Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing condition with all other equipment operating well through out the meeting.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The inquiry was concluded in to the non presentation of ROCKI'N ROD to the vet for post race assessment at last Thursdays meeting.
Trainer P Lowen has been issued with an official warning that in future he is to take notice of the Parade Stewards instructions and act on them.

Race 1	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C0 - 375	WINSOME OSCAR was a late scratching after injuring a toe in the kennels prior to race 1with a 14 day stand down imposed. Racing in to the first turn OBI WAN KENOBI and ROTOVEGAS DOT came together, ROTOVEGAS DOT was checked he recovered quickly to keep his position near the lead. MAGGY MAE and OBI WAN KENOBI were checked soon after as FIERY CONQUEST, MEDICINAL and LUCKY LUCKY LUCK tightened them as they improved. MAGGY MAE and OBI WAN KENOBI lost several lengths back to the rear and never improved there after. FIERY CONQUEST has been put on the box first list after being difficult to load away again today.
Race 2	0880 4 Down Cow Series Heat 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	Soon after the start MRS PUNTING angled across the face of IKE JONES who caught the heels of MRS PUNTING, MRS PUNTING lost her footing in behind going back in the field towards the rear. Racing in to the first turn CALM NUSKA raced across tightening MULTICAM LAD in on to MISS APOCALYPSE and TEEGZ who was checked and lost a couple of lengths. TEEGZ gained a clear run up along the inner to run on best to win, MRS PUNTING also gained a run along the inner after going back to the rear and finished very strongly in the run home to finish in to 3rd placing at the line and could be considered unlucky not to have finished closer.
Race 3	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C0 - 457	As the field jumped away from the boxes LARTO, ROTOVEGAS RAT, CHRISTIAN GRAY, THOU ROMEO all came together bumping, CHRISTIAN GRAY was checked back to the rear, CHRISTIAN GRAY then ran out to the middle of the track and raced widest there after covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 4	Garrards Horse And Hound Sprint - C1 - 375	JOSH HART went up with the lids missing the start by a few lengths and was unable to get in to contention there after. Racing on to the top bend CEE KAY DEE caught the heels of ROCKIN' ROD who was checked for a stride and drifted back past midfield, ROCKIN' ROD made ground in to a handy position turning for home weakening soon after to finish in the rear at the line . ROCKIN' ROD was referred to the vet as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	0800 4 Down Cow Series Heat 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 2	As they jumped away from the boxes WHIRLY RALSTON, CAWBOURNE PENNY and LITTLE TEEGAN all bumped together, wider out DIAMOND WOK was bumped as ENDORSE angled inwards. racing in to the first bend DIAMOND WOK raced wide in attempting to make ground, he forced PATS ALL ROUND wide on to the top bend, PATS ALL ROUND was able to clear DIAMOND WOK soon after to get down towards the rail, DIAMOND WOK raced widest in to the home straight.
Race 6	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Series Final - C2f - 457	Soon after the start COAL SACK angled across on to PEARL TIARA checking BEAU RIVAGE back in behind, PEARL TIARA then cut outwards across the face of BEAU RIVAGE who was hampered for a stride or so. NEWTON WILLOW raced out to the centre of the track as the field raced in to the first turn losing ground to be several lengths in the rear and never got in to contention there after.
Race 7	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C3 - 375	UTAH BOLT was slow away by a couple of lengths, CORBY was away with the field he soon drifted back to a long last racing to the bend. VIVA VANE ( fav ) was midfield in the early rush, improved towards the leaders racing across the top bend was hampered for several strides as ANOTHER BURST ran on to his heels, on his inner UTAH BOLT was tightened on to the back of GUNDABOOKA and went back on to BIG BOLT who ran on to UTAH BOLT causing him to fall, BIG BOLT was severely checked making contact with ANOTHER BURST on his outer. Nearing the home turn CORBY ran in to the hindquarters of BIG BOLT checking this runner again, CORBY lost momentum and ground, he attempted to make ground in the run home but was too far back to make an impression. STAT ME UP was referred to the vet at the Trainers request on returning to the kennel block with a 10 day stand down imposed for a torn nail on his left hind. UTAH BOLT regained his footing to finish on to the lure a distance back as did BIG BOLT and CORBY these three runners were all referred to the vet for assessment. UTAH BOLT, BIG BOLT and CORBY were vetted with no abnormalities found.
Race 8	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C2 - 375	TAYLA ROSE was awkwardly away from box 8 by several lengths, she made good ground in to 4th placing at the line. Soon after the jump LOCKEY'S CALL angled inwards forcing OPAWA JOHHNY over on to ONLY KATE who was checked back in behind, soon after racing in to the first turn OPAWA JOHHNY moved towards the rail tightening ONLY KATE who was checked back to the rear and she was unable to get back in to contention there after Racing in to the first turn IBIZA FLING bumped TIME TO FIND on his inner, TIME TO FIND never lost any ground and was able to keep his position in the lead at this point.
Race 9	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C4 - 375	URBAN COMBAT was forced to check off the heels of QUESTION ME as they raced in to the first bend, URBAN COMBAT became unbalanced for a couple of strides losing ground then running wide on to the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground there after, QUESTION ME was tightened back from between runners racing on to the bend going back to the rear and never made an impression there after finishing in last placing at the line.
Race 10	Palamountains Nutrition Stakes - C5 - 457	OSTI'S PURSUIT ( fav ) was slow away and last in the running to the first turn, OSTI'S PURSUIT was forced to race around the field as he attempted to make ground, he raced widest in to the home straight after having covered a fair amount of extra ground finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 11	Siska Lodge Racing Kennels Sprint - C5 - 375	From the jump UNO LACHLAN, REAL VAIN, THRILLING EDGE, EXPLOSIVE OSTI, BLACK HOMBRE and KIWI GIRL all came together, BLACK HOMBRE and KIWI GIRL were checked back in behind runners, EXPLOSIVE OSTI was checked and went back on to THRILLING EDGE who caught the heels of EXPLOSIVE OSTI, he went down on his haunches for a stride going back to the rear, a couple of strides on EXPLOSIVE OSTI ran out across the heels of THRILLING EDGE. EXPLOSIVE OSTI and BLACK HOMBRE were unable to improve their positions there after filling the last two placings at the line. EXPLOSIVE OSTI was referred to the vet as a precaution
Race 12	Te Awamutu Self Storage Stakes - C3/4 - 457	THRILLING SONIC ( fav ) was awkwardly away from box 1. In the run in to the first bend ZAGATO, OSTIS EXPERIENCE and THRILLING SONIC were racing tightly together, OSTIS EXPERIENCE was checked and went back on to JETSUN BLAZE who was hampered for a stride or so, THRILLING SONIC was hampered for several strides losing a couple of lengths at this point when tightened inwards. PEGEON APPEAL ran widest in to and around the bend running on well for 4th placing at the line.
