Track: Good The meeting was conducted in inclement weather , particularly early in the programme but proceeded without any holdups and concluded on time.
Scales: Checked and correct
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: In race 2 OCTANE TIME was found to have marred another runner and was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 a and is required to complete a satisfactory trial. In race 6 the Stewards found that the performance of SPILT WINE was unsatisfactory and she is required to complete a satisfactory trial before her next raceday start.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	ALL FOR ONE was the slowest to begin losing two lengths but he made up ground to finish in 3rd place. ROCKIN ROD shifted in going into the bend and crowded POLAR SNOW WHITE and COME ON MICKEY and they bothlost ground. POLAR SNOW WHITE then shifted out and pushed OFFENSIVE wide over extra ground and these two finished at the rear.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 520	OCTANE TIME shifted in abruptly from the start and checked JUST LIKE PRINCE which was ground. CRAZY KATIE raced in restricted room between FANTASTIC ANNA and TAI BAXTER going into the first corner and was checked losing three lengths. CRAZY KATIE then drifted further off the back of the field , finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury but the Trainer was advised that an improvement in the dogs form would be expected in the future. VERSATILE RICHIE was also referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have some pain in a toe. OCTANE TIME shifted out abruptly entering the home straight and marred the running of GOLD STONE and was subsequently stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 a and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1.
Race 3	J P Print, Petone C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH CELIA and MADAM ICE bumped together soon after the start and settled back. HO HO HO went off stride going into the first turn and drifted back to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment where he was found to have a minor stopper pad injury. PATRICK STAR and NGAURUHOE shared the lead going to the first corner and PATRICK STAR shifted out slightly going into the bend and bumped NGAURUHOE which was unbalanced for several strides and lost ground. NGAURUHOE then bumped with BIG SHARKIE entering the home straight and again bacame unbalanced and finished in 4th place
Race 4	Gary Ross Decorator C0 Final - C0f - 520	UNDER MILKWOOD shifted in abruptly from the start and checked HOMEBUSH VERONA and CALM NUSKA and they lost gtround and settled back. CALM NUSKA shifted out on the first bend and forced OPIE BOSSMAN to race a little wide.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH MAGIC and MADDIE BRAND were very slow to begin losing five lengths and they stayed back throughout the race. CHARLIE'S PAL shifted in going into the bend and checked KING'S SELECTION which lost two lengths but he recovered well to finish in 3rd place. OPALESCENT raced very wide into the bend covering extra ground.
Race 6	Mickey's Super Liquor C0 - C0 - 520	VINNIE BAXTER and KWASANT were slow to begin and then collided soon after the start and settled at the rear. KWASANT made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. SPILT WINE was observed to ease going to the first corner losing several lengths and she then eased again on the first bend losing more ground and tailed the field from there to the finish. SPILT WINE was referred to the Vet for assessment , was found to have a pectoral muscle injury requiring a 10 day stand down and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1
Race 7	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	BUSTER BOY shifted in going into the first bend and checked PADDY BAXTER which lost a length and soon after, PANDEMONIUM PAWS was also hampered. A few strides further on MR DARCI moved through inside WHITE LEGS ,brushed the rail and moved out slightly and hampered WHITE LEGS which lost ground.
Race 8	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 520	CLUAIN MEALA shifted in going to the first corner and hampered SMART COOKIE and UNO CHARM and all three lost a little momentum. CLUAIN MEALA was checked entering the back straight and dropped back onto LEGAL AID with both dogs losing ground and they stayed back at the rear for the remainder of the race.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	ALAMEIN GUS shifted in on the first bend and checked BILLY HOLMES which lost ground and he stayed back for the remainder of the race and finished with the tailenders. BILLY HOLMES was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have a webbing injury. INNER BEAUTY galloped on the heels of ALAMEIN GUS going to the last bend and they both lost ground and finished at the rear.
Race 10	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	FASA MAN shifted out going to the first corner and jostled with BLUE RUSH for several strides and he continued to shift out going into the bend and they ran very wide losing several lengths and finished in the last two places.
Race 11	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 - C1 - 305	MISS SARA was the slowest to begin and settled back. FRIZZLE FRAZZLE shifted out soon after the start and jostled HIGH CALIBRE for some distance until they both eventually checked and lost ground. HOMEBUSH STING was checked losing two lengths when awkwardly placed between runners on the first turn.
