Judicial report: TERRA ANNIE completed a box trial as required by Rule 72.13. OHOKA COBY ( L Waretini) won a qualifying trial wearing blinkers. This dog will wear blinkers in its future racing.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	STARBURST BENNY (2) and YALDHURST EDWARD (3) were both a shade slow to jump. MAXIMUM JEWEL (4) was tightened in the run to the bend and lost ground. TURBO TUNDRA (1) angled inwards in the early stages of the run home causing SEA SPRAY TICH (5) to check and run outwards. The favourite FIREMAN'S LEGACY (8) was caught wide throughout and failed to run on over the concluding stages.
Race 2	David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C4 - 295	TAIERI PLAINS (1) was last to jump with SMASH RUMOUR (2) and OPAWA RUFUS (6) also settling well back. WANDY CHICK (4) and BILLY WEST (5) came together into the bend with BILLY WEST dropping to the rear.
Race 3	Yella Mustard At Stud Stakes - C3 - 520	AXEL GRINDER (8) was last to jump. RAMBUNCTIOUS (4) ran inwards checking IDOL GIRL (3) for a stride in the early stages and then angled outwards making contact with AXEL GRINDER. BEADMAN (6) ran outwards into the first bend checking ANDREA (7) who lost ground. The favourite FALSE NOTION (5) dropped out in the home straight with this bitch being referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 4	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C5 - 295	DEANNE'S MAGIC (2) was last to jump. KNOW FAVOURS (1) shifted up the track in the back straight forcing DEANNE'S MAGIC wider on the track. MER DE NOMS (5) was checked from behind by KNOW CHARITY (4) on the bend as KNOW CHARITY was looking for clear room. On the home turn KNOW CHARITY ran a touch wide when improving and pushed ARKADEN (8) over extra ground.
Race 5	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C3 - 520	PSEUDONYM (2) was last to jump. CAWBOURNE WAR (5) ran inwards as he accelerated to the lead in the early stages pushing MEGA GIRL (4) down the track which in turn tightened SMASH AMY (3), PSEUDONYM and BOTANY KEVIN (1). CRINITI'S (7) was checked on the first bend and lost a length. MEGA GIRL was hekd up in the back straight losing momentum.
Race 6	Novice Racing Series Final - NZRSf - 520	ZULU BRO (5) was a clear last on jumping with MAGIC EMILY (6) also slow to find her paws. WAGON WHEEL (2) was tightened in the run to the first bend and lost ground. WAGON WHEEL and ZULU BRO came together on the home turn when racing at the rear.
Race 7	Ritchie's Coachlines Sprint - C3 - 295	JOHN DORY (8) was very difficult to box in this event. PRIMITIVE (7) came up with the lids and settled a clear last. WANDY FEATHER (2) clipped the rail into the bend and lost ground. On the bend JOHN DORY ran inwards badly checking MARMALADE SKIES (1) who ran outwards and pushed WANDY FEATHER extremely wide on the track.
Race 8	Christchurch Casino Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW LIES (4) and KNOW THOUGHT (7) were the last pair on jumping. Into the first bend COOL BEAR (3) ran inwards free of interference and hit the rail with force rebounding outwards and checking KNOW LIES with KNOW THOUGHT being forced wide. COOL BEAR was referred to the vet for assessment. LIFE'S A LAUGH (9) was tightened on the bend and lost ground with ISABELLE DOMAIN (6) being inconvenienced in behind. In the home straight CAWBOURNE JELLY (2) shifted outwards pushing SWIP AND TEAR (5) outwards on to KNOW THOUGHT who was checked and lost momentum.
Race 9	racingdogs.co.nz Feature - C4 - 520	OPAWA JED (6) was last to jump. OPAWA BRO (4) was tightened and ran wide on the first bend losing ground.
Race 10	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW ESCAPE (2) and KERAMUS (6) were the slowest from the traps. ROQETTE (4) and MR. WHIPPY (1) were both tightened into the bend and lost ground with WANDY LUCK (5) being hampered in behind. Early in the run home the favourite DIXIE LEE (8) angled outwards and came together with KERAMUS for a stride with both runners losing momentum.
Race 11	Barron's Supplies Stakes - C5 - 520	RUSSELL HART (4) ran outwards in the early stages placing BRIGHTON BULLET (6) and CAWBOURNE PHILIP (7) in restricted room. ULTIMATE DREAM (8) was tightened into the first bend and lost ground.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	SPRINKLES (5) was tightened into the bend and lost ground. BUSINESS PLAN (6) was forced wide at this stage with SHEZA GAMBLE (8) and SECRET SPRITE (7) also losing ground.
