TAKE A TRICK was sent to the veterinarian for assessment . Rounding the final bend EMBEE DEE (2) was hampered when contacted on the inside by the improving CAWBOURNE WITCH (8), resulting in BOTANY KEVIN losing momentum when having to check off the heels of EMBEE DEE . |
| Race 2 | Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C5 - 295 | KNOW THOUGHT (1) was slow to begin. Rounding the bend WANDY BOILER (4) shifted outwards and made firm contact with MER DE NOMS (8) which was unbalanced and lost momentum . Also affected in this incident was SOSAN (6) which had to shift off the heels of MER DE NOMS . |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C3 - 520 | Shortly after the start OHOKA FRENCHIE (5) shifted towards the running line and hampered both LAUDABLE (4) and BANBIT (3) . BANBIT lost momentum into the first bend when squeezed between GAME GIRL (1) and LAUDABLE both of which shifted ground. BEADMAN (6) raced very wide throughout losing ground on the bends . |
| Race 4 | racingdogs.co.nz Sprint - C3 - 295 | BIT PICADILLY (3) shifted inwards after jumping and made contact with RUSTY KNIFE (1) .KERAMUS (6) and BUSINESS PLAN (9) made contact into the first bend resulting in both runners losing momentum and BUSINESS PLAN covering extra ground running wide . Rounding the bend RUSTY KNIFE when in the lead was contacted from behind by VOREDA (7) losing momentum and running wide . |
| Race 5 | Chris & Lisa Earl Sprint - C4 - 295 | HOT MANGO (3) KNOW CHARITY (4) and EMILY PATRICK (5) all came together and jostled for some distance after the start.Rounding the bend JUMPIN JULIA (6) lost ground when bumped heavily from the inside by HOT MANGO which was improving . HETFIELD (2) which was leading ran wide and gave ground rounding the turn .HETFIELD was referred to the veterinarian for assessment. On straightening HETFIELD and ELKI (8) came together and bumped on a couple of occasions . |

Into the first bend STARBURST CLEMMY (3) was checked when SPEEDY KAZZA (4) was dictated inwards under pressure from the outside by both RODRIGUES (6) and CRINITI'S (7) . |
| Race 7 | I Pave Concrete Dash - C3 - 295 | This event was delay 3 minutes on request of race day control. JED NORTON (6) was slow to begin. Shortly after jumping MY FOOLISH HEART (3) and AVEC LAMOUR (4) came together and jostled on a number of occasions. Into the first bend MAXIMUN JEWEL (2) checked when making firm contact with MY FOOLISH HEART losing all chance. MY FOOLISH HEART and EXCUSE PLEASE (5) made contact on a number of occasions when racing tight rounding the bend. |
| Race 8 | David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C5 - 295 | KNOW JEALOUSY (8) was slow through the initial stages. .NIPPA MARY (2) stumbled shortly after jumping and was unbalanced for a short distance losing momentum .Rounding the bend CAWBOURNE QUEEN (1) which was racing tight to the inside of FOLLOW FAME (6) shifted away from the running line and forced that runner over extra ground. FOLLOW FAME shifted across heels back towards the running line as a result. |

Out of the straight on the first occasion KNOW REVENGE and BIGTIME KELINA (7) made firm contact when well back in the field . |

Sprint - C5 - 295 | DIXIE LEE (7) and ROQETTE (8) both began awkwardly .Rounding the bend CAWBOURNE JELLY (1) shifted away from the running line and forced both KNOW ADVANTAGE (3) and DIXIE LEE wider over extra ground . DIXIE LEE became unbalanced as a result when wide on the track. |

Into the first turn FLYING MOE (1) was tightened and shifted outwards off the heels of KNOW CLASS (3) and covered extra ground when well back in the field. Rounding the final bend KNOW CLASS shifted off the heels of STOLEN MONEY (4) when improving. |
