Judicial report: Trainers Freeman and Turnwald were fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when NITRO LUIS was presented weighing 1.9 kilograms down in weight from its last start on 06.11.13

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C2 - C2 - 305	A short distance of approamately five strides after the start, KRUSSIAN faltered, went off stride and drifted quickly to the rear and finished the race a distance behind the 2nd last runner. KRUSSIAN was subsequently referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a gracilus muscle injury
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C2 - C2 - 520	ALPINADOR and FERGIE'S BELLE were slow to begin losing three lengths and they were at the rear going into the first bend. ALPINADOR made up ground well from there to finish in 3rd place.
Race 3	J P Print (Petone) C2 - C2 - 305	SPEEDY FEET was slow to begin losing three lengths. SHOWEM BABY, CAWBOURNE ANNA and BLACK MERCEDES jostled together for a short distance soon after the start. SHOWEM BABY then shifted out to race a little wide on the bend covering extra ground.
Race 4	Palamountains Scientific Nutrition C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	ALL THE MILK shifted in from the start and checked THRILLING CAIRO which lost ground and settled back. CAWBOURNE BREE shifted in soon after the start and crowded DOLLY PEG which lost two lengths. ALAMEIN JAH was crowded going to the first corner as outside runners shifted in and he went back to last. DOLLY PEG shifted in on the bend and checked THAT'S KING which lost two lengths. THRILLING CAIRO shifted in entering the back straight and checked DOLLY PEG which lost three lengths and she never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 5	Morrie Gibbons Signs C3 - C3 - 305	ADDICTED, JACK'S FIRST and THRILLING SQUEAL jostled together for a short distance soon after the start. FLYING FLYNN was in 2nd position going to the first corner but went off stride and drifted back through the field and finished a distance behind the 2nd last runner. FLYING FLYNN was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have gracilus muscle pain.
Race 6	Mickey's Super Liquor C3 - C3 - 305	All clear.
Race 7	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C4 - C4 - 305	SLANGEVAR shifted in from the start and checked DONKEY DEEP which lost three lengths. STIFF DRINK shifted in going into the bend and caused checks to SLANGEVAR and AUSTIN WANA which both lost ground and DONKEY DEEP was also hampered in the incident. STIFF DRINK was referred to the Vet for assessment with a spike wound.
Race 8	The Rock 95.2FM C4 Final - C4f - 520	BOSTON CHANEL shifted in from the start and checked NECTER and a short distance further on, THRILLING HAVOC shifted in and NECTER was again checked and went back to last. Going into the first bend, CAWBOURNE TILLY shifted away from the rail causing checks to NONU NONU BOOM, THRILLING HAVOC and MICK MANIA and they were forced wide into the bend. NECTER which was following was also checked and forced wide. Going into the back straight, CAWBOURNE TILLY shifted in checking SPACE RACE which went back onto NONU NONU BOOM and he lost three lengths. NECTER which had suffered a number of checks earlier in the race, finished well for 3rd placing.
Race 9	Wanganui Security C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	HOMEBUSH LIGNITE and NITRO LUIS were slow to begin losing two lengths. MATILDA'S BABE started from box 8 and was forced to race wide covering extra ground.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	One of the favourites INDIANA IZMIR was the slowest to begin and was then checked back to last going to the first corner. SMILE FOR DADDY and INDIANA IZMIR collided going into the first bend when racing at the rear and they both lost several lengths and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	SNUFFALOPOGAS and RUN LACEY RUN led going into the bend but they collided losing several lengths and MISS FOXY MINX which was following was also checked and they stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 12	Christmas @ The Races 6th-13th-14th- 20th December C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	GLENADDIS and WILD PUNTING collided going into the bend losing ground and UNO ALLEGRO which was following was hampered and lost three lengths.
