| Race 1 | Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305 | ANOTHER SMILE was very slow to begin losing several lengths and all chance. CEDRIC BAXTER shifted in going into the bend, made firm contact with the rail and shifted out abruptly checking KISS OF DEATH and THUNDER TIME and they all lost ground and KISS OF DEATH clipped a heel and almost fell. They finished in the rear group along with ANOTHER SMILE. CEDRIC BAXTER was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. |
| Race 2 | Morrie Gibbons Signs C0 - C0 - 305 | LUM JUM was slow to begin losing three lengths. HOMEBUSH MAGIC shifted in going into the bend and made contact with CIDER DRINKA and lost three lengths. Soon after, WALDO BAXTER shifted in and checked FILLING THE VOID and NOBLE POWER which both lost two lengths. A few strides further on, LUM JUM galloped on the back of NOBLE POWER and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear. |

FANTASTIC ANNA shifted in from the start and hampered ANOTHER PLANE and BEHEMOTH and they lost ground and settled back. FANTASTIC ANNA again shifted in going into the bend and hampered VINNIE BAXTER which lost a length and he stayed back for the remainder of the race. |
| Race 4 | Palamountains Scientific Nutrition C0 - C0 - 520 | CEE ACH GEE and FANTAS FICTION were slow to begin losing three lengths. APPLAUSE shifted out when avoiding heels going into the first bend and as a result JUST LIKE PRINCE was checked and forced wide on the bend and lost four lengths. Due to a misunderstanding, there was no catcher for APPLAUSE but no further action was considered necessary on this occasion. |
| Race 5 | Harrison Hire Master C1 - C1 - 305 | OPAWA GIFT was slow to begin losing three lengths. HOMEBUSH ENVY shifted in going into the bend and checked BLUE RUSH and snd she lost three lengths and never recovered. THRILLING SQUEAL went off stride going into the bend and she tailed the field from there to the finish and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have shoulder pain. |
| Race 6 | Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305 | CHOCDEE ALICE and SMIRNOFF came together and bumped when the start was made and they settled back. BUSTER BOY shifted a little wide going into the bend and forced RED HOT DUTCH and MISS APOCALYPSE to race wide covering extra ground . |
| Race 7 | Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 520 | MATISSE was slow to begin losing three lengths. SHEZA TERROR shifted out going to the first corner and caused checks to SARAH'S DOMAIN and THRILLING CLOUR and they lost three lengths and they stayed back to finish in the last two places. |

| Race 9 | The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305 | BELLE CADEAU and TONGARIRO began awkwardly losing ground and they settled back. SHEZA FOOLING and TONGARIRO collided going into the bend and they lost several lengths and stayed back to finish last. |
| Race 10 | Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520 | LOOKS ALL GOOD shifted in going into the first corner and checked MADAM ICE which checked across heels and shifted out checking PUNCH ON JAIME and they were both hampered for a short distance. |
| Race 11 | Wanganui Chronicle C1 - C1 - 305 | ZEE BRUGGE shifted in from the start and hampered WAIWHATA DREAM and SUB SILENTO and they lost ground and settled back. ZEE BRUGGE appeared to have difficulty negotiating the bend and drifted to the rear but then ran on quite well once into the straight and finished 6th. |
| Race 12 | Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C2 - C2 - 305 | SYDENHAM OPAL became awkwardly placed in restricted room between runners going to the first bend and was checked back to last and she never recovered. RICH LIST started from box 7 and was forced to race wide covering extra ground and finished in 2nd last place. |
| Race 13 | Tiered Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 305 | FANTA'S FEVER shifted out and HERMIONE BAXTER shifted in going into the bend and CALM BROOKE which was between them was checked. Soon after, FANTA'S FEVER galloped on the back of HERMIONE BAXTER which fell and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. |

| Race 15 | Tiered Non Tote C1 Sprint - Tier 2 - 305 | POLAR SNOW WHITE and SEDGEBROOK SKITE were slow to begin losing two lengths. POLAR SNOW WHITE checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH ZELDA going into the bend and lost ground. A short distance further on, POLAR SNOW WHITE checked over the heels of SEDGEBROOK SKITE and shifted out to race wide on the bend and into the straight. |
