Judicial report: R Maisey the Trainer of JUDY IN DISGUISE was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69 .11 when the dog was presented 2.0 kilograms over its last race day start weight.

Race 1	Awapuni Dash C0 Ht1 - C0q - 375 Heat 1	RUAPEHU shifted in from the start and hampered COME ON MICKEY and ADDA BOY ZEKE for a couple of strides. UNDER MILWOOD shifted in from the start and hampered BIGTIME DASHER and BIG JOB JONESY and she continued to shift in and forced TAI BAXTER in across the heels of THRILLING INDY . RUAPEHU shifted out going to the first corner and collided with BIG JOB JONESY with both dogs losing momentum and they settled back.
Race 2	Woodville Dash C0 Ht2 - C0q - 375 Heat 2	NGAURUHOE , TONGARIRO and VINNY DOON came together and jostled for a couple of strides soon after the start and they lost ground and settled at the rear. TONGARIRO and NGAURUHOE came together on the bend and TONGARIRO was checked and fell but he was quickly back on his feet and finished onto the lure. He was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have bruising.
Race 3	J P Print (Petone) C1 - C1 - 375	STIFF DRINK, HIGH CALIBRE and ACTUAL LADY were slow to begin and settled back. THRILLING HALO shifted in going to the first corner and crowded YES HE WILL which lost ground but recovered to finish in 4th place and also JUDY IN DISGUISE which dropped quickly back and finished in last place. HIGH CALIBRE and ACTUAL LILY collided at the rear of the field going into the bend and they both lost ground.. JUDY IN DISGUISE was referred to the Vet for assessment was found to have a pectoral muscle injury with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 4	Manawatu Raceway C1 - C1 - 375	TIME FOR WHAT shifted in going to the first corner and crowded HOMEBUSH ENVY, GROOVY SHANE and HOME BREWER and they all eventually checked with HOME BREWER and GROOVY SHANE the most affected and they went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 5	Peter Sinclair Photo Finish C1 - C1 - 457	All clear
Race 6	Marton Dash C2 - C2 - 375	GENIA HAKA was slow to begin and settled back. He then bumped with EUNUCHS LUCK going into the bend and they both lost momentum. A few strides further on GENIA HAKA galloped on the back of DOUBLE TAPP and they both lost three lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 7	Ashurst Dash C3 - C3 - 375	KAZILLION shifted in from the start and caused checks to itself and also QUEEN COBRA, SANDS OF TIME and RUN JUNIOR RUN and they all lost ground and settled back. RUN JUNIOR RUN recovered the best of those affected and he finished in 3rd place with the others back in the rear group.
Race 8	www.racingdogs.co.nz C3 - C3 - 375	JACKSON TOWN was awkwardly placed in restricted room between TALK IT OVER and FIRE BOY BAXTER going into the bend and she lost three lengths. JACKSON TOWN then raced wide on the bend and into the straight and finished last.
Race 9	Cloverlea Dash C4 - C4 - 375	SMIDGED was crowded and checked losing three lengths going into the bend when she had COSMIC FURY racing on her outside. One of the favourite s FIERCE STAR was the slowest away and raced a little wide. FIERCE STAR and SMIDGED bumped together entering the home straight and lost momentum for a couple of strides.
Race 10	Shannon Dash C5 - C5 - 375	All clear.
Race 11	Feilding Stakes C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	SUPERIOR IZMIR shifted out on the bend and hampered LAUGH LIKE SANTA which became awkwardly placed on the inside of HELLO ELLO and lost three lengths. GRADUATION which was following was also affected and lost ground in the incident.
Race 12	Foxton Stakes C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	THRILLING ZOOM and FULLA TORQUE were slow to begin losing two lengths. The favourite THRILLING ZOOM made up ground well to win with ease. LADY ANABELLA shifted out going to the first corner and EL JETTA shifted in and this resulted in checks to MI TI PA which lost several lengths and stayed back to finish in last place and PHONE TAP which was also affected.
