Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition, it dried out quickly towards the middle of the programme with water being put on after every race. All other equipment operated well through out the meeting.

Race 1	Carol's TABs Series Heat 1 - C4q - 318 Heat 1	From the jump LEGEND BEE and IMA SPICE came together jostling for a couple of strides, soon after LEGENND BEE forced his way outwards taking IMA SPICE wide in to the first turn. YAMBLA FLYER was slow away from box 2 in the early stages, racing in to the first turn YAMBLA FLYER was forced to check out over the heels of LOUIELICIOUS as this runner angled down to the rail YAMBLA FLYER ran out in to the racing line of THRILLING ISSUES and HOT LASS checking these runners with them losing several lengths. AGENT VAN ALDEN in his usual racing style raced widest across the top bend and down the home straight to run down RUN KAYLA RUN in the shadows of the post.
Race 2	Auckland Vending Sprint - C0 - 318	This race was delayed 1 minute at the request of race day control. WINSOME OSCAR box 6 went up with the lids losing several lengths, SHEZA HUM DINGA box 1 was slow away and last in the early rush, .SWEET WAYS was awkwardly away from box 5. In the run on to the top bend HEZA CARLOS caught a heel of THOU ROMEO as this runner raced past. Nearing the home turn DARK EBONY raced around THOU ROMEO angling inwards as HEZA CARLOS moved out a stride, both dogs collided resulting in THOU ROMEO between these dogs running out of room and falling, ONE WAY PAEROA was forced to hurdle the hind quarters of THOU ROMEO running wide. THOU ROMEO recovered his footing to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 3	Greyhounds as Pets Sprint - C2 - 318	WHERE'S THE CAT was slowest away, OPAWA JOHNNY raced across on to CAWBOURNE IGNITE for a couple of strides, soon after racing in to the first turn HOT POOTIE came out as OPAWA JOHNNY angled inwards resulting in CAWBOURNE IGNITE being severely tightened and checked back to the rear coming together with WHERE'S THE CAT who ran out forcing SYDILICIOUS wide on to the bend. As the field raced in to the home straight SYDILICIOUS ran out across the heels of WHERE'S THE CAT.
Race 4	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Stakes - C0 - 527	LARTO began awkwardly from box 2, soon after there was bumping between WORTH A CRACK and SKYHIGH LEVI as WESTERLY WIND came out on to them. CHRISTIAN GRAY then raced across cutting in sharply on to WESTERLY WIND with WORTH A CRACK tightened and checked back, LEGREE ran in to the back of WORTH A CRACK checking SKYHIGH LEVI on his outer, CHRISTIAN GRAY went down on his haunches for a stride losing ground back to the rear where he never recovered finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 5	Carol's TABs Series Heat 2 - C4q - 318 Heat 2	COCKY APPEAL was up 2.3 kgs from his previous start on 29-9-2013 by design. COCKY APPEAL was awkwardly away from box 8, going down on his haunches as he came of the mat 5 or so lengths behind the rest, COCKY APPEAL crossed to the fence making good ground there after in to 3rd placing at the line. Soon after the start RANDO REASON, MATRIX, MEGA UPLOAD and PURE THEATRE all came together bumping and jostling for a couple of strides. Racing in to the first turn MEGA UPLOAD ran under the neck of PURE THEATRE who was almost stopped in his tracks, he ran outwards on to RANDO REASON, both these dogs tangled together for some distance, RANDO REASON ended up right on the end of the safety mat on the outside fence. RANDO REASON and PURE THEATRE lost all chance there after coming home some distance behind the rest of the field at the line. RANDO REASON and PURE THEATRE were referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 6	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint - C2/3 - 318	Soon after the start CRIXUS and BIGTIME DRIFTER bumped, a stride or so on CORBY and CRIXUS bumped, BERRIDALE BULLET raced near the lead in the early stages ran in and out several times in the run to the first turn.
Race 7	$20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C2/3 - 527	In the run to the post first time there was tightening and jostling between MAGIC FANCY, UNCLE ROMILLY, STAR BOUND, and PREMIER OSTI ( fav ) with these runners all losing some ground. PREMIER OSTI was well back in the run down the back straight and only battled in 5th placing at the line.
Race 8	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C1 - 527	As the field got away from the start MR LOCHLYN and BON VOGUE bumped, BON VOGUE stumbled almost going down on her nose.
Race 9	MTA Gift Vouchers Stakes - C2 - 527	Racing to the post first time TAYLA ROSE, REALON ROSE, and DIVA RHODE all bumped. As the field raced around the first bend CAWBOURNE LOGAN caught the heels of PAR who ran out bumping DIVA RHODE over on to the heels of TAYLA ROSE.
Race 10	Stitches Upholstery Stakes - C4/5 - 527	This race was put back 2 minutes at the request of race day control. Racing in to the first bend JAY CEE HURT and KIKI RHODE came together when in the rear, nearing the end of the back straight KATCHA FIRE caught a heel of DAVID'S OSTI as this runner raced past, on the home turn apart from KIWI GIRL the field bunched up JAY CEE HURT was blocked for racing room when looking full of running caught the hind of LAFAYETTE, JAY CEE HURT made a short burst in the straight and weakened quickly to finish towards the rear.
Race 11	Trophies Plus Sprint - C5 - 318	WINSOME BUSTER was a late scratching at kennelling when presented with a left triceps injury, a 14 day stand down was imposed. From the jump RUN STACEY RUN ran outwards forcing WE'RE SO LUCKY wide as they raced to the first turn, on the inner LORD WILL and BIG SAM'S GIRL came together for a stride, BIG SAM'S GIRL was badly hampered as NATHAN'S CHAMP ran on to her back almost dragging her down, both runners lost ground and were unable to get back in to contention finishing several lengths in the rear at the line.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	CEE KAY DEE began awkwardly from box 1,GOOD PERCEPTION angled in sharply soon after the start running in to DIAMOND WOK who was turned sideways for a stride or so, GOOD PERCEPTION was checked back in behind DIAMOND WOK in this incident. GOOD PERCEPTION and DIAMOND WOK both lost ground and never got in to contention there after finishing in the last two placings at the line.
