Judicial report: J.T.McInerney was fined $ 50-00 under the provisions of Rule 88.1 0 for negligence when failing to ensure the Registration papers for CAWBOURNE REEAH were presented in accordance with Rule 68.9. A duplicate copy of the papers was obtained by fax and CAWBOURNE REEAH, an entrant in Race 1 was allowed to start.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C3 - C3 - 305	CALM RITA and KEZZ were slow to begin and settled back. CAWBOURNE REEAH, CALM RITA and UNO FLASH were checked and lost three lengths going into the first turn. Soon after, UNO FLASH and KAZILLION shifted out onto STOCK TAKER which lost three lengths and she stayed back to finish last. CAWBOURNE REEAH was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C3 - C3 - 520	FERGIE'S BELLE shifted in from the start and caused jostling to UNO HEIDI, HELLO ELLO and MISSING MELODY and they settled back. TENKAY DOWN and CAWBOURNE BREE raced in restricted room going to the first corner and they shifted out causing checks to themselves and UNO HEIDI and FERGIE'S BELLE and they stayed back to finish in the last four places.
Race 3	J P Print, Petone C3 - C3 - 305	BUT ITS GREAT shifted in from the start and hampered EXCESSIVE SPEED and UNO GREEN . BUT ITS GREAT continued to bore in onto AGENT VICTOR and STEVIE'S MAGIC going to the first corner and was eventually checked herself and fell but regained her feet to finish on the lure. AGENT VICTOR was also affected in the incident losing several lengths. BUT ITS GREAT was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 4	Gary Ross Decorator C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	EL JETTA and RED CRYSTAL bumped together soon after the start and lost momentum. They bumped together again going into the first bend and shifted out a little wide losing further ground.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	HOMEBUSH BORIS shifted in from the start and checked WATERBUG which then shifted out to collide with AUSSIE HAKA and they settled at the rear and stayed there for the remainder of the race.
Race 6	Mickey's Super Liquor C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BEE RABBIT and GURU GOOSE bumped together at the start and settled back. SLANGEVAR shifted in abruptly going into the bend and pushed GURU GOOSE into the rail and he went back to last and stayed there to finish in that position. GURU GOOSE was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Crombie Lockwood C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	ENAZUMA and WEE DIGER shifted in going into the bend and tightened COSMIC FURY and STIFF and they eventually checked , went back to the rear and they never recovered the lost ground.
Race 8	Wanganui Stayers Heat 1 (Group 2) - C2dq - 755 Heat 1	JINJA POWER and NOAKI HURRICANE collided when the start was made and settled back. INDI RHODE shifted in when the start was made and hampered LITTLE TEEGAN and GOLDSTAR BELLA and they also settled back. LITTLE TEEGAN recovered the best of the affected runners and she made up ground well to finish in 2nd place.
Race 9	Wanganui Stayers Heat 2 (Group 2) - C2dq - 755 Heat 2	SUMMER TENSION and CHILL OUT RALPH bumped together when the start was made and CHILL OUT RALPH lost ground. TEEGZ was also a little slow to begin and settled back. TEEGZ shifted out slightly going into the first bend and checked PLATINUM PLAYBOY which became very unbalanced losing several lengths. BORNATO raced wide on the bend and into the straight with over a circuit to run and in doing so forced OSTI'S PURSUIT over considerable extra ground. The eventual winner THRILLING BRAT also raced very wide in the same area. BACKYARD BULLY began to drift back from midfeild going to the final bend and he finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment , found to have suffered from cramp but was otherwise uninjured.
Race 10	Wanganui Security C5 - C5 - 520	SUPERIOR IZMIR and BIGTIME KAREN bumped together at the start and BIGTIME KAREN then shifted out and collided with BARRY'S WAY and they both settled back.
Race 11	Morrie Gibbons Signs C4 - C4 - 305	RADIATOR SPRINGS shifted in from the start and hampered HOMEBUSH BUFFY, MATILDA'S BABE and TIZ NOW and they settled back. RADIATOR SPRINGS shifted in going into the bend and checked MATILDA'S BABE which lost three lengths. RADIATOR SPRINGS shifted out over the heels of ANOTHER COFFEE approaching the home straight and bumped with HOMEBUSH BUFFY and they finished at the rear.
Race 12	Guthrie Bowron C4 - C4 - 305	ANOTHER RAEWYN drifted off the back of the field on the bend and finished several lengths last and she was referred to the Vet for assessment.
