Judicial report: S.Gommans the Trainer of HOMEBUSH JULIE was fined $ 100-00 under the Minor INfringement Table for a breach of Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented to race 1.7 kilograms overweight from its last start on 26.06.2013.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 520	TEPIRITA TUITEKA was slow to begin losing two lengths. GUCCI RUSH shifted out abruptly from the start and checked HOMEBUSH JULIAN and HUNTED which both lost ground. BILLY HOLMES checked over the heels of MISS SARA going into the first corner and raced wide into the bend.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	SPRINGSTON galloped on the heels of RANGER CHICK going to the first corner when they were racing at the rear and they both lost ground. THUNDER TIME shifted in going into the bend and crowded ALL FOR ONE and SHEZA WHAT WHAT and this resulted in all three dogs losing a little ground but they recovered to finish in 2nd , 3rd and 4th places. THIS TIME PEDRO was also hampered in the incident and was forced to race wide on the bend over extra ground and finished well back.
Race 3	J P Print Petone C0 - C0 - 305	BOOT THE CASH shifted in abruptly from the start and checked MORGAN BAXTER, ANOTHER DRINK and HO HO HO which all lost ground and settled back. HO HO HO and MORGAN BAXTER jostled together at the rear for some distance in the back straight and into the bend losing ground as a result and they finished at the rear.
Race 4	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	REBEL JOE shifted in from the start and caused checks to DOLLY WIND and SPEEDY FEET which both lost momentum. OPAWA CRUSHER checked over the heels of WORKING WAIKATO going into the bend and shifted out hampering HOMEBUSH ANABEL and SPEEDY FEET and they were both forced a little wide.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA GIFT was slow to begin losing two lengths but she recovered well to make up ground and win the race. HOMEBUSH CINDY shifted in from box 8 at the start and crowded several runners drawn further in wth GUNNA EXCITE, COLD TURKEY and MISS MOET the most affected and they went back to the rear and never recovered .
Race 6	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	NUTS FOR SURE was a late scratching when found to be lame when removed from the kenels to race. TECHNO TACHO shifted in going to the first corner and dictated the line of I'M A CATCH which shifted in resulting in checks to itself and allso CREME DA GENES and CAWBOURNE ANNA and all three lost three lengths.
Race 7	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 Final - C1f - 305	GO WITH IT began awkwardly losing two lengths and she stayed back throughout the race. DUM DIDDLY DO shifted in going into the bend and caused crowding to PREFONTAINE, NINA BE GOOD, WUNYA and TIME TO FIND and they all lost a little ground.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C2 - C2 - 305	ALL IN ALL and WAIMAK DAVE were a little slow to begin losing a length. CAWBOURNE FLICK shifted in going to the first corner and jostled with REGINA HAKA for several strides until REGINA HAKA was eventually checked , went back to last and stayed there for the remainder of the race. REGINA HAKA was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 9	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	THRILLING GRACE was checked losing ground when racing at the rear entering the back straight and she stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 10	Renown Bakery C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	QUEEN COBRA, MIGHTY BAXTER and THRILLING AVA bumped together soon after the start and settled back. THRILLING AVA and DOUBLE TAPP jostled together going into the first bend and lost ground. THRILLING AVA made up ground well from there to finish in 4th place.
Race 11	Guthrie Bowron C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	NOISY LEO shifted out from the start and checked over the heels of UNO CHARM and they both lost ground. NOISY LEO continued out and collided with DARBY LANE and they were both unbalanced for a couple of strides. UNO CHARM shifted in following the first incident , collided with BELLDEEN and they were both unbalanced for a couple of strides.
Race 12	Keenan Concrete C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	BIG GIRL WELSHY chec ked off the back of HOMEBUSH COCO on the first bend and shifted out makinng contact with OPAWA TOKEN who was unbalanced and fell. OPAWA TOKEN was quickly back to his feet and finished on the lure and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 13	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	HELL FIRE was slow to begin losing two lengths. HELL FIRE shifted out going into the bend and bumped with SEDGEBROOK LAD and they both lost a little momentum and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 14	Box 9 Catering C1 - C1 - 305	YEAH NAH was a little slow to begin but made up ground well for 3rd placing. YEAH NAH shifted out going into the bend forcing TANYBRYN out onto KIWI RANGER and SYDENHAM OPAL and all three lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 15	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	SAUCY TOMATO was approxamately mid field going to the first corner but eased losing several lengths, went back to last and finished in that position. SAUCY TOMATO was examined by the Vet, found to have generalised muscle soreness with a 14 day stand down recommended but was stood down for 3 months for a 2nd breach of Rule 80.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial. EL MAESTRO shifted in going to the bend and hampered THIRSTY KEVIN and soon after , GROOVY SHANE also shifted in hampering THIRSTY KEVIN which went back and out causing checks to RANDY OUTSIDE and SECTIONED and all three lost ground.
Race 16	Punter Of The Year 2013 - 19th July C1 - C1 - 305	ASCHENPUTTEL and YA LAUGHIN were slow to begin and lost two lengths.
