At the end of the back straight OPAWA ANDREA (3) and OPAWA TANIA (1) jostled for a distance resulting in OPAWA ANDREA losing momentum rounding the turn . |
| Race 2 | Jackie McLay Memorial - C0 - 295 | JASPER HAKA (2) was slow to begin. OHOKA COBY (4) began awkwardly and blundered getting back as a result . HOMEBUSH PEPPER (5) and RUN FOR SOPHIE (9) jostled for some distance in the run to the first turn .OHOKA COBY was checked at the first turn when tightened between HOMEBUSH PEPPER and JASPER HAKA. Rounding the turn RED HOT FURY (3) shifted away from the running line and forced MISS SELFIES (7) wider on the track . MISS SELFIES then shifted inwards making firm contact with RUN FOR SOPHIE resulting in both runners being unbalanced for a short distance. |

GO BRIDIE (2) and MAKER'S LABEL (3) jostled for a distance shortly after the start. Rounding the turn OPAWA IDOL (5) was unbalanced when forced wider on the track . |
| Race 4 | Dave Davies & Brent Coull Memorial - C0 - 520 | JENKA BAXTER (3) ,TOKEN RAY (5) and SPEEDY SWEDE (8) were all slow to begin . Into the first bend CAWBOURNE ARIES (7) was contacted from behind by CAWBOURNE AXE (6) and lost momentum .TOKEN RAY and JENKA BAXTER were forced wider as a result. RUNAWAY TAXI (4) ran wide on the track from the entrance to the back straight. Into the final straight TOKEN RAY and SPEEDY SWEDE came together and made firm contact . |

| Race 6 | Graham Barron Memorial - C2 - 520 | WAIMAK DAVE (8) shifted inwards shortly after jumping and tightened all runners on the inside causing checks of varying degrees.Shortly thereafter LOCHINVAR CAMARO (6) bumped with OHOKA FRENCHIE (9) and as a result shifted into the line of ROCKY BAXTER (2) which was hampered as a result. |

| Race 8 | Dave Busch Memorial - C3 - 520 | Into the first bend TRAVELLING JOE (1) improved to the lead when on the running line and forced HOMEBUSH IRIS (9) into the line of TAKE A TRICK (6) which was forced into the line of CAWBOURNE CRAZY (7).CAWBOURNE CRAZY was badly unbalanced as a result . Also hampered in this incident was HUSTLER AMBITION (8) . |
| Race 9 | Gerald & Lindsay Cleeve Memorial - C4 - 295 | Into the first bend MEMPHIS HOTCAKES (6) was contacted from behind by HETFIELD (5) and lost momentum . RUSTY KNIFE (1) shifted off the running line at the same time and made firm contact with HETFIELD which lost all chance . OPAWA WALLY (7) was shifted wider on the track covering considerable extra ground and OPULENT (4) was hampered in consquence. |
| Race 10 | Colin Counsell Memorial - C5 - 520 | CAWBOURNE WITCH (5) was checked when contacted by RUSSELL HART (4) which shifted outwards shortly after jumping. In the run to the first bend OPAWA CASPER (7) shifted inwards and hampered JINJA POWER (6) and GORDON BALE (3). OPAWA CASPER and OPAWA SWEDE made firm contact shortly thereafter resulting in OPAWA CASPER losing momentum . |

Racing into the first bend GITCHA EASY (2) was hampered when contacted from behind by SAHARA RAMA (1) .Rounding the turn GITCHA EASY was galloped on from behind by CAWBOURNE PORCHE resulting in both runners losing momentum and all chance. |
