Judicial report: Supplementary Report from Auckland GRC 16 February 2014: After inquiries were made into RAW ENERGY not being presented to the veterinary surgeon post-race, it was determined that due to the circumstances that prevailed no further action be taken against the connections of the dog. RAW ENERGY was presented to vet D Matheson on 18 February and found to be clear of any injury.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	FLEUR DU LIYS (6) crossed sharply in the early stages causing tightening to SEA SPRAY TICH (5), CAWBOURNE PLUNGE (4) and HOMEBUSH CRAIG (3) who all lost ground. SOSAN (2) was also inconvenienced as these dogs were all pushed down the track.
Race 2	Shirley Vet Clinic Dash - C4 - 295	KNOW CHARITY (6) was last on settling. SHEZA GAMBLE (6) ran inwards in the early stages checking OPAWA RUFUS (9). KNOW CHARITY was held up for room racing into the bend. TURBO TUNDRA (3) angled outwards on the home turn checking KNOW CHARITY who lost ground. TURBO TUNDRA was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	BLUE GALE RISE (1) and OHOKA HART (4) were the last pair on jumping. Into the bend WANDY FEATHER (2) checked outwards off the back of ANGELIC STAR (3) for a stride and pushed JACK'S A JEWEL (6) wider on the track. STAR DREAMER (7) ran wide on the home turn. In the straight JACK'S A JEWEL eased for a couple of strides when leading. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. Trainer C Roberts after viewing the replays of the race admitted that the dog had eased and JACK'S A JEWEL was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1.b with this dog also having to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 4	David Emerson Consultancy Stakes - C3 - 520	JIBBAJABBA JEWEL (8) was last to jump. HOMEBUSH VIOLET (6) and BANBIT (4) collided heavily in the early stages and lost ground. Into the bend JIBBAJABBA JEWEL ran inwards tightening CAWBOURNE CRAZY (7) with BANBIT receiving another check. LOCHINVAR CAMARO (1) checked outwards abruptly off the hind quarters of BANBIT on the first bend and cannoned into CAWBOURNE CRAZY and EMBEE DEE (2) with this pair together with LOCHINVAR CAMARO losing their chances.
Race 5	C.T.V. Sprint - C3 - 295	BOTANY PETE (3) was last to jump. KIN NIKKI (4) ran outwards in the initial stages checking HANNA THE SPANNA (5). Into the bend ELKI (2) ran outwards checking HANNA THE SPANNA and BAD WEEK (6). Wider out MY FOOLISH HEAR (8) angled inwards tightening GORILLA ON DRUMS (7).
Race 6	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW LIES (3) was last to jump. DILLMANSTOWN (2) angled inwards in the back straight tightening BILLY WEST (1) who lost ground. On the bend DILLMANSTOWN shifted outwards a touch pushing NOT A KNOW (7) over extra ground.
Race 7	Yaldhurst Hotel Stakes - C3/4 - 520	FEAR GO (1) and OPAWA JED (2) were the last pair on jumping. HOMEBUSH CHOPPER (5) ran inwards in the early stages causing a slight check to OPAWA BRO (4). OPAWA JED angled outwards on the home turn pushing BIGTIME KELINA (6) wider on the track.
Race 8	Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C5 - 295	DRYSDALE (7) was last on settling. YABBA YABBA (8) ran inwards into the bend colliding with GITCHA EASY (6) as OSCAR TUIVASA (2) was running outwards placing GITCHA EASY, KNOW JEALOUSY (4) and TAKE NO PRISONER (3) in restricted room. YABBA YABBA took a heavy fall and was referred to the vet for assessment. DRYSDALE was also inconvenienced in this incident. GITCHA EASY was also referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 9	Flair NZ Bred Feature - R/A - 520	MR. JIMMY (4) and WHAT I LIKE (7) were the last pair on jumping. Into the first bend in a tight group of runners HARLEM HAKA (2) and ANDREA (3) were both dragged down with HARLEM HAKA falling and ANDREA losing momentum. SPEEDY KAZZA (5) was sent wide around these runners. MR. JIMMY checked off the back of ANDREA in the run home and dropped away. HARLEM HAKA completed the event and was cleared of any injury.
Race 10	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C4 - 295	KNOW ESCAPE (5) was last to jump with SPRINKLES (1) also settling well back. QUEDRAGO (2) ran outwards in the early stages tightening ISABELLE DOMAIN (3) who lost ground. Following the race SPRINKLES was found to have an injured tail.
Race 11	racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C5 - 295	BUGSY BANGLES (2) and STING ME (5) were the last pair on jumping. TRANS TASMAN (1) angled outwards into the bend pushing BUGSY BANGLES and STING ME wider on the track.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	WILL EXCITE (2) was last to jump. JOHN DORY (5) ran inwards in the back straight tightening STOLEN MONEY (4) and CAWBOURNE CHIEF (1) with this pair losing ground. CAWBOURNE TOMCAT (7) was badly tightened on the bend and lost ground.
