Track: Good The track was presented in an excellent racing condition with all other equipment operating well apart from the distance boxes ( refer judicial )
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The boxes failed to open at the start of race 6 ,the dogs were removed and checked by the vet with all runners cleared for a restart
The race was hand started as a precaution with no further problem.
The boxes were checked 3 times before the race and it is unclear what caused the false start at this stage .
Trainer Mrs S Ross was fined $50-00 under minor infringement rule after she boxed GHOST WRITER in race 11 far to early in the second line after failing to listen to the starters instructions .

Race 1	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C4 - 375	From the jump LOCHINVAR LAREDO angled inwards forcing KILARA'S FANCY over on to WINSOME BUSTER and OPAWA SACHA ,WINSOME BUSTER and KILARA'S FANCY were tightened and checked back ,a couple of strides on LOCHINVAR LAREDO raced across the face of FIERCE STAR ( fav ) and YAMBLA FLYER they came together with OPAWA SACHA ,YAMBLA FLYER was turned sideways at this point . Racing in to the bend HOLLAND BADGER raced around runners making contact with WINSOME BUSTER ,these runners lost momentum for a stride or so . Nearing the home turn OPAWA SACHA raced up on the inner of KILARA'S FANCY bumping this runner who went off stride making the home bend awkwardly . KILARA'S FANCY finished several lengths to the rear at the line ,this being her first start for 4 months ,she was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found . HOLLAND BADGER was referred to the vet at the Trainers request and was found to have suffered a toe wound . MATRIX was referred to the vet for assessment later in the day after concerns from the trainer of the dog showing an injury .
Race 2	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C1 - 457	KING LUMPY went up with the lids losing a length or so ,wider out JOSH HART and ARMISTICE DAY bumped with ARMISTIS DAY becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides . Racing to the first turn LEGAL AID moved outwards to gain a run between JINGA JAM and THRILLING JUDGE ,LEGAL AID was bumped inwards and checked back as JOSH HART race across ,LEGAL AID lost several lengths back towards the rear Nearing the home turn JOSH HART was tightened and checked ,he went back through the field on to LEGAL AID ,both these runners lost momentum and several lengths finishing well back at the line .
Race 3	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C3 - 375	RUN JUNIOR RUN was slowest away by a few lengths ,he raced widest through out there after ,covering a lot of extra ground in the running ,he finished towards the rear at the line . Racing in to the first turn UTAH BOLT and BIG BOLT were checked and went back several lengths as UNCLE ROMILLY cut back down to the rail .
Race 4	Greyhounds as Pets Stakes - C1 - 457	TAYLA ROSE was awkwardly away from midfield for a couple of strides ,further out MISS PAEROA jumped out then ran in catching the heels of THRILLING TRICKS ,MISS PAEROA bumped in to TAYLA ROSE . Racing in to the first turn MISS PAEROA was hampered for a stride as CEE KAY DEE raced past angling in ,MISS PAEROA was held up for several strides soon after as she attempted to gain a run in to the field .
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint Heat 1 - C5q - 375 Heat 1	Racing in to the first turn STELLAR FORCE was bumped as DOWN THE BACK came off the shoulder of EXPLOSIVE OSTI ,STELLAR FORCE went back through the field to the rear losing ground across the top to be several lengths in the rear ,she made a little ground in the run home . STELLAR FORCE was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found . The Stewards spoke to Trainer of STELLAR FORCE regarding the dogs run today and showed him a replay ,Mr Cleaver advised the Stewards that he was disappointed in the dogs run today after expecting a far better performance .
Race 6	Greyhounds North Graduation Distance - C1d - 650	The boxes did not open as the lure went past .the dogs were removed from the boxes , checked by the vet with all runners cleared for a restart . ( refer judicial ) The race was hand started as a precaution . Racing towards the home turn PAR and HIT BOOST came together and jostled for a few strides ,HIT BOOST lost ground back to the rear soon after .
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint Heat 2 - C5q - 375 Heat 2	Soon after the start there was crowding as LORD WILL angled inwards across the face of THRILLING EDGE on to CALAMITY FREE ,GRIZZ, FEEL THE VIBE and OSTIS EXPERIENCE ,all these runners were hampered for a couple of strides . Racing in to the first turn CALAMITY FREE angled inwards severely tightening and checking FEEL THE VIBE and OSTIS EXPERIENCE , GRIZZ caught the heels of CALAMITY FREE and stumbled slightly losing momentum , GRIZZ never got in to contention there after finishing in last placing at the line .
Race 8	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C3 - 457	VERY CHILLY was a length behind from the jump Racing in to the first turn CHARLEY FARLEY crossed across the face of THRILLING ZOOM ( fav ) who was hampered for a stride or so , THRILLING ZOOM soon after was forced to change ground outwards to find clear racing room ,THRILLING ZOOM covered a fair amount of extra ground there after finishing strongly in the home straight to finish in to 2nd placing at the line . BUBLIN GOLD ran very wide in to the home straight when well back .
Race 9	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint Heat 3 - C5q - 375 Heat 3	Soon after the start COSMIC PEAR cut across the face of BELLSWILL who was forced over on to EMMA ,JAY ATE POWER and HAJIME with all these runners hampered for a couple of strides . Racing on to the top bend BELLSWILL ran very wide covering a fair amount of extra ground coming home at the rear of the field .
Race 10	NZ Advanced Series Final - NZRSf - 457	Racing to the first turn THRILLING HAVOC caught the heels of VALAIN'S FLYER as this runner crossed in through the body of the field towards the rail . THRILLING HAVOC stumbled slightly and was hampered again soon after as he tried to get around VALAIN'S FLYER .
Race 11	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Stakes - C2 - 457	There were a couple of complaints from handlers about the early boxing of GHOST WRITER in the 2nd line . After speaking with the Starter and hearing from Trainer Mrs S Ross the Stewards charged Mrs Ross with failing to listen the starters instructions and admitted to a minor infringement charge and was fined $50.00 BEAU RIVAGE ( fav ) was slow away ,he made ground in to the body of the field as they raced to the first turn ,BEAU RIVAGE was severely checked as COAL SACK cut in towards the rail ,BEAU RIVAGE went back on to ANOTHER BURST who galloped on his back almost pulling BEAU RIVAGE down ,both these runners lost ground to the rear finishing a margin behind the field at the line . BEAU RIVAGE was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C4/5 - 457	From the jump MAGIC FANCY ran out bumping in to PIGGY BACK ,MAGIC FANCY went back a couple of lengths and never got back in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line .
