Judicial report: JACK'S A JEWEL (A Roberts) completed a satisfactory trial as per Rule 81. Trainer G Cleeve (G Turnwald as agent) was fined $50.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 71.2 after KNOW FAULT was not retrieved for Race 9 at the appointed time.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C2 - 295	COALPIT MICK (8) ran inwards at the jump and came together with HOMEBUSH CRUDEN (7) for a stride.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Pam Hurd Stakes - C0 - 520	ARCHIE'S COMET (2) and STRING THEORY (8) were a touch slow to jump. Into the first bend KNOW RIGHTS (1) checked outwards off the heels of OPAWA LUCKY (3) with the trailing ARCHIE'S COMET being forced wide with this dog in turn pushing OPAWA LAUREN (7) over extra ground. OPAWA CHRIS (5) angled wide into the back straight pushing SPEEDY SWEDE (6) wider on the track. On the home turn KNOW RIGHTS and ARCHIE'S COMET tangled when at the rear.
Race 3	Terra Keroma At Stud Dash - C0 - 295	SUMMER LOVE (3) was very slow to jump and FANTA'S FICTION (9) stumbled at the jump with this pair settling at the rear. GLENELG GIRL (1) was inclined to lug outwards in the back straight checking CHOCDEE KAREN (2) who lost ground with SUMMER LOVE being inconvenienced in behind.
Race 4	Hampden Tavern Maiden Final - C0f - 520	KNOW JUDGE (2) and the favourite KAREN'S MAGIC (7) were the last pair on jumping. ZEE BRUGGE (9) angled inwards in the run to the first bend causing tightening to RUNAWAY TAXI (5) and ANDREA (4). KNOW JUDGE was forced wide around the first bend. KAREN'S MAGIC was held up at the end of the back straight when attempting a marginal gap in between runners and lost momentum with KAINO (3) also being checked at this point.
Race 5	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C0 - 295	In a very ordinary dispatch WALDO BAXTER (1), RADICAL RUFUS (4) and COSMIC CHOICE (6) were all tardily away. RADICAL RUFUS checked off heels and lost ground in the back straight after COSMIC CHOICE had forced him down the track. Soon after WALDO BAXTER was severely checked as UNO NOSEY (7) found the rail in advance of him with WALDO BAXTER losing all momentum and checking kennelmate COSMIC CHOICE who lost his chance.
Race 6	Fanta Claws At Stud Dash - C0 - 295	TRUMPED UP (8) was slow to jump with BAD WEEK (2) also tardily away. SHELDON BAXTER (5) was forced inwards by CAWBOURNE STATE (7) in the early stages tightening HARPER'S BIZARRE (9) who lost ground. TRUMPED UP then ran inwards making solid contact with HARPER'S BIZARRE who dropped to the rear. SHELDON BAXTER received a check on the bend as DINO DAN (4) shifted marginally outwards.
Race 7	Happy Birthday Lisa Grant Dash - C3 - 295	CAMRAY (1) and GEORGIE WONG (2) were the last pair on jumping with BENNY'S ANGEL (3) also settling well back. Following the race CAMRAY tied up badly and was given a ten day stand down by the on-course veterinarian.
Race 8	C.T.V. Stakes - C2 - 520	CHILL OUT RALPH (7) was last to jump. SAHARA STORM (5) was checked and lost ground into the first bend as HUSTLER AMBITION (6) angled inwards. On the first bend the favourite OPAWA MEZ (2) was checked and lost ground. When attempting to improve into the back straight OPAWA MEZ received another check when racing to the inside of OPAWA ALBIE (3). Following the race GIRL RACER (4) was missing her muzzle with this being recovered in the boxes.
Race 9	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Sprint - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH EDITH (4) received a slight check in the back straight and lost ground. On the bend MAKE YOUR POINT (1) was tightened and dropped to the rear.
Race 10	Coalgate Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520	ROCKY BAXTER (3) was last to jump. IDOL GIRL (7) angled outwards into the first bend and checked BANK ROLLER (8) who lost ground.
Race 11	Amber Cleaning Services Dash - C2 - 295	CEC DIVINE (5) and BOTANY SEATON (4) brushed together in the early stages and dropped to the rear. HOMEBUSH HAYLEY (6) was checked in behind runners on the home turn losing momentum.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C3 - 295	EXCUSE PLEASE (2) was a touch slow to begin. MER DE NOMS (3) was tightened into the bend and lost a length with NITRO MABEL (4) being inconvenienced in behind and losing momentum.
