled back. CAWBOURNE KESHA was tightened between THAT'S KING and BIGTIME JET going into the back straight and she lost four lengths. |
| Race 9 | The Rock 95.2 FM C4 - C4 - 305 | STIFF DRINK began awkwardly and settled back. HOMEBUSH SARGE shifted in from the start and hampered QUEEN COBRA and COLD TURKEY and they lost ground and settled back. QUEEN COBRA recovered to make up ground and finished in 3rd place. |
| Race 10 | Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 520 | INDIANA IZMIR was slow to begin losing two lengths. INDIANA IZMIR was held up behind RED CRYSTAL going into the final bend and then bumped with OPAWA NATTY and they both lost ground. HELLO ELLO appeared to be suffering from cramp following the race and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have an electrolyte imbalance. |
| Race 11 | Wanganui Chronicle C5 - C5 - 305 | BOLT RAMA and JUMPIN SALLY bumped together when the start was made and again going into the bend and they lost ground in both instances and finished well back. |
| Race 12 | Crombie Lockwood C5 - C5 - 305 | COSMIC FURY and SLANGEVAR were a little slow to begin and settled back. EMMA MARIE shifted in going into the bend and hampered SWAPAN which went back and out causing a check to TIME FRAUD which was forced wide into the bend losing ground. |
