| Race 2 | Happy 60th Birthday Lorraine Bright Dash - C3 - 295 | RAMBUNCTIOUS (5) received a check in the run down the back straight and lost ground. Into the bend LIFE'S A LAUGH (3) angled outwards forcing ANYTIME WILL DO (4) over extra ground. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295 | OPAWA WALLY (3) came up with the lids and settled a clear last. FIREMAN'S ROCKET (6) ran inwards in the back straight simultaneously to AVEC LAMOUR (2) angling outwards with ANOTHER BECKY (5) and KNOW WISDOM (4) receiving tightening in between these runners. |
| Race 4 | Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C4 - 295 | The favourite TRANS TASMAN (2), BOLT RAMA (10) and KNOW LIES (4) were all a shade slow to jump. KNOW JEALOUSY (9) was tightened into the bend losing a length as GITCHA EASY (7) angled down the track. On the home turn BOLT RAMA switched wider on the track after being held up for room. |
| Race 5 | Sky High Scaffolding Dash - C3 - 295 | DYNA FRIER (3) was slow to jump with RUNWAY QUEEN (7) losing ground as WANDY GAYLENE (8) ran inwards in the initial stages. ALISARAY (5) ran outwards in the back straight checking WANDY GAYLENE who lost ground. Into the bend BIG TOKEN (1) ran outwards checking MAKE YOUR POINT (4) and DYNA FRIER. |
| Race 6 | C.T.V. Sprint - C5 - 295 | This race was delayed by two minutes at the request of Raceday Control. MORE BETTER (4) angled outwards in the back straight pushing WANDY BOILER (5) wider on the track. In behind KNOW THOUGHT (6) also shifted up the track with RODRIGUEZ (7) and ZEBIDIAH (8) both receiving checks. On the turn KNOW THOUGHT checked off the back of ZEBIDIAH and lost a length. |
| Race 7 | Robbie's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C3 - 520 | WANDY PAM (2) stumbled after a couple of strides and settled last. POPSTAR ROCKET (6) checked off the back of OHOKA FRENCHI (5) on the first bend and lost a length. OHOKA FRENCHI angled outwards in the back straight with CHEVY CHEVELLE (8) being obliged to race wider on the track. |
| Race 8 | Shirley Vet Clinic Dash - C5 - 295 | MR. WHIPPY (5) was in the air as the start was effected and lost five lengths. CALLAHAN (2) and GO HOUSIE (4) collided in the early stages. ETCHED IN STONE (7) crossed quickly to the rail and checked KNOW ADVANTAGE (1) in the process. MR. WHIPPY angled wide into the bend covering extra ground. KNOW ADVANTAGE pushed GO HOUSIE over extra ground on the bend. |
| Race 9 | I Pave Concrete Stakes - C4 - 520 | CAWBOURNE KESHA (3) was checked soon after the jump as she came together with STOLEN MONEY (2) and dropped to the rear. OPAWA BOMB (4) angled inwards into the first bend tightening STOLEN MONEY and TAKE A TRICK (1). MICK AND PADDY (6) was badly checked into the first bend as OPAWA JED (7) angled inwards and OPAWA STYLE (5) ran outwards. MICK AND PADDY received another check a few strides later and dropped to a long last with this bitch being referred to the vet for assessment. On the first bend CAWBOURNE KESHA checked off the heels of TAKE A TRICK and lost momentum. |
| Race 10 | Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C4/5 - 520 | NO UNDIES SUNDAY (7) was a shade slow to jump. BANBIT (2) ran outwards in the early stages checking JINJA POWER (3) who lost ground. HOMEBUSH IRIS (8) ran inwards tightening NO UNDIES SUNDY and BLACK EMILY (6) in the run down the straight. Following the race BANBIT was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 11 | racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C5 - 295 | DRYSDALE (2), STING ME (5) and WANDY GENO (6) were the last trio at the jump. PEARL'S BOY (1) was tightened and then checked outwards in the back straight colliding with DRYSDALE and dropping to the rear. PEARL'S BOY and STING ME then came together into the bend when well back. Following the race STING ME was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295 | CAWBOURNE CHIEF (3) received a check on the bend when racing to the outside of WANDY CHICK (2) with CAWBOURNE CHIEF losing ground. |
