Race 1	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C3 - 318	Soon after the start PENO BOY and RANDO REASON came together bumping for a couple of strides. Racing in to the first turn PENO BOY angled outwards pushing LE ROUX out on to FAMILY'S PRIDE who caught the heels of MONTY DOSH and fell . RANDO REASON angled down to the rails in the run to the first turn ,RANDO REASON was checked as THRILLING ABRA cut down to the rail, RANDO REASON became unbalanced for several strides going back to the rear and never got back in to contention there after. RANDO REASON was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. FAMILY'S PRIDE after falling regained her footing to finish on to the lure a distance behind the field and was referred to the vet for assessment .
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	DARK EBONY was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be in season with a 28 day stand down imposed. From the jump HEZA CARLOS tried to cut across the face of ME AN LYNN towards the rail, ME AN LYNN held her ground with HEZA CARLOS going back across the heels of ME AN LYNN checking this runner. HEZA CARLOS went back to the rear racing widest across the top bend finishing towards the rear at the line.
Race 3	Carol's TABs Series Final - C4f - 318	In the early rush there was tightening and jostling between COCKY APPEAL, AGENT VAN ALDEN and CAWBOURNE RAVE ( fav ) further in LEGEND BEE angled outwards from box 1 forcing WHERE'S CARLOS over on to the heels of RUN KAYLA RUN, WHERE'S CARLOS was severely hampered losing ground back to the rear, wider out COCKY APPEAL ran out sharply to avoid heels cutting across the face of AGENT VAN ALDEN and CAWBOURNE RAVE, both these runners were checked losing ground to the rear. WHERE'S CARLOS was checked again racing in to the first turn losing more ground and was unable to get back in to contention there after. CAWBOURNE RAVE was pushed widest racing on to the top bend as AGENT VAN ALDEN was pushed outwards as LEGEND BEE attempted to improve wide out. CAWBOURNE RAVE finished in last placing at the line and was referred to the vet as a precaution.
Race 4	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C0 - 527	WORTH A CRACK jumped away awkwardly from box 1, he soon angled outwards as VERSATILE RICHIE raced across towards the rail, WORTH A CRACK soon after was forced to check off the heels of LARTO and ran out sharply on to CHRISTIAN GRAY forcing this runner wide as they raced in to the first bend. SKYHIGH LEVI shortened stride soon after entering the first bend drifting back to a long last, pulling up nearing the home turn and was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 5	Auckland Vending Stakes - C1 - 527	MINNIE FOR MUM was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be suffering from calf muscle soreness with a 7 day stand down imposed. From the jump YOUR'E LUCKY jumped across on to PATS ALL ROUND bumping this runner across for a couple of strides. In the run to the first turn BIGTIME WHIZZ raced across as CAWBOURNE PENNY came out with LUCKY LUCKY LUCK being caught in between them, a couple of strides on WHIRLY RALSTON cut across towards the rail severely tightening and checking BIGTIME WHIZZ, LUCKY LUCKY LUCK, PATS ALL ROUND and CAWBOURNE PENNY, these four runners all lost ground with PATS ALL ROUND and LUCKY LUCKY LUCK being the worst affected going back to the rear in a strung out field and were unable to make ground there after.
Race 6	AGRC Rewards Sprint - C1/2 - 318	SYDILICIOUS missed the start by several lengths. In the run to the first turn WHEEZY APPEAL raced across tightening SHEZA FOOLING in on to REALON RUMBA, CRIXUS and STUNT DOUBLE who was severely hampered for several strides being lucky to keep on her feet, STUNT DOUBLE went back across the heels of CRIXUS, a few strides on SYDILICIOUS ran in on to STUNT DOUBLE who became unbalanced dropping out to the rear. STUNT DOUBLE finished a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 7	$20,000 Pick6 Sprint - C1 - 318	CEE KAY DEE was a late scratching before leaving for the track with the Trainer reporting that the dog has been vomiting. CEE KAY DEE was presented to the vet on course with a 5 day stand down imposed. In the run to the first turn BREAKTHRU angled across towards the rail tightening in on to JOSH HART, RUN MISCHIEF RUN and MAGGY MAE, these runners jostled for a couple of strides with BREAKTHRU tightening them further, RUN MISCHIEF RUN went back a length on to MAGGY MAE, RUN MISCHEIF RUN made contact with the rail losing ground back towards the rear, nearing the home turn RUN MISCHIEF RUN and JOSH HART came together and bumped, RUN MISCHIEF RUN ran out across the heels of JOSH HART running wide in to the home straight. RUN MISCHIEF RUN was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 8	Plaster Board LTD Sprint - C5 - 318	EXPLOSIVE OSTI was awkwardly away from box 3. WE'RE SO LUCKY raced in to the first turn awkwardly and was then forced to check off the heels of LADAKH losing several lengths, WE'RE SO LUCKY ran out soon after across the heels of EXPLOSIVE OSTI as they raced on to the bend. BRIGHT STAR ( fav ) was away well and led in to the bend she weakened soon after entering the home straight to finish in 6th placing at the line. Trainer of BRIGHT STAR Mr Bond reported to the Stewards that she was up half a kilo after being unable to gain a run last week, she was possibly a run short of her best today after being very quick to the first mark today.
Race 9	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C3/4 - 527	In the run to the bend first time around MAHLO RHODE raced across on to THREAT and OSTIS EXPERIENCE who was turned sideways coming out in front of THREAT who ran in to and over OSTIS EXPERIENCE and MAHALO RHODE causing these two runners to fall, THREAT stumbled on to his nose and went sideways. OSIS EXPERIENCE, MAHALO RHODE and THREAT all regained their footing to finish on to the lure a distance behind the other runners and were referred to the vet for assessment. MAHALO RHODE and THREAT were found to have no abnormalities. OSTIS EXPERIENCE was found to have suffered a toe injury with a 7 day stand down imposed
Race 10	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Stakes - C2 - 527	ENDORSE was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be suffering from swelling to a metacarpal joint on the left hind with a 7 day stand down imposed. Soon after the jump CHARLEY FARLEY was hampered for a couple of strides as ONLY KATE came across. Racing in to the first bend ONLY KATE and CHARLEY FARLEY both checked as they came together, soon after ONLY KATE was held up for several strides when unable to clear the back of PAR as this runner moved out in to her racing line. TRICKY GALE was handy in to the back straight, she was forced to check of the heels of THRILLING TREMOR as this runner improved, TRICKY GALE went back several lengths and was unable to improve there after.
Race 11	Greyhounds as Pets Stakes - C5 - 527	SAMMY JAMES was away well racing up handy in the early stages, racing in to the back straight KIKI RHODE moved through on the inner of SAMMY JAMES then KIKI RHODE moved out causing SAMMY JAMES to check off heels, SAMMY JAMES went back to a clear last the running finishing a margin in the rear at the line. SAMMY JAMES was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C4 - 318	Soon after leaving the boxes MEGA UPLOAD ran out sharply running in to THIS IS SWIP bumping this runner in to BIG SAM'S GIRL. Racing in to the first turn YAMBLA FLYER changed ground outwards running on to the heels of EXCITING DREAM and stumbled falling sideways in to MEGA UPLOAD. MEGA UPLOAD ran widest on to the top bend, YAMBLA FLYER regained his footing to finish on to the lure a margin in the rear at the line. YAMBLA FLYER was referred to the vet for assessment.
