Judicial report: OPAWA BRO was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 b for failing to pursue the lure throughout in race 6 and is also required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1 before its next race day start.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C3 - C3 - 305	OPAWA CHARLIE was slow to begin and settled back where he stayed throughout the race to finish in last place. UNO FLASH shifted in going into the first corner and hampered ANOTHER BECKY and WORKING WORKING which both lost ground. UNO FLASH also lost ground and he went back to near the rear and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master c3 - C3 - 305	UNO GREEN shifted out from the start and caused checks to EXCESSIVE SPEED, HOMEBUSH COCO and SHAGA BANGA BANG and they all lost ground and settled at the rear. EXCESSIVE SPEED recovered the best of the three affected runners and finished in 5th place with the other two at the rear. SHAGA BANGA BANG was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request due to carpus pain.
Race 3	NZRS Graduation C2-3 Ht1 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 1	RICH LIST shifted in from the start and bumped KYLIES BELLE which then shifted in and collided with OPAWA PAUL and they both lost several lengths and stayed back throughout the race to finish in the last two places.
Race 4	NZRS Graduation C2-3 Ht2 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 2	OPAWA NO EAR shifted out on two occasions going to the first corner and caused bumping and checks to OPAWA TOKEN and TRINITY BOY and they lost several lengths and never recovered. TENKAY DOWN went up to the leader ANOTHER DOLLAR going into the last bend but did not go past. However, OPAWA NO EAR was following closely behind and there was no clear film coverage of that part of the race to confirm whether there had been any contact between the three dogs which could have affected TENKAY DOWN so no futher action could be considered.
Race 5	NZRS Graduation C2-3 Ht3 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 3	CHILL OUT RALPH was slow to begin losing three lengths. He then raced wide on both bends covering extra ground but finished well for 4th placing. FERGIE'S BELLE shifted in from the start and bumped YOUR ON FIRE in onto RED CRYSTAL and they both lost a little momentum. RED CRYSTAL recovered the best of the two and finished in 2nd place.
Race 6	NZRS Graduation C2-3 Ht4 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 4	OPAWA BOMB was a little slow to begin but made up ground well to win the race. ALAMEIN JAH, WHAT'S UP GEE, OPAWA STRETCH and FASTBACK KING jostled together going into the first bend and lost a little momentum. OPAWA BRO was racing off the rail going into the first corner with OPAWA BOMB to his outside but OPAWA BRO then eased back from its position losing several lengths and he stayed back to finish in last place . OPAWA BRO was referred to the Vet for assessment , cleared of injury and after discussing the matter with Co Trainer J Lane and viewing the available films, OPAWA BRO was stood down for 28 days for a breach of Rule 80.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor C5 - C5 - 305	MOULIN BLUE began very awkwardly losing three lengths but she made up ground well to finish in 4th place. LIFES A DREAM shifted in from the start and hampered ANOTHER GON which settled back. EVER SO HOPEFUL shifted in going into the bend and checked LIFE'S A DREAM which lost three lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C5 - C5 - 305	The favourite GURU GOOSE was a little slow to begin losing two lengths. ENAZUMA checked across the heels of WATERBUG going into the bend and ran wide losing ground. ANOTHER HIT also raced wide over extra ground on the bend and finished last.
Race 9	Morrie Gibbons Signs C5 - C5 - 305	NATHAN'S CHAMP shifted in going into the bend and checked RED MOOVA HOOVA which went back and out causing checks to KINETIC NEO and VERSATILITY and all three lost ground. RED MOOVA HOOVA recovered the best of the three and he finished in 3rd place.
Race 10	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	BUDDY BROKE shifted out and SNOW PHOENIX shifted in from the start and this resulted in tightening and checks to several runners drawn in between with JUST MAC and MI TI PA the most affected and they went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 11	Palamountains Nutrition C4 - C4 - 305	SHANGHAI SAM shifted in going into the corner and checked ALL THE RAGE which lost three lengths. Soon after, HOMEBUSH CRAIG and SHANGHAI SAM came together and bumped and SLANGEVAR on the outside was also affected and they all lost ground and finished in the rear group.
Race 12	Christmas @ The Races 6th - 13th - 20th December,C4 - C4 - 305	LOUIELICIOUS began awkwardly losing ground and settled back .
