Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	DUTCHESS QUEEN shifted out abruptly soon after the start and collided with GOLD STONE and HO HO HO with all three losing ground. GOLD STONE was the most affected losing several lengths and he stayed back to finish last.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	ADDIS MATE shifted away from the rail going to the first corner and checked off the back of MADDIE BRAND losing several lengths and he stayed well back . MADDIE BRAND shifted out in the home straight and collided with CUTS DEEP with both runners losing a littlle momentum.
Race 3	J P Print, Petone C0 - C0 - 520	BUSTER BOY began awkwardly and settled back. TROJAN TROY was also a little slow to begin and he then checked off the heels of BIG JOB JONESY going into the first corner and shifted out to race wide on the bend. SHINY UPSOME bumped with OPIE BOSSMAN going into the first turn and lost momentum. BUSTER BOY checked off the back of OPIE BOSSMAN going into the final bend and went back hampering JUST YOU WAIT. JUST YOU WAIT led from the start until the back straight where he shifted out to race wide and after receiving the check from BUSTER BOY, he drifted from there and finished in last place.
Race 4	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH LIMBO shifted out from the start and hampered KOTUMBA and JAGER and they settled back. KOTUMBA and JAGER bumped together going into the bend and they ran a little wide losing further ground. RUNS LIKE AL shifted out approaching the home straight and forced CHELSEA'S BEAUTY out onto ZIPPIT SWEETIE which went from a handy challenging position, back to last and finished in that position. KOTUMBA suffered a cut toe and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 520	DARBY LANE shifted out from the start and bumped with MIGHTY BAXTER and they both lost ground and settled at the rear. OPAWA TOKEN was hampered and lost ground going into the first bend when avoiding the heels of SUE SEWS SOCKS but he recovered to make up ground and finished in 3rd place.
Race 6	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 520	WHITE LEGS was slow to begin and settled back. OPAWA JEN checked off the heels of WHITE LEGS going towards the final bend and lost two lengths.
Race 7	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	THRILLING HALO shifted out from the start and RANDOM ACT shifted in and this resulted in FACE THE DEMON, ASCHENPUTTEL and FLIRT ACADEMY ,which were drawn in between, being checked and they settled back. FACE THE DEMON shifted out going into the bend and caused checks to itself , ASCHENPUTTEL and FLIRT ACADEMY and they all lost ground. ASCHENPUTTEL recovered the best of the three and made up ground to finish in 4th place.
Race 8	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 520	OPAWA MEZ was a little slow to begin and soon after, MR. LOCHLYN shifted in and OPAWA MEZ was hampered. A few strides further on, OPAWA MEZ checked off the heels of CLUAIN MEALA and ALL THE MILK and shifted in to collide with TIME FOR WHAT. OPAWA MEZ then shifted out abruptly and collided with SPOT ON MAGGIE and they lost several lengths and stayed back for the remainder of the race to finish in the last two places.
Race 9	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0D - C0d - 645	JUST LIKE PRINCE was slow to begin losing three lengths. JUST LIKE PRINCE then checked off the heels of CAWBOURNE TILLY going into the first corner losing further ground and he stayed back from there to the finish. The favourite OPAWA JED raced wide on the first and second bends covering extra ground but led briefly into the home straight before tiring a little and he finished in 2nd place. THRILLING AVA was referred to the Vet for assessment with a toe laceration.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 Final - C1f - 520	NOSE WHITE was a little slow to begin and he then bumped with RICH LIST on two occasions going to the first bend and he lost several lengths and tailed the field for the remainder of the race.
Race 11	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	EUNUCHS LUCK was hand to the lead and on the rail going to the first corner but was being crowded for several strides by SARAH'S COOL and was eventually checked. EUNUCHS LUCK lost several lengths and he went back and out causing checks to COLERIDGE AINSLI and SEDGEBROOK SKITE and they lost several lengths and finished in the last three places.
Race 21	Non Tote Sprint Heat 1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	SUB SILENTO , NUTS FOR SURE and KATE ROSE were slow to begin and settled back and they stayed there throughout to finish in the last three places.
Race 22	Non Tote Sprint Heat 2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	KIRIBATI GIRL went up with the box lids losing five lengths but she made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. MONKEY QUEEN checked over the heels of the leader MIGHTY MONICA going into the bend and shifted out causing checks to TEPIRITA JAZIL, DOUBLE TAPP and JUDY IN DISGUISE. TEPIRITA JAZIL recovered the best of the three and ran on well for 2nd place.
