Judicial report: SPRING REGAL ( race 6 ) last raced on the 4-6-2013 in Australia, his last race recorded weight was 25.5 kgs ,the Stewards believe that after checking the dogs previous weight record that this may have been a misprint as the dog had raced a week earlier at 28.7 kgs and all his previous weights had been with in a couple of points of this weight
The dog weighed in at 29.5 kgs today 4 kgs over his last weight record ,he was in very good condition and vetted clear to start.

Race 1	Trophies Plus Sprint - C4 - 318	IBIZA FLING ( fav ) was checked soon after the start he came together with EXCITING DREAM, a few strides on IBIZA FLING was checked again catching the heels of THIS IS SWIP changed ground out in to his racing line, EXCITING DREAM was also checked then changed ground outwards racing in to the first turn, NATHAN'S CHAMP moved in wards at this point on to the heels of IBIZA FLING who lost momentum for a stride or so NATHAN'S CHAMP went back on to EXCITING DREAMS with these runners jostling for several strides losing ground to be last in the running Nearing the home turn THIS IS SWIP raced through on the inner of IBIZA FLING pushing this runner out turning for home these two jostled for a couple of strides, IBIZA FLING finished in to 4th placing at the line.
Race 2	November Maiden Series Heat 1 - C0q - 318 Heat 1	BLOO BLOOMERS and BENGHAZI were slowest away . In the run to the first turn BLOO BLOOMERS raced out to the centre of the track as ONE WAY PAEROA angled across heading in to the first turn , FIERY CONQUEST ran out bumping HEZA CARLOS on to ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR, KISS THE BLARNEY was tightened and checked back as ONE WAY PAEROA ran in on to ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR , ABOUT ME caught the back of KISS THE BLARNEY as this runner came back on to him. In behind BENGHAZI and BLOO BLOOMERS bumped, BENGHAZI gained a clear run along the inner there after to finish in to 2nd placing at the line.
Race 3	Auckland Vending Stakes - C1 - 527	MISS APOCALYPSE dwelt for a stride at the start, YOU'RE LUCKY angled across checking PEARL TIARA , soon after racing to the post TRICKY GALE and PATS ALL ROUND came together jostling for a couple of strides, PATS ALL ROUND was checked and ran out sharply wide in to the bend losing a lot of ground and was unable to get back in to contention there after finishing several lengths in the rear at the line. The fact that PATS ALL ROUND races in blinkers may have contributed to him running out so sharply in to the first bend .
Race 4	November Maiden Series Heat 2 - C0q - 318 Heat 2	Soon after the start SMASH AND BASH, LEGREE and TAMANUSKA all came together, TAMANUSKA was hampered for a couple of strides losing momentum. racing on to the top bend SMASH AND BASH made contact with the rail when tightened for room dropping out to the rear . SMASH AND BASH was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	JOSH HART missed the start by several lengths. Soon after the jump SHEZA FOOLING and BOSS APPEAL came together, BIT ROSO raced across forcing ROCKIN' ROD on to BOSS APPEAL and SHEZA FOOLING all these runners were hampered for a couple of strides, racing in to the first turn SHEZA FOOLING was caught between BOSS APPEAL and JOSH HART who came in on to EXACT MASTER tightening and checking this runner back After the earlier interference SHEZA FOOLING ran very wide in to and around the bend covering a fair amount of extra ground coming home some lengths in the rear at the line . .
Race 6	Carol's TABS Stakes - C1 - 527	SPRING REGAL first NZ start to day raced in the rear through out finishing a margin in last placing at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment Racing in to the first turn there was tightening and jostling with the leading bunch as CAWBOURNE PENNY raced across catching the hindquarters of LUCKY LUCKY LUCK, a couple of strides on CAWBOURNE PENNY forced TAYLA ROSE ( fav ) in on to BIGTIME WHIZ who was checked back, CAWBOURNE PENNY was also checked as MRS PUNTING raced between runners .
Race 7	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2	KNOCK KNOCK LADY was a late scratching after 7.30am, The trainer advised that the dog was showing signs of being in season when being prepared for loading to go to the track . Racing to the first turn CAWBOURNE BANKSY angled inwards forcing BEARLY POSSIBLE on to CEE KAY DEE and KITTY'S HOUSE, she ran out of room and fell after BEARLY POSSIBLE couldn't avoid running in to the back of her. KITTY'S HOUSE regained her footing to finish on to the lure a distance behind the field and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 8	$20,000 Pick6 Sprint - C2 - 318	LOCKEY'S CALL was a late scratching at the start when found to be lame ,he was referred to the vet for assessment. SYDILICIOUS missed the start by 7 or so lengths he made ground nearing the home turn running on in the home straight Racing towards the home turn CREME DA GENES was tightened and checked losing several lengths. REALON RUMBA finished in 4th placing at the line and was referred to the vet at the Trainers request. The two leading runners D'OR FILLE and GEM'S CONQUEST raced close together nearing and in to the home straight, as they straightened D'OR FILLE ran out in to the shoulder of GEM'S CONQUEST, D'OR FILLE became unbalanced for several strides but was able to hang on to win . D'OR FILLE was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. The Stewards reviewed the run up the home straight with concerns regarding the racing manner of D' OR FILLE, the head on coverage was no help, the side on was clearer in that D'OR FILLE was unbalanced for several strides and appeared to be trying to come out on the other runner . The connections were shown a replay of the run towards the home and down the home straight.with regards to the dogs racing manners This was the first run of D'OR FILLE for some time.
Race 9	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C3 - 318	In the run to the first turn RADIATOR SPRINGS angled across on to THRILLING ABRA pushing her on to UTAH BOLT, all these runners were checked and jostled ,soon after THRILLING ABRA was tightened and checked back from between these runners going back to the rear. THRILLING ABRA became unbalanced for a couple of strides as the field raced on to the bend, THRILLING ABRA was unable to recover there after finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 10	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C5 - 318	In the run in to the first turn BOSS LADY SLOY angled across on to SECRET STAR forcing her over on to AGENT VAN ALDEN who was checked turning sideways for a stride or so ,THRILLING ISSUES then angled inwards on to SECRET STAR and AGENT VAN ALDEN all these runners were checked losing several lengths and were unable to improve there after.
Race 11	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C2/3 - 527	JETSUN BLAZE was first away to the lead and was never headed there after winning easily .
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C4/5 - 527	KIWI GIRL led in the early stages, she ran wide along the back straight before angling down towards the rail in to the final bend ,KIWI GIRL ran wide again nearing the home turn losing her advantage finishing in 3rd placing at the line.
Race 13	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3	In the early rush to the first turn STUNT DOUBLE was tightened slightly for a couple of strides, he changed ground outwards racing wide in to and around the top bend covering a extra ground finishing several lengths last at the line Trainer of STUNT DOUBLE R O'Regan was spoken to in regards to the dogs run ,the connections were disappoint once again with the poor showing today STUNT DOUBLE has been stood down Rule 81 until the completion of a satisfactory trial/s with a Steward present' a vet certificate confirming the dogs fitness will be required before racing again.
