MR JOHNNY and HIS LORDSHIP made heavy contact and were both unbalanced when negotiating the first turn . |

MAX'S LAD (6) shifted inwards after jumping dictating OUT BACK BILL(4) inwards resulting in JOEY'S SECRET (2) being checked and losing ground. In the run to the first bend KAREN'S MAGIC was tightened between CHILL OUT RALPH (6) and JIBBAJABBA JEWEL both of which shifted ground. Rounding the turn JIBBAJABBA JEWEL shifted out abruptly off heels and forced KAREN'S MAGIC extremely wide extinguishing both runners chance. |
| Race 4 | C.T.V. Dash - C1 - 295 | GO BRIDIE (3) was very slow to begin. Rounding the first bend FLIRT WITH ME(6) shifted both PANDORA'S DOLL (7) and UNIQUE TILLY (8) wider on the track . TOBY'S TERRA (4) shifted off the heels of SON OF GRACE (2) on entering the home straight and ran very wide losing all chance. |
| Race 5 | Yaldhurst Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295 | FANTA'S FEVER (4) shifted inwards after jumping and made contact with LACHIE'S LAD (3). THEOKOLES(1) ,BAD WEEK(2) and LACHIE'S LAD came together shortly after the start and jostled for some distance when well back in the field. Rounding the first turn JUNIOR WHAT (6) was hampered and lost ground when SMASHIN' TIME shifted outwards making contact. |

Shortly after the start MARBELLA (3) shifted inwards and jostled with QUEDRAGO(2) and DYNA FRYER(1) .Into the first bend DYNA FRYER shifted out from the running line and hampered MARBELLA and QUEDRAGO both of which lost momentum . Also affected in this incident CAWBOURNE ONYX(6) and OPAWA IDOL(8) which were shifted wider on the track . |
| Race 8 | Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C1 - 520 | PUKEKO RAPTOR (8) was very slow to begin . Shortly after the start HARLEM HAKA (7) shifted down towards the running line and dictated CALM SPIRIT (6) onto OPAWA GOODIE (5). As a result CASINO BLACK (2) was checked when tightened between KNOW SOLUTION (1) which shifted out and OPAWA GOODIE . Shortly there after CASINO BLACK,OPAWA GOODIE and OPAWA PEEKAY(4) all lost momentum when coming together. |
| Race 9 | Fanta Claws At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295 | GRACY RACER (8) shifted inwards abruptly on jumping and hampered WELLYWOOD (7),JET TO MARS (6) and OHOKA BLUE (4). Rounding the bend GRACY RACER(8) was checked when awkwardly placed on heels of WELLYWOOD (7) which shifted out. |

TEEVEE KIMBA (3) ,HOMEBUSH NOS (5) , WITCH WOOD ROSE and SMASH DORA were all buffeted when racing tight into the first bend . Rounding the bend WITCH WOOD ROSE and SMASH DORA jostled for some distance when well back in the field. |
