Judicial report: Trainer J Dunn was fined $50 under Rule 68.8 for failing to produce the papers for EMILY PATRICK. Trainer J McInerney (K O'Connor acting as agent) was fined $50 under Rule 68.8 for failing to produce the papers for BABY JAMES.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295	CHASE THE STARS (4) blundered over the early stages after making contact with the hind legs of QUE TEE CHICKS (5) which had shifted down the track.
Race 2	Happy Birthday John McInerney Sprint - C0 - 295	TAI BAXTER (4) and HOMEBUSH ENVY (1) were slow to jump. ABOGADO (5) shifted down the track shortly after the start and collided with BOWMAN (3). Racing along the back straight HOMEBUSH CRASH (7) checked off the heels of NOBLE FANTASY (6) which shifted outwards. Into the turn BOWMAN shifted ground outwards after being crowded for racing room by NOBLE FANTASY checking ABOGADO.
Race 3	Yella Mustard At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295	OUT BACK BILL (7) was slow to leave the boxes. Approaching the first turn JET EVEN (5) and GO NOLA (4) bumped. Into the turn MARY MARLOW (6) shifted inwards checking JET EVEN and GO NOLA with both dogs losing momentum resulting in the trailing EMILY PATRICK (1), CLAREMONT DIVA (2), DUCO TO DUCO (3) and LIQUORICE WHIP (8) all suffering varying degrees of interference. Early in the run home EMILY PATRICK and OUT BACK BILL came together.
Race 4	Garrard's Horse And Hound Dash - C0 - 295	MCJOPSON (1) and SHEZA GAMBLE (6) collided soon after the start after both dogs shifted ground. VINNIE BAXTER (7), SHELDON BAXTER (5), HOMEBUSH ZELDA (4) and KERAMUS GIRL (3) all bumped on several occasions along the back straight. Racing into the bend HOMEBUSH ZELDA and KERAMUS GIRL both lost ground after colliding when racing at the rear of the field. VINNIE BAXTER checked off the heels of SHELDON BAXTER shortly after. BUBLIN JED (8) ran wide rounding the turn colliding with MCJOPSON.
Race 5	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C1 - 520	STICH UP (6) began awkwardly and settled at the rear of the field. Into the first turn OPAWA PAUL (1) and KNOW FUTURE (8) collided with the trailing BABY JAMES (3) losing ground after racing in confined quarters. STICH UP was forced wider by OPAWA PAUL and KNOW FUTURE. BABY JAMES was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 6	Happy Birthday Darcy Poutama Dash - C1 - 295	STARBURST PAUL (7) and EASY SILENCE (8) shifted inwards at the start severely checking PHAT PANTS (6), OHOKA BLUE (5) and YAPSTER JEWEL (4). Racing into the turn OHOKA BLUE and PHAT PANTS came together with PHAT PANTS losing ground. Rounding the turn EASY SILENCE became awkwardly placed on the heels of LA FONTAINE (1). STARBURST PAUL and OHOKA BLUE bumped rounding the turn. Early in the run home LA FONTAINE appeared to turn its head outwards when racing to the inside of BELFAST SUZY (3). Stewards together with trainer J Dunn viewed all available replays of the incident which proved to be inconclusive as to whether muzzle contact had been made. Stewards deemed the run to be unsatisfactory and ordered that LA FONTAINE complete a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 81.1.
Race 7	Terra Keroma At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295	TEEVEE KIMBA (6) shifted inwards shortly after the start and made contact with GENIA HAKA (3). GENIA HAKA checked off the heels of TEEVEE KIMBA at the end of the back straight. Into the turn QUIET SNORT (1) shifted outwards severely checking TEEVEE KIMBA which lost ground and impeded the trailing CAWBOURNE POLLY (4).
Race 8	The Miller Bar & Cafe Stakes - C1 - 520	EMBEE DEE (2) jump awkwardly. OPAWA CASSIDY (5) also began awkwardly before making heavy contact with GIRL PRIDE (6) shortly after. Rounding the final turn CANDY BELLE (3) and OPAWA CASSIDY collided. When spoken to regarding the improved performance of LINE HONOURS (4) trainer G Cleeve advised that the improvement of the dog could be attributed to being downgrading from C2 for today's race.
Race 9	Shirley Vet Clinic Dash - C1 - 295	GLENN IS GOODESY (5) was slow to jump. Into the turn BILLY WEST (6) shifted inwards checking HOMEBUSH AWESOME (2) which inconvenienced the trailing GLENN IS GOODESY.
Race 10	Johnny Midnight At Stud Dash - C2 - 295	ATTACK WIDE (7) shifted inwards at the start and made contact with MAKE YOUR POINT (6), GO TIMMEE (3) and ROXY RASCAL (2). GO TIMMEE and JUNIOR WHAT (5) bumped rounding the turn.
Race 11	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH NOS (4) and RITE ROUND RANGE (6) collided shortly after the start. Into the bend JACK'S A JEWEL (2) and CAWBOURNE HURDO (3) bumped. Rounding the bend GOLDSTAR JEANIE (8) shifted outwards forcing CAWBOURNE HURDO and BLUE GALE RISE (5) wider on the track.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	MER DE NOMS (7) shifted inwards at the start and came together with CEC DEVINE (6). Racing into the first bend MER DE NOMS checked off the heels of ANOTHER STREET (2) and lost ground. HOT SHOT LAWYER (4) was crowded for racing room rounding the turn before shifting outwards forcing DYNA DIEGO (5) wider on the track. DYNA DIEGO fell heavily at the lure. The dog was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any injury.
