Judicial report: As a result of an inquiry instigated on 6 December, Trainer D Stapleton was charged under Rule 88.1.o. in that he was negligent in presenting the incorrect dog at kenneling in preparation to race. Mr Stapleton admitted the breach with the JCA imposing a fine of $350.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C0 - 295	Shortly after the start HERMIONE BAXTER (8) shifted inwards and made firm contact with MACGYVER RAMA (7) and OHOKA FAITH (6) . Shortly there after HERMIONE BAXTER continued inwards and made contact with SUMMER LOVE (4). Into the first turn TEPIRITA ENFORCE (3) shifted outwards when tight to the heels of HEMIONE BAXTER and hampered both SUMMER LOVE and HURRICANE SANDY (5) .Rounding the turn FIFI BAXTER (2) was hampered when HURRICANE SANDY forced HERMIONE BAXTER down towards the rail .Into the final straight HURRICANE SANDY was badly unbalanced when making firm contact OHOKA FAITH .
Race 2	Happy Birthday Robyn Herbert Dash - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH PIPPI (1) and OHOKA TOO SOON (3) both began awkwardly and were slow through the initial stages. Into the first bend CEDRIC BAXTER (7) shifted down to the running line and checked HOMEBUSH PIPPI which lost all chance as a result.Rounding the bend HOMEBUSH HAVEN (4) shifted wider on the track and forced both WALDO BAXTER (6) and OHOKA JOKA (9) over extra ground.
Race 3	Addington Events Centre Stakes - C0 - 520	ARCHIE'S INDY (3) and FANTA'S FICTION (6) were slow to begin . Shortly after the start TOKEN RAY (4) checked off the heels of WIGMORE (2).Into the first turn JASPER HAKA , GIRL MAGIC (5) and FINANCE TOMMO (7) all jostled when vying for the lead.On entering the home straight GIRL MAGIC made contact with FINANCE TOMMO when improving along the rail .
Race 4	Merry Christmas Dash - C1 - 295	Rounding the bend HOMEBUSH NOS (2) shifted off the running line and forced GIRL RACER (4) into the line of QUE TEE PIX (7) and as a result hampered both OUT BACK BILL(5) and OPAWA HOG (8). Shortly there after GIRL RACER was checked when in tight racing quarters between OUTBACK BILL and QUE TEE PIX both of which shifted ground. GIRL RACER was further hampered when buffeted between PAYMENT DUE (3) and OPAWA HOG on entering the home straight. .
Race 5	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C0 - 520	At the start TRUMPED UP (5) was unbalanced when shifting inwards and making contact with OPAWA TOM (4) . Into the first bend SPEEDY SWEDE (8) checked off the heels of FLIP FLIPPA (7) and came back into the line of CAWBOURNE TIP (6) which was shifted wider on the track as a result. Into the back straight SPEEDY SWEDE was further hampered when OPAWA TOM made contact when improving on its inside . At the end of the back straight OPAWA TOM checked off the heels of MAGDALENE(1).
Race 6	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C2 - 295	WANDY DESTINY (5) began awkwardly losing ground. Into the bend GONE AWOL (7) was checked when tightened between BLICKLAND BRIDGE (4) and RIGHT ROUND RANGE (8).
Race 7	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1 - 520	RADICAL RUFUS (2) and OPAWA PEARL (7) were slow to begin .Shortly after the start TODDY'S A FLYER(3) was unbalanced when shifted off its line by TRAVELLING JOE (4) which shifted inwards. Into the first turn TODDY'S A FLYER was checked when in tight quarters as TRAVELLING JOE improved to the outside.
Race 8	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	Shortly after the start ELLIE WAVES (6) and FANTA'S FEVER (8) made firm contact and jostled for a distance . Rounding the bend LACHIE'S LAD (7) was hampered and lost all momentum when tightened between SON OF GRACE (3) which shifted out off the running line and SMASH DORA (4) .Also hampered as a result was FANTA'S FEVER. Shortly there after SON OF GRACE and FANTA'S FEVER made firm contact when well back in the running.
Race 9	racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520	SECRET SARAH (4) was slow through the initial stages. Into the first turn JINJA RUBY (8) shifted inwards and hampered OKUKU DREAMER (6) which had to check outwards off heels and cover extra ground as a result.
Race 10	Santa's Dash - C2 - 295	GLENN IS GOODESY (1) and NITRO EXPRESS (4) were slow to begin .Shortly after the start QUE TEE CHICKS (8) and OPAWA ALBIE(7) made firm contact .Rounding the bend QUE TEE CHICKS shifted inwards and made contact with OPAWA ALBIE resulting in both runners losing momentum. GLENN IS GOODESY and OPAWA ALBIE made firm contact rounding the turn .
Race 11	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA BRO (10) was squeezed between runners shortly after the start and got back as a result . Into the first bend CAWBOURNE WAR (3) forced GIRL RACER (1) across the heels of MR JIMMY (8).
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	Rounding the bend EASY SILENCE (1) was hampered when tight to the inside of CAWBOURNE PORCHE (2) which shifted in. LAMB SHANK (6) lost momentum and was unbalanced when contacted from behind . Shortly there after EASY SILENCE lost all chance when checked by the improving STRABURST HANNAH(3).
Race 13	Non Tote C1 Tiered Sprint - Tier 2 - 295	STAR GUN (4) and CHURCHILL CHASER (3) came together on jumping and jostled for a distance.
Race 14	Non Tote C1 Tiered Sprint - Tier 2 - 295	ZOE BRAND (4) was slow to begin .QUEDRAGO (2) blundered in the run to the finish line and lost momentum.
Race 15	Non Tote C1 Tiered Sprint - Tier 2 - 295	HOMEBUSH CRUDEN (4) was tightened early getting back as a result . WITCH WOOD ROSE (5) ran very wide rounding the turn .
Race 16	Non Tote C1 Tiered Sprint - Tier 2 - 295	HARPER'S BIZZARE (4) and MOTLEY MAN (6) made firm contact after the start . MOTLEY MAN continued on an inward movement and bumped with OPAWA MARG. Rounding the bend FLIRT WITH ME(3) was checked when tightened as BAD WEEK(1) shifted away from the running line also hampered was HARPER'S BIZZARE . KENNY'S COMET(7) and GO BRIDIE (8) jostled for a distance rounding the bend .
