Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing condition with all other equipment operating well through out the programme . Sprint boxes ( refer judicial )
Scales: Correct at alll weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: FRIZZLE FRAZZLE ( T Agent ) completed a satisfactory trial Rule 81 , is now cleared to race .
Race 3 ,The lids were slightly slow to open allowing the lure to gain an extra few metres as the dogs left the boxes ,after viewing a replay of the start the Stewards determined that no runners were disadvantaged as a result of this , with the pay out being authorised .
The remaining races from the 318m starts were hand started for the remainder of the meeting on instructions from the Stewards .
The Stewards met with the Club Manager at the conclusion of the meeting where it was agreed that the boxes will be checked over again this coming week .
The Club has endeavoured in recent times to repair and address the problems with the boxes .
The boxes had performed as expected with out any problems through out pre race trials .

Race 1 All Sew Embroidery Series Heat 1 - C4q - 318 Heat 1 PROVEN SHELLY ( fav ) was bumped soon after the start as CHARLIE'S FUNDS ran in to her shoulder , several strides on PROVEN SHELLY changed ground outwards when going back to the rear arcing across the top bend LOUIELICIOUS came down on to PROVEN SHELLY bumping her over towards the rail where it appears she may have made contact with the film being unclear ,she never got in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line PROVEN SHELLY was referred to the vet for assessment .
Race 2 Trophies Plus Sprint - C0 - 318 DOLLYWOOD dwelt at the start losing a couple of lengths ,VERSATILE RICHIE stumbled on leaving the boxes , further out REBEL CITY cut inwards forcing ONE WAY PAEROA over on to UNO KIM who was squeezed back from between runners as SENORITA CHANG ran outwards on to UNO KIM , these runners all bumped and jostled for a couple of strides . UNO KIM ran widest in to and around the top bend .
Race 3 All Sew Embroidery Series Heat 2 - C4q - 318 Heat 2 The lids were fractionally slow to open for this race , with the lure getting a couple of extra meters on the field at this point , apart from MAHONIE being slow by a length from the inside box the rest of the field got away together . Racing in to the first bend AGENT VAN ALDEN ran on to the heels of THRILLING ISSUES , both dogs were checked and ran wide losing a fair amount of ground , soon after nearing the home turn MAHONIE when improving was forced to check off the heels of STELLAR FORCE , MAHONIE lost some momentum and a couple of lengths with him finishing in 6th placing at the line . The Stewards reviewed the start and assessed that no runner was disadvantaged ,the pay out was then authorised . AGENT VAN ALDEN was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 4 Plaster Board LTD Sprint - C1 - 318 PADDY'S VIRTUOSO was difficult to place in the box requiring 3 people to get him loaded away , he will be assessed to be put on the box first list at his next start . BLAIRY ALIVE spread himself slightly on leaving the boxes , he quickly recovered in to stride to head for the lead eventually finishing in second placing at the line . racing in to the first turn VIOHLAY and VERY CHILLY came together hampering each other for a couple of strides . This race was delayed by 2minutes at the request of race day control .
Race 5 The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C1/2 - 527 POSITIVITY began awkwardly for a stride , as did THRILLING TREMOR who made contact with the hind quarters of THRILLING NINJA . Racing in to the first turn STAR BOUND crossed towards the rail hampering LIL' MISS KRUNCH slightly , she was forced to change ground widest in to the first bend when avoiding heels .
Race 6 Reel-fishin.com Series Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1 Racing in to the first turn HAUKO angled inwards forcing COSMIC PEARL in on to QUICK CAT and EXPLOSIVE OSTI who was checked back changing ground outwards to avoid heels In the run down the home straight the tear away pace maker BRIGHT STAR came back to the field when ,with LORD WILL making a sustained run catching the heels of BRIGHT STAR who lost momentum momentarily ,she hung on gamely to win . BRIGHT STAR was referred to the vet for assessment .
