Track: Good The track was presented in very good order and with the equipment all operating well, the meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded on time.
Scales: Checked and correct
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned on 09.09.13 is now completed and there is no further action required other than to advise that the Lure Driving Control mechanism has now been altered to ensure that there is no chance of the ON / OFF button being accidentally activated in the future.

Race 1	Awapuni Dash C0 - C0 - 375	HIGH CALIBRE was the slowest to begin losing two lengths and he settled back but made up ground well to win the race.
Race 2	Woodville Sprint C1 - C1 - 375	ALPINADOR and IONA BRIGHTSPARK were the two slowest to begin losing two lengths but they made up ground well to finish in 1st and 2nd places. RUNS LIKE AL and WHERE'S RICAN were checked on the bend losing three lengths and they stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 3	J P Print (Petone) C1 - C1 - 375	LOCKETT IN EDDIE shifted in from the start and checked TEPIRITA JAZIL which lost ground and she settled back. She then raced wide covering extra ground on the bend and finished in last place. YES HE WILL shifted out on the bend and pushed MAC TAN out to race a little wide into the straight.
Race 4	Manawatu Raceway Dash C1 - C1 - 375	HOMEBUSH STING shifted in abruptly from the start and crowded KOTUMBA and WHITE LEGS and they both lost ground and went back to the rear. CHELSEA'S BEAUTY drew box 7 and she raced wide throughout covering extra ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 5	Peter Sinclair Photo Finish C2 - C2 - 375	HOMEBUSH RICK and DASHER RUM bumped when the start was made and DASHER RUM lost ground and settled back. BOTANY JESSIE shifted in going to the first corner and checked RICH LIST and WORKING CAMARADE which both lost ground. SHAGA BANGA BANG was handy going into the bend but was checked and lost three lengths.
Race 6	Marton Dash C3 - C3 - 375	DECEIVER shifted out and FULLA TORQUE shifted in from the start and this resulted in checks to CREME DA GENES and FLYING BLAKE which both lost ground. FLYING BLAKE recovered to make up ground and won the race. CREME DA GENES and HOMEBUSH COCO bumped together going to the bend and HOMEBUSH COCO lost three lengths and stayed back to finish last with CREME DA GENES just ahead.
Race 7	Ashurst Sprint C3 - C3 - 375	THRILLING MIGHT blundered and lost ground when the start was made and settled at the rear. One of the favourites EXPLODABLE led from the start until rounding the bend where he began to shorten stride and drifted back through the field to finish in 2nd last place and was referred to the Vet for assessment. Explodable was found to have a quadricep injury and the kennel representative was requested to advise the Stewards if any further injury comes to light in subsequent days.
Race 8	www.racingdogs.co.nz C3/4 - C3/4 - 457	All clear.
Race 9	Cloverlea Dash C4 - C4 - 375	ALL THE RAGE and COSMIC FURY bumped when the start was made and they settled back with COSMIC FURY the most affected and he settled in last place. WISE CRACK LAD drew box 1 and shifted out going to the first corner and then forced COSMIC FURY and TRENDY KNOCKA'S to race wide over extra ground on the bend and into the home straight.
Race 10	Shannon Dash C5 - C5 - 375	SHANGHAI SAM, SWAPAN and BIGTIME JET bumped together when the start was made and became unbalanced for a short distance. DARLYNE OTTEY shifted in from the start and bumped with CHEMICALLY FREE and they were also unbalanced for a couple of strides. DARLYNE OTTEY continued to shift in and going into the bend , CHEMICALLY FREE was checked losing ground and when unbalanced, ran wide into the bend.
Race 11	Feilding Stakes C2 Ht1 - C2q - 457 Heat 1	AZURE DREAMS shifted in from the start and caused checks to CRUSHED MONKEY, RIBA LORDA, PHONE TAP and UPAHUT CINDY which all lost ground. UPAHUT CINDY , PHONE TAP and RIBA LORDA came together going into the bend and PHONE TAP was the most affected and he ran wide . The Stewards were concerned regarding the committment to chase the Lure of the 2nd dog TENKAY DOWN over the final few strides. However, the films were not totally conclusive and so no further action was taken.
Race 12	Foxton Stakes C2 Ht2 - C2q - 457 Heat 2	ODE TO LIBERTY began very well and led the field until approaching the home turn but then drifted and once entering the home straight, she was tightened between runners and was checked back to last and finished in that position.
