Track: Good The track was in good order and the equipment functioned well and the meeting concluded on time.
Scales: Checked and correct
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The registration papers for JUMPIN SALLY ( race 4 ) and ANOTHER BECKY ( race 8 ) were not presented and as a result, under Rule 68.9, any winnings including Vouchers have been retained by the Club and the connections have two working days in which to present the papers.

Race 1	Awapuni Stakes C0 - C0 - 457	SECONDS GOOD was slow to begin losing three lengths. JUST LIKE PRINCE was also a little slow to begin and was checked soon after when COYOTE CAUGHT YA shifted out and he raced very wide on the bend and into the straight but made up some ground in the home straight.
Race 2	Woodville Sprint C0 - C0 - 375	TONGARIRO and BIG SHARKIE were slow to begin losing three lengths and soon after, TONGARIRO checked over the heels of FANTASTIC ANNA losing another length. TONGARIRO, MISSY SLOY and BIG SHARKIE all race wide covering extra ground on the bend.
Race 3	J P Print (Petone) C1 - C1 - 375	TEN ELEVEN shifted in from the start and checked GEORGE which lost a length. GEORGE was awkwardly placed on heels going into the first corner and shifted out making contact with BOTANY DAVE and they both lost ground. BLUE RUSH checked off the back of YALDHURST EDWARD on the bend and shifted out making contact with BOTANY DAVE and they both lost ground. GEORGE angled in on the bend and made firm contact with the rail losing several lengths and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 4	Manawatu Raceway C1 - C1 - 375	RUAPEHU was awkwardly placed in restricted room between runners going into the bend and was galloped on by DOGGED DAN with both runners losing three lengths. REBEL JOE which was following had to take evasive action and shifted out abruptly to be very wide going into the bend and he never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 5	Peter Sinclair Photo Finish C1 - C1 - 457	MY LIL LUCIFER, OPAWA LEANNE and ADDA BOY ZEKE bumped together on jumping from the boxes and they lost a little momentum. OPAWA LEANNE then shifted out going to the first corner and hampered ADDA BOY ZEKE for a stride. OPAWA LEANNE continued to race very wide on the bend and into the straight covering considerable extra ground and she finished in last place.
Race 6	Marton Dash C2 - C2 - 375	COOL HEIR was a little slow to jump from the boxes and settled back. COOL HEIR shifted out going into the bend to avoid the heels of TIME FRAUD and dictated the line of DOUBLE TAPP and they covered extra ground on the bend and finished in the last two places.
Race 7	Ashurst Stakes C1 - C1 - 457	OFFENSIVE, MIGHTY BAXTER and PANDEMONIUM PAWS bumped together soon after leaving the boxes. Soon after, BIGTIME DASHER shifted out and hampered THRILLING JUDGE which lost momentum for a couple of strides but he recovered well to finish in 2nd place. UPAHUT CINDY shifted out several widths going to the first corner and hampered SOME GENES and OFFENSIVE for a short distance. MIGHTY BAXTER shifted in going to the first corner and hampered MR. DARCI which lost ground.
Race 8	www.racingdogs.co.nz C3 - C3 - 375	JACKSON TOWN and LOCKETT IN EDDIE bumped together when jumping from the boxes and LOCKETT IN EDDIE then shifted out and made contact with THRILLING CAIRO and they both lost momentum. ANOTHER BECKY was awkwardly positioned between ALL THE RAGE and JACKSON TOWN going to the first turn and lost three lengths. Soon after JACKSON TOWN shifted out slightly causing THRILLING CAIRO to clip her heels and almost fell and he lost several lengths and all chance.
Race 9	Cloverlea Dash C4 - C4 - 375	All clear.
Race 10	Shannon Stakes C5 - C5 - 375	COSMIC FURY shifted in from the start and caused jostling to INDIVIDUAL LILY and FIERCE STAR and COSMIC FURY suffered the most interferance in the incident and lost three lengths. RED MOOVA HOOVA shifted out on the bend and checked FIERCE STAR which went back to the rear and he stayed there for the remainder of the race. RED MOOVA HOOVA was held up for some distance on the bend when unable to clear INDIVIDUAL LILY which was racing just ahead. SIR RICHIE suffered a webbing injury and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 11	Manawatu Cup Final C5 - C5f - 457	THRILLING BUTCHA was a little slow to begin losing two lengths. THRILLING BUTCHA was held up behind THRILLING HAVOC for some distance in the run to the first corner and on the bend but when in the clear, he finished well for 4th place. GRADUATION was checked on the bend losing three lengths.
Race 12	Foxton Stakes C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	DECIEVER was checked on the bend and moved out making contact with BIGTIME TIP and they went back to the rear and they never recovered and finished in the last two places.
