Judicial report: Stewards have been notified that PEDRO FORCE, a runner in Race 12 at Christchurch on 31 January, has changed ownership and is now being trained by S and B Evans at Leeston.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295	ISABELLE DOMAIN (1) and WILL EXCITE (5) were the last pair on jumping. CAMPAIGNER (4) shifted outwards in the early stages hampering WILL EXCITE for a couple of strides. CAMPAIGNER ran inwards on the turn and tightened WANDY HALLEE (3) who lost ground. On the home turn ISABELLE DOMAIN angled outwards when in search of racing room and pushed JOHN DORY (7) wider on the track.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Graham Van Tongeren Stakes - C3 - 520	LOCHINVAR CAMARO (2), WHAT I LIKE (3) and CAWBOURNE CRAZY (4) were the last trio on settling. BANBIT (6) was tightened in the early stages and lost ground. LOCHINVAR CAMARO ran outwards into the first bend pushing WHAT I LIKE over extra ground.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C5 - 295	KERAMUS (6) was last to jump. WANDY BOILER (5) was badly checked into the bend as BILLY WEST (7) angled inwards and made contact with her hind quarters.
Race 4	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C3 - 295	FLEUR DU LIYS (5) ran sharply inwards in the early stages firstly checking MAXIMUM JEWEL (4) and then pushing EMBEE DEE (3), CAWBOURNE PLUNGE (2) and ANGELIC STAR (1) to the inside with ANGELIC STAR making solid contact with the rail and dropping to the rear. ANGELIC STAR was referred to the vet for assessment and needed sutures to a laceration.
Race 5	C.T.V. Sprint - C5 - 295	This race was delayed due to the late running of an Australian race. WANDY GRANT (1) and KNOW CHARITY (8) were the last pair on jumping. DIXIE LEE (2) angled outwards in the early stages pushing SAHARA RAMA (3) outwards on to PEARL'S BOY (5) with both dogs losing momentum. Into the bend DIXIE LEE was crossed by DAMARJO (7) and lost a couple of lengths. WANDY GRANT then dragged DIXIE LEE down with DIXIE LEE dropping to the rear. SAHARA RAMA, PEARL'S BOY and HOMEBUSH CHURRO (6) were all hampered in this incident with KNOW CHARITY being forced very wide. DIXIE LEE was referred to the vet for assessment and found to have a minor hock strain.
Race 6	Bill's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity Heat - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	TOKEN KAY (3), THRILLING STYLE (4) and OPAWA DOSH (7) were the last trio on settling. AIR FLOW (6) was checked into the first bend and lost ground. Soon after DOLEUZE (1) and TOKEN KAY bumped for a stride with AIR FLOW again being checked in behind. BIGTIME DASHER (2) ran wide on the bends on his first race on the track losing ground on each bend.
Race 7	Bill's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity Heat - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	ZULU BRO (2) was a clear last on jumping. THRILLING CARTER (3) received a check and ran outwards on the first bend losing ground and checking CARAT'S PRINCE (8) who was forced wide.
Race 8	Bill's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity Heat - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	MR. JOHNNY (7) came together with KNOW WISDOM (4) in the early stages and settled last. JIBBAJABBA JEWEL (1) was tightened into the first bend and ran outwards inconveniencing OPAWA ZARA (8) and KNOW WISDOM for a stride. Into the back straight OPAWA TANIA (2) angled outwards causing checks to OPAWA ZARA and KNOW WISDOM who dropped to the rear.
Race 9	Bill's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity Heat - R/Aq - 520 Heat 4	KAINO (2) was last to jump. THRILLING BUTCHA (7) and KNOW SECURITY (6) were both tightened into the first bend as ROBBIE (8) crossed quickly from their outside. OPAWA LUCKY (4) was forced wide in this incident.
Race 10	Bill's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity Heat - R/Aq - 520 Heat 5	THRILLING ZOOM (8) was last to jump. WHAT'S UP GEE (7) angled inwards in the early stages tightening TODDY'S A FLYER (6) and MEGA GIRL (5) who lost ground. MR. BARRY (1) angled outwards into the bend checking OPAWA STELLA (4) and pushing WHAT'S UP GEE and THRILLING ZOOM wide on the track as this pair were attempting to improve.
Race 11	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C3/4 - 520	Due to a lack of handlers on track permission was given for some handlers to run and catch their dogs after boxing them. FEAR GO (1) was awkwardly away from the inside. BUSINESS PLAN (5) ran outwards into the first bend pushing CELESTRIAL MAGIC (7) wide on the track.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	SWIP AND TEAR (1) was last to jump. KNOW ESCAPE (8) was checked in between SWIP AND TEAR and CAWBOURNE DASHER (4) on the home turn and lost ground.