Race 7 Auckland Vending Sprint - C1 - 318 MAJOR TOM was racing up handy in to the first turn ,he was checked and lost his position as KING'S MISTRESS caught his heels momentarily, MAJOR TOM drifted back towards the rear ,MAJOR TOM and KING'S MISTRESS ran wide across the top bend . CHANCE ON ME ( fav ) was only fairly away from box 8 ,being last in to the first turn , he gained a run through the field running in to 4th placing at the line .
Race 8 NZ Sires Produce Heat 1 - R/Aq - 527 Heat 1 NEWTON WILLOW was a late scratching on arrival to the track after the handler requested the vet to vet the dog with concerns of kennel cough , this was confirmed with NEWTON WILLOW being stood down for the mandatory 21 days . KNOW CHAOS began awkwardly from midfield running in to KIWI GIRL checking across her heels ,KNOW CHAOS was further tightened racing in to the first bend ,he was unable to improve much there after beating one other runner to the line .
Race 9 $50K Terminating Pick6 Sprint - C2 - 318 WHERE'S THE CAT ( fav ) was awkwardly away from the inside box , he raced inwards towards the rail before he straightened up after a couple of strides , YOUR ON FIRE cut in wards sharply soon after the start running in to CALM RITA forcing this runner in on to PENO BOY who changed ground out wards gaining racing room with COLERIDGE AINSLI improving on his outer pushing him back in in for several stride. YOUR ON FIRE was checked several times in the run across the top bend with her finishing in last placing at the line . PENO BOY was able to clear COLERIDGE AINSLI
Race 10 NZ Sires Produce Heat 2 - R/Aq - 527 Heat 2 2 minute delay at the request of race day control. WABI SABI was bumped by ALAMEIN JAH and ran out widest racing around the first bend ,he made good ground there after to finish strongly in to 3rd placing at the line ,he may have been unlucky not to have finished closer with a better run earlier in the race . OPAWA SACHA was chasing the tear away leader WE'RE SO LUCKY on the top bend when tightened inwards as checked as KNOW CLASS and ALAMEIN JAH made ground rapidly at this point , OPAWA SACHA lost momentum for several strides and was unable to recover there after finishing in the rear at the line .
Race 11 MTA Gift Vouchers Stakes - C4/5 - 527 2 minute delay at the request of race day control . MAKENIN stumbled slightly on leaving the boxes ,he was quickly back in to stride to be the early leader . Racing down the back straight EL JARRAH when handily placed , caught a heel of KIKI RHODE and stumbled down on his nose ,losing 10 or more lengths , EL JARRAH was unable to get back in to contention there after EL JARRAH was referred to the vet for assessment .
Race 12 Reel-fishin.com Series Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2 2 minute delay art the request of race day control . Soon after the start IMA SPICE angled inwards crowding BIG SAM'S GIRL ,ALABASTER who was pushed in to DOWN THE BACK , knocking this runner off balance and back to the rear . IMA SPICE ran widest in to and across the top bend . DOWN THE BACK was unable to get back in to contention there after .
Race 13 Clendon Inn Stakes - C1 - 527 From the jump YOUR'E LUCKY ran in and bumped WOLF MARINE who lost momentum for a stride or so , soon after YOUR'E LUCKY changed ground inwards forcing WOLF MARINE in on to BOSS APPEAL and OUR BERNIE , these three runners were tightened and jostled for a couple of strides Racing in to the bend WOLF MARINE was again hampered as YOUR'E LUCKY lay in on him as the field raced towards the back straight . WOLF MARINE was unable to improve there after finishing in last placing at the line .
Race 14 Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318 DIXIE QUEEN was quickly in to stride , she had a handy lead in to the first turn , she was passed by KIM DOTCOM on to the bend where DIXIE QUEEN drifted out towards the middle of the track , making the home turn awkwardly losing ground to the rear finishing in last placing at the line In the run to the first turn CARUBA KING and FOUND ROMAN jostled , CARUBA KING lost ground as he caught the heels of FLYIN SHIFTY as FOUND ROMAN pushed him inwards . DIXIE QUEEN was referred to the vet for assessment .
