Track: Good The track was well presented and with the weather being very warm, copious amounts of water was applied throughout the day and the meeting proceeded smoothly.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	LITTLE PROPHET shifted in from the start and hampered OPALESCENT and WORKING MIDNIGHT for a short distance. BEHEMOTH and GO MAX jostled together for a short distance going to the first corner and soon after, BLUE SKY MINE shifted in and checked KICKIN'IT which went back to last. BEHEMOTH was awkwardly placed between WORKING MIDNIGHT and BLUE SKY MINE going into the bend and he lost a length.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	BIG SHARKIE was slow to begin losing three lengths. SMIRNOFF shifted in going to the first corner and checked WORKING PIZZAZ which dropped back onto BIG SHARKIE and they both lost three lengths and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 3	J P Print (Petone) C0 - C0 - 305	DEATHSTAR shifted in going into the bend and checked MADDIE BRAND which went back onto ICED HONEY and they both lost two lengths. Soon after, ICED HONEY checked over the heels of RIKKI'S REBEL losing several lengths.
Race 4	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 Ht1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	MISS MCFLY shifted out going to the first corner and hampered PETRA HAKA and a short distance further on, MISS MCFLY again shifted out and hampered HOMEBUSH ENVY which was forced wide on the bend. ZAMADDIS LASS shifted out on the home turn and checked MISS MCFLY and ALL THE COCO which both lost ground. MISS MCFLY made firm contact with the rail after the finish line and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 5	Palamountains Scientific Nutrition C1 Ht2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	WORKING WAIKATO and ANOTHER STONE jostled together going to the first corner and ANOTHER STONE checked and went back onto THRILLING CLOUD and they both lost ground with ANOTHER STONE being the most affected and she lost four lengths and finished in last place.
Race 6	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 Ht3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	CALAMITY SUE shifted out going into the bend and hampered NINA BE GOOD which lost a length.
Race 7	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 Ht4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	BILLY HOLMES shifted oout from the start and INNER BEAUTY shifted in and this resulted in checks to MORNING LIGHT, BLACK TANK and BLUE RUSH and they all lost ground and settled back.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 Ht5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	GENIA HAKA and CALM BROOKE jostled together for a short distance going to the first corner and BLAIR NINETY then shifted in and caused checks to GENIA HAKA and CALM BROOKE and they went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder of the race.
Race 9	The Rock 95.2FM C1 Ht6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	TONGARIRO and SEDGEBROOK LAD were slow to begin losing three lengths but they both recovered well to make upp ground and finish in 3rd and 4th places. TAIKOREA LASS checked off the heels of ANOTHER FANTASY on the bend and shifted out abruptly checking SYDENHAM BUBBLES. MIGHTY MONICA was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have pain in the right thigh muscle.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C2 Final - C2f - 520	SHOWEM BABY shifted out from the start and checked OTEWA BELLA, THAT'S KING and I'M A CATCH and they settled at the rear. I'M A CATCH and OTEWA BELLA came together going into the back straight and OTEWA BELLA appeared to make contact with the rail and they both lost several lengths and they stayed back to finish at the rear. OTEWA BELLA was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have thigh muscle pain.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 520	DOLL PARTS was slow to begin losing three lengths. SMART COOKIE and SARAH CAMPBELL came together and bumped going into the first corner with SARAH CAMPBELL suffering the most and she lost several lengths and tailed the field from there to the finish.
Race 12	Christmas At The Races 6th-13th-14th-20th December C2 - C2 - 305	KEZZ was slow to begin losing three lengths. BLACK MERCEDES and MY LITTLE OAH collided going into the bend with both dogs losing three lengths.
