Judicial report: Trainer J.T.McInerney was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 68.8 after Kennel Staff failed to produce Registration papers for ANOTHER DRINK which was entered for race 2 ( Non Tote ) LUCYLICIOUS ( Race 1 ) and GO DOLPHIN POWER ( Race 2 ) were N.Z.G.R.A scratchings without penalty due to the Trainer M.Black being given incorrect information in relation to the date on which the Non Tote races were to be conducted.

Race 1	Non Tote 1 - C1 - 305	ZAMADDIS LASS , FLAYOSC and LACE THEM UP were slow to begin losing two lengths. BILLY BRAND was checked going into the bend and went back and was galloped on by MONKEY QUEEN and they both lost three lengths.
Race 2	Non Tote 2 - C1 - 305	SEDGEBROOK SKITE was very slow to begin losing four lengths. JAGER checked off the back of ANOTHER DRINK and lost ground on the bend.
Race 3	Non Tote 3 - C1 - 305	AMICUS CURIAE was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed back throughout the race.
Race 4	Non Tote 4 - C1 - 305	COLERIDGE AINSLI and HOMEBUSH DIAMOND bumped on the bend and they both lost three lengths. MADAM NORRIS checked off the back of DOGGED DAN going into the bend and they both lost ground.
