Judicial report: Trainers A Hart and K Taylor were fined $100.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 the details of which are that HOT SHOT LAWYER weighed in 1.8 kgs above his last race weight on 28 June 2013.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	KNOW PRIDE (1) and GEORGIE WONG (7) were last to jump. CAWBOURNE RENEE (5) ran outwards in the early stages contacting GEORGIE WONG for a stride. Into the bend CAWBOURNE RENEE angled inwards checking AVEC LAMOUR (6) who lost ground. HOT SHOT LAWYER (3) was held up for clear racing room on the home turn running on well for fourth when clear.
Race 2	C.T.V. Dash - C4 - 295	WANDY GRANT (5) ducked inwards at the jump checking the favourite TRANS TASMAN (4) for a stride. Into the bend HOMEBUSH EDITH (3) angled outwards pushing TRANS TASMAN on to WANDY GRANT and FIREMAN'S ESCORT (7) who both lost ground with JONNY JET (1) and WANDY PAM (2) also being inconvenienced in behind. On the home turn TRANS TASMAN ran outwards bumping with FIREMAN'S ESCORT on two occasions when looking for racing room.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C3 - 295	HOORAY FOR HAZEL (8) angled inwards checking KNOW SPUNK (6) for a stride in the back straight. Into the bend NITRO MABEL (7) crossed to the rail causing checks to ANOTHER BECKY (5), DYNA FRIER (4) and ISABELLE DOMAIN (3) who all lost ground. The favourite RUNWAY QUEEN (1) was then forced to check outwards off the heels of ANOTHER BECKY with RUNWAY QUEEN being forced wide and losing ground.
Race 4	I Pave Concrete Dash - C4 - 295	The favourite RODRIGUEZ (1) was a clear last on jumping. At the end of the back straight FALSE STEP (4) angled outwards checking GOTTA GO ACE (7) for a stride. Soon after WANDY GAYLENE (3) ran outwards checking FALSE STEP, JACKSON CAT (9) and HOMEBUSH HELEN (10) with this trio dropping to the rear.
Race 5	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C3 - 520	ROCKY BAXTER (8) was a clear last on jumping. RED TYPHOON (4) was tightened into the first bend losing ground. BONE NERD (3) checked off the heels of STARBURST CLEMMY (6) on the first bend and lost a length. At the end of the back straight GOLDSTAR BELLA (7) lost ground when racing to the outside of RED TYPHOON. Following the race DYNA INDIGO (1) was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 6	Buy Sell & Exchange Sprint - C5 - 295	STING ME (1), RED CARPET (2) and ANOTHER COLT (5) were all a touch slow from the traps. RED CARPET ran outwards in the early stages making contact with ANOTHER COLT. Into the bend KNOW FAVOURS (4) ran outwards pushing DILLMANSTOWN (8) wider on the track.
Race 7	Sky High Scaffolding Stakes - C4 - 520	The favourite OPAWA JED (3) was tightened in the early rush and settled a clear last. Into the first bend HOMEBUSH CHOPPER (7) angled inwards causing tightening to OPAWA NO EAR (6), TAKE A TRICK (5), TAKE NO PRISONER (4) and MAXIMUM JEWEL (1) who all lost ground. On the first bend STOLEN MONEY (2) jumped outwards off the back of TAKE A TRICK and collided with OPAWA NO EAR with OPAWA JED being forced wider in this incident.
Race 8	Wilson's Sports Bar & T.A.B. Dash - C5 - 295	CAWBOURNE MOFF (2) was last on jumping. The favourite MR. WHIPPY (6) could not cross his brother PEARL'S BOY (4) into the bend with PEARL'S BOY then angling outwards slightly keeping MR. WHIPPY and ETCHED IN STONE (5) wide on the track.
Race 9	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C4/5 - 520	CHARLIE'S CHOICE (9) and WILD GROVE (7) were the last pair at the jump. HOMEBUSH VIOLET (1) angled a touch outwards into the first bend causing OPAWA SWEDE (3) to be checked with CHARLIE"S CHOICE and WILD GROVE losing ground in behind. OPAWA CASPER (5) ran very wide at this stage avoiding these runners. OPAWA CASPER was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 10	Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW MISTAKE (2) and CALLAHAN (6) settled at the rear. GITCHA EASY (8) stumbled for a stride in the back straight and ran inwards severely checking CALLAHAN with this pair losing their chances. GITCHA EASY was referred to the Vet for assessment with no abnormalities reported.
Race 11	Flair Dash - C5 - 295	NIPPA MARY (3) ran inwards checking HOT MANGO (4) in the back straight. HOT MANGO and KNOW ESCAPE (6) then came together into the bend losing ground.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	The favourite SWIP AND TEAR (3) was a shade slow to jump. KNOX (2) ran outwards in the early stages coming together with SWIP AND TEAR and KNOW JEALOUSY (4) with KNOX dropping to the rear and KNOW JEALOUSY running wide into the bend. KNOW JEALOUSY and KIN NIKKI (6) came together for a stride on the home turn.
