Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing condition being well watered and groomed through out the programme All other equipment operated well through out

Judicial report: WESTERLY WIND race 2 was stood down for failing to pursue the lure (rule 80.1b first offence ) 28 days stand down and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s.

Race 1	Auckland Vending Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing in to the first turn there was tightening in midfield resulting in OPAWA SACHA being checked back on to BIGTIME DRIFTER, OPAWA SACHA lost ground back to a clear last in the running finishing a distance in the rear at the line. OPAWA SACHA was referred to the vet for assessment where no injuries were detected.
Race 2	Reel-Fishin.com Stakes - C0 - 527	WESTERLY WIND was away well from box 2 straight to the lead, as the field travelled to the back straight, he went back a length as LARTO raced through on his inner WESTERLY WIND raced to the lead soon after then eased for several strides going back on to LARTO who was unable to avoid running in to the back of WESTERLY WIND and fell. LARTO regained her footing to finish on to the lure was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. The connections of WESTERLY WIND were shown a replay of the race of the run along the back straight leading in to the bend WESTERLY WIND when clear in the lead clearly eased for 4 or so strides losing several lengths, WESTERLY WIND got going again to finish a close up second placing at the line WESTERLY WIND was referred to the vet for assessment where he was found to have pain on flexion of the left wrist with a 7 day stand down recommended. The connections on course with WESTERLY WIND were shown a replay of the race where the Stewards are of the opinion the dog eased for 4 or so strides down the back straight leading in to the final bend. The Stewards laid a charge of ( failing to pursue ) against WESTERLY WIND which was admitted by the connections. WESTERLY WIND ( 1st offence Rule 80.1b ) was stood down for 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/ s.
Race 3	MTA Gift Vouchers Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	THOU ROMEO ( fav ) was only fairly away from midfield, he was racing in tight quarters in to the first bend running on to the back of MR REECE losing momentum and several lengths checking SARAH'S COOL as he went back, THOU ROMEO then ran wide forcing MADAM KNOCKA very wide on to the top bend. SARAH'S COOL and THOU ROMEO went back to the rear and were unable to get back in to contention there after. SARAH'S COOL was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 4	MTA Gift Vouchers Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2	A few strides out of the boxes WHERE'S THE CAT angled inwards sharply bumping in to SYDILICIOUS. Racing in to the first turn NOMINAL LILY raced in through the field checking NIGHT PEARL ( fav ) who lost momentum losing ground back towards the rear, soon after VERSATILE RICHIE was hampered for a couple of strides when held up behind BLAIRLY ALIVE for a few strides. ILA GLADYS was referred to the vet at the handlers request where a 7 day stand down was imposed with a webbing injury.
Race 5	Plaster Board LTD Stakes - C1 - 527	From the boxes SOUTH BAY DREAM ran in to CAWBOURNE PENNY both dogs were checked for a stride or so, soon after DIAMOND WOK angled outwards across heels bumping in to OUR BERNIE, DIAMOND WOK went back to a clear last in the running, he raced widest out thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground across the top bend and in to the home straight, DIAMOND WOK made some ground but was too far off the leaders to get in contention
Race 6	Carol's TABs Series Heat 1 - C4q - 318 Heat 1	In the run to the first turn REBEL KHAN and BERRIDALE BULLET came together, several strides on REBEL KHAN cut down to the rail checking BERRIDALE BULLET,THRILLING ABRA directly in behind these runners was checked and lost ground to the rear, further out STELLAR FORCE and IBIZA FLING bumped for a stride.
Race 7	MTA Gift Vouchers Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3	KNOCKA SLOY missed the start by several lengths. In the run to the first turn BOTANY DOWNS ( fav ) cut across the face of the field causing tightening and checks to SHEZA FOOLING, ROCKIN' ROD, HOMEBUSH GRETA, CREME DA GENES and GO DOLPHIN POWER who all lost momentum for a couple of strides this allowed BOTANY DOWN to get away to a clear lead and was never headed there after.
Race 8	Carol's TABs Series Heat 2 - C4q - 318 Heat 2	In the run to the first turn CAWBOURNE JOCK angled inwards on to WHERE'S CHICKEN and LOUIELICIOUS , LE ROUX inside these runners was hampered going back on to IMA SPICE, these runners all lost ground at this point, further out VIVA VANE angled across running in to the shoulder of WHERE'S CHICKEN who had changed ground soon after the earlier incident. HOT LASS and IMPA SPICE ran wide on to the top bend.
Race 9	Greyhounds North Graduation Distance - C1d - 603	Soon after the start PEGEON APPEAL shifted out to avoid the heels of INDI RHODE checking DAVID'S OSTI and TEEGZ forcing them wide in to the home straight first time around. Racing around the bend out of the straight DAVID'S OSTI ran in on to THRILLING LOGIC ( fav ) turning this runner sideways, DAVID'S OSTI was severely checked going outwards in to the path of PEGEON APPEAL both these runners almost fell, they both kept on their feet losing all chance there after finishing a margin behind the rest of the field at the line. THRILLING LOGIC, PEGEON APPEAL and DAVID'S OSTI were referred to the vet for assessment. THRILLING LOGIC and DAVID'S OSTI were vetted with no abnormalities found.
Race 10	Stitches Upholstery Stakes - C2 - 527	In the run to the first turn there was tightening as VERY CHILLY and SHELBY KING crossed inwards, ON TREY was pushed in on to heels as was YOUR'E LUCKY, a few strides on in to the bend UNCLE ROMILLY angled inwards severely checking YOUR'E LUCKY who checked outwards on to VERY CHILLY, inside of these runners SHELBY KING ran in to the back of UNCLE ROMILLY checking over his heels, all these runners lost a fair amount of ground and were unable to get back in to contention there after
Race 11	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C5 - 318	EXSPLOSIVE OSTI was a late scratching at kennelling when found to have left fibula pain a 10 day stand down was imposed. URBAN COMBAT was slowest away and raced widest in to the home straight finishing in the rear at the line AQUA WOLF ( first NZ start ) raced midfield finishing in 5th placing at the line ,his best form has been over a middle distance.
Race 12	Carol's TABs Series Heat 3 - C4q - 318 Heat 3	Soon after the start THIS IS SWIP came out on to EXCITING DREAM, wider out HOLLAND BADGER angled in forcing TOI SHAN and WHERE'S CARLOS back ,NATHAN'S CHAMP from wider out raced to the lead cutting down to the rail, near the rear in to the first turn WHERE'S CARLOS crossed towards the rail severely checking EXCITING DREAM who lost several lengths back to a clear last in the running Racing on to the top bend HOLLAND BADGER was checked as he ran up on the back of SENORITA CHANG, HOLLAND BADGER ran outwards across the face of TOI SHAN who was not inconvenienced by this action at this point.
